Dr. Sotelo and his team are always very detailed in their evaluations and able to convey when someone needs to improve on their oral hygiene without giving off "disappointed mom/dad energy." Despite having quite a few dental practices in my area, I still choose to journey out to Frankford Dental Care.

Nice to be at an office where the dentist has experience and cares about your oral health and it's not just about money Great Staff and great patient service 5 stars for me!

The norm at Frankford Dental is efficiency, expediency, pleasant personnel. Even though my visit today was an evaluation for work to be done-the personnel lived up to those norms today. Short visit by Dr. Sotelo and as usual quick, informative. As I have posted before-Why go anywhere else!

No waiting was taken immediately for my appointment. Staff pleasant & felt safe & comfortable. Leslie, Hygienist, gave me a comfortable & thorough cleaning & Dr. Sotelo gave me a thorough exam. Felt great when I left.

The staff was very nice and professional. The dentist was very informative concerning my issues and referred me to an endodontist, then I will return to Frankford Dental to get the rest of my work done.

I have been a patient for many years, and Dr. Sotelo and his staff have been unfailingly courteous, professional, and helpful. An urgent dental problem happened over the week-end, and I was able to see the doctor today [Monday] and he, as always, took care of me. My wife is also very happy to be one of Dr. Sotelo's patients.

Everything is true its painless comfortable top quality work. Very thorough and takes care even in the little details of an oral exam. Also great in educating and answering questions. Hygienist Leslie also does great work! Great team!

Every time I go in for an appointment, the team is so pleasant and helpful. They are timely and very patient-oriented. The hygienists and doctor present all cleanings and procedures with such care, that I always feel comfortable. I highly recommend going here! I cant imagine you ever being disappointed.

BEWARE! I had the worst experience of my life at the office of Frankford Dental. I had no pain when I walked into Frankford Dental, came in for a cleaning. No issues with my previous dentist but decided to find a dentist closer to home, which was a big mistake. Dr. Sotelo examined my teeth and stated I required replacement of a filling. I must remind you I had absolutely no complaints of pain or discomfort when I walked into his office.

This resulted in extreme pain immediately after he replaced my filling. Dr. Sotelo did not take accountability for his poor dental work. He completely brushed it off. Thank goodness I was able to quickly find an experienced, knowledgeable dentist. Who agreed to correct the work of Pablo Sotelo. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Frankford Dental. I regret the day I walked into this office.

The moment I walked into the Frankford Dental Care waiting room I knew I would feel comfortable here. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming with colorful artwork and furnishings to make me feel at home, or, in the home of a friend. I had two family members highly recommend Dr. Sotelo and his assistants and I am happy I took their advice. Yesterday was my first appointment for X-rays and a check up. The dental examination I received was incredibly thorough. best ever!

It took some time to find a dentist with whom I feel comfortable. The office of DMD Sotelo has a very professional and friendly staff. During every procedure, you experience a friendly interaction which makes things go even smoother. Try it our for yourself and I wish you a great experience as well.

If you are looking for superior service, look no further. Not only was the staff friendly, but they all made sure that every step of the process was explained thoroughly and they made you feel welcomed. The dental hygienist, dentist, and scheduler/billing all exceeded my expectations. I left knowing more and feeling like my dental hygiene is finally on the right track and I know I'm in the right hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sotelo is excellent! Why else would we travel 200 miles to see him. Leslie, the hygienist, is top notch! All the staff are friendly and helpful!

All staff are very friendly & professional. The location & hours have been of utmost convenience for me and my crazy schedule. The ability to communicate through text makes my life much easier when scheduling/rescheduling. Dr. Sotelo does excellent work, painless, & quick. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

A really wonderful place. The staff makes me feel very comfortable. The dentist himself is very nice and caring. they seem to really care about my dental health. Thanks to the wonderful staff for helping me not only feel comfortable at the dentist but actually enjoying taking care of my teeth.

I have to "totally" agree with my husband (which does not come easily) that I would recommend Fkd. Dental Care to anyone who is in need of dental services. Office personnel are wonderful and Dr. Sotelo is great.

After a good deal of dental work I have nothing but High Priase for Dr Sotelo and his group. Dr Sotelo is an artist in his profession. Not once did I feel any discomfort and He and Rosa, his assistant, use the latest in technology and in the most gentle and efficient way. The office staff is another example of the wonderful attitude the entire group exercised. I would recommend, and have, this great Dental care organization.
