Very polite Staff, clean office and clean dental exam areas. Rose, who was my Dental Hygienist, was caring, friendly, and had the "Midas Touch" for my teeth and Gums. Excellent experience and highly recommend to schedule your appointment.

This dental office is absolutely the best place, they took care of my husband with such care. They explained everything and was so kind to us. Great team work from everyone, the receptionist to the doctor was excellent.

Dr. Han and her entire amazing team are the best in class for all your dentistry needs. She Is gentle and makes you feel comfortable during a procedure, you can tell she really cares about her patients. Alex, Michele, and Rose do an amazing job and have such positive and helpful attitudes.

My experience here was amazing! After going to several other facilities with no good explanation as to why my teeth kept shifting (after two orthodontic treatments) I finally got my answers! Not only did I get my answers but they fixed the problem same day! The team was professional and kind. They also took their time to give me the results I have been looking for. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to obtain that perfect smile.

Dr. Tau and his staff are very down to earth, thorough, professional, and smart. They take a wide range of insurances and are transparent and honest about your dental health and overall care plan. I actually like going to the dentist, its relaxing!

Excellent service. Everyone there is very nice. I felt comfortable from the time I sat in the dentist chair and felt the same way when it was over. My teeth felt really clean. They really know what they're doing there.

Left with my smile looking 1000 times better. Hygienist did an amazing job and very knowledgeable on at home care as well as future dental needs to keep my teeth in top shape. Definitely recommend, been to plenty of dentist offices, and this one gets an A+

I don't do many reviews. But I have to rave about PCDE. Dr Tau and Dr Han are exceptionally skilled dentist that have have been treating me for over 15 years. But the true pros are the Hygienists that have been there from the start. Big shout out to Alex and Michelle that are always there to see me when I need them. You need to be at PCDE

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hahn and the staff! Everyone is so friendly and understanding. I only recently started going to this practice and I wish I had found them sooner. They truly care about their patients and I highly recommend them.

I was really nervous on my first visit, because I have severe anxiety. After being in the office for a few minutes i began to relax because the staff is really supportive. I initially went for a simple teeth cleaning, but because i was a new client i was told that they needed an x-ray of my teeth. The simple cleaning turned into about 10,000 worth of dental work. i didn't realize that my teeth was that damaged from just looking at them in the mirror.

The damage to my teeth was done by me so i take full responsibility for that. I was told i needed some teeth pulled, some fillings etc. In the midst of my teeth getting pulled i was advised that my back teeth where getting pulled because i didn't need them. I had to go back a couple of times for some work to be corrected. It's been 2 years after getting the work done and my teeth are literally falling apart, because all my back teeth were pulled i have to use my side and front teeth to chewmost of the work done was to my front and side teeth.

Most of the time im in pain from chewing with my front teeth. I have also developed an indigestion problem because i am unable to chew my food properly before swallowing. I have been to another dentist for cleanings after dentist offices opened back up, but they couldn't do much because they said it may cause more damage. I must say that I was satisfied at the time, because the staff is truly amazing, and i heard really good things about this dentist office, but i was not prepared for the thousands I'm going to have to pay to get my teeth fixed again and to be honest i'm terrified to go to another dentist to get the work done that i need.

The dental office represents Professionalism. The staff was very nice. Dr. Han displays excellent clinical skills. I did not feel pain from any of the needles. Plus my experience with a tooth extraction was wonderful. I didn't even know it was removed! Dr. Han is so amazing. I look forward to my next dental visit with Dr. Han.

When I tell you I was SOOOOOOOO AFRAID and my anxiety was over the roof?! My experience here has been AMAZING AND PAIN FREE! I HIGHLY recommend this office! Alllllllll the staff IS EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL PATIENT GENTLE KIND UNDERSTANDING AND THOROUGH!

I put off going to the dentist for many, many years due to my fear and anxiety. However after one visit with this office all my fears disappeared. The entire staff at the office are kind, caring, explain everything they are doing and constantly checking in to see if I am okay. Thanks to them I got my smile back and couldn't be happier!

I had my first appointment today to get my front teeth bonded. Not only did they thoroughly give me all my options, but they went ahead and did the bonding right then. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and Dr. Tau, as well as the whole staff, were all so friendly and welcoming. Def recommend to anyone looking for a great office!

I would rather have no teeth than let this deplorable human being touch my mouth. He is running a fraudulent practice that benefits from scamming hardworking patients of their money. After I confronted him about charging me for services (x-ray) that he speculated would be covered by insurance, he called me a liar and that all my "teeth would fall out." He called me three times, only to talk over me calling me lier and then hang up when I asked him to let me speak and explain my concerns.

He has robbed me of more than a thousand dollars and is not worthy of the title Dr. for his disgusting behavior. Check his qualifications before you come here because they are probably as fraudulent as his business practices. I would give him 0 stars but sadly this rating service does not go that low. He is a disappointment to the healthcare community.

Went there with my son using a groupon because we could not get appointments through our dental for the last few months due to COVID. This was mainly for cleaning. They were extremely kind, caring and welcoming. They did the xrays and the dental hygienist Rose did do an amazing job -about 40 minutes to thoroughly clean my 15 year old's teeth. She. made sure he was ok and was very gentle.

The doctor did a great job explaining how his teeth are and ideas for a broken teeth restoration. They were overall excellent. They also have so many beautiful cartoon pop up artwork on dentistry everywhere on walls, just very fun and engaging.

Dr. Su was amazing throughout a scary (for me) dental surgery. Took extra care to put me at ease, stopped immediately whenever I expressed discomfort to address my concerns, and has been wonderful during followup. Highly recommend!

Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence is the best. They really take the time to understand what is happening with your teeth and gums and how to help. Their work is exact and they are very professional. I recommend them highly.

Friendly, professional and accommodating staff with clean office. Dr. Tau and Dr. Su are well experienced.

Only wants your money. and he really is not good at trying to be genuine. cant even fake it! Also if you have to offer a GROUPON just to get people to walk into your business. then that says a lot.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is so SHADY when it comes to insurance and billing. I provided my insurance card and asked them to make sure they were "in network". They said they were. long story short they lied because they were not "in network" and then stuck me with a huge bill (I didn't even have anything major done). To make matters worse I received a VOICEMAIL days after my appointment saying they billed me wrong (by hundreds of dollars) and they would just charge my credit card for it.

That sounds illegal considering I didn't give consent to charge my credit card, and in retrospect I should have denied the charges or taken legal action. Do yourself a favor and just avoid Dr. Tau and his shady practice.

Worst place to go.despite whatever Groupon or desire to try this office for the first time at a discount rate for the hard working uninsured you will. Not get a break from these people I went in on a Groupon as a gift for my partner nothing was done instead the same day I ended up paying about 1500 for a procedure they were not felexable for would be a week later so they got paid pretty much for nothing there not felexable although promise the hours times this tech works are limited and place is open they took my money then after revealed a so called non refund policy there inconsiderate to hard working people a company that goes around taking 300$ or more for doing nothing just canceling are crooks and reports will be filled. DONOT try them despite all fake posts on here speaking from personal experience and displeasure and the dentist guy is a creep talks fast will try to pressure u into anything without proper explanation there on sale for a reason no one wants to go there's and will not gain clientele conducting buissness this ways.very dissapeared: they should be ashamed of themselves

Ah the "used car salesman" of dentistry. The online deal, Groupon, was a total scam. He offered me free services like teeth whitening but never kept his promise. Told me all about massage chairs, parrafin wax hand treatments, free coffee, for all his patients. Never saw any of it. I was totally ripped off, pressured to buy, and manipulated. once I signed, I barely saw him again. Dr Tau is also very rude, really makes you feel bad and unwelcome.

I felt rushed and was given no time to think about the procedures. His assistants are much more kind. Most know what they're doing. I also find it a little odd that his assistants are all attractive women.

Went here based on Google reviews. I should have went in yelp before I scheduled. Told me they accepted delta dental and then at the appointment told me that I had to pay upfront for treatments cause they don't participate. Then the dentist (Dr. Tau) had the nerve to tell me that I shouldn't go to dentists that are in my insurance just because they are.

He then proceeded to then tell me how awful my teeth are and how I would need crowns on all of them but would turn around and say that I mm not there yet and wouldn't offer any solutions. He even told me that my teeth were short (they have been short since childhood). He kept talking in circles and had no bedside manner at all. Was telling me that I might have all of these bowel problems and that I need to get checked out. Scaring the living heck out of me for no reason. Told me that my teeth were that of bulimic people and that I had to have acid reflux when I never showed any signs of acid reflux. Rose the dental hygienist was nice though. She was very personable. Don't come here if you have delta dental. Find someone who is in your insurance who you can trust.

Everyone is great! Dr. Tau is fantastic! Honestly, every visit has been pleasant and I don't say that lightly. I don't return to any medical professional that I don't feel treats me with respect (I work with doctors, I know better). I can honestly say that I will stay with Dr. Tau and the whole team at PCDE for as long as I can.

Do not go here. Du tau is a scam artist will take your money as quickly as possible and not produce results. Do not get Invisalign here. He is highly unprofessional and VERY RUDE! He will say things that will leave you speechless. There dental hygienist isn't that good you can barely feel her in your mouth, and there front desk women is as rude as they make them.

The customer service is lacking and I think he pays for reviews. VERY horrible corrupt man. He will get what's coming to him in the end. What goes around comes back around. Karma

I can't even begin to explain how bad of a dentist Dr. Tau is. I don't even know how he became a dentist, it is insane! He is a scam-artist out for your money! He says inappropriate things, makes you feel uncomfortable and forces you to pay ridiculous amounts of money. He won't even give you a solid price before treatment (like every other dentist does). He'll bill you an absurd amount and expect you to pay it.

He barely checks with insurance to see if your treatment could be covered. I swear he makes up his own prices! He even makes unauthorized charges to your card hoping you don't see it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A NIGHTMARE! He also offers a discount if you write a good review on here. He knows his business is failing because he is a terrible dentist, so he needs all the "good reviews" that he can get.

My dentist of 16 years retired, and I made the mistake of using a Groupon for a cleaning to try Dr Tau in my search for a new dentist. Apparently he offers a Groupon but makes you feel like a second class citizen if you use one. He told me I had a cavity, and offered to sell me his dental plan. I have since found another dentist, who didnt find a cavity.

Always, always prompt for appointments. Tv, warm towel, snacks, lip balm. These are just some of the added personal touches that keep me coming back.

I have been going here for the last three-four years. PCDE is simply amazing inside and out. Dr. Leonard Tau is a GREAT dentist and business developer. He makes you sure you understand and feel comfortable with the procedures and pricing. But it is really his team and staff that puts the Excellence in this office. It is all about the little things.

They are very inviting and accommodating to your needs or anxiety. They really work hard to make you feel at home. They explain what they are going to do before starting. And they periodically check if you are okay. I never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. The office has all the amenities, water, coffee, tea, snacks, TVs while you get work done.

If that matters to you. With my busy schedule it is hard to find GREAT dentists who work on the weekends. A lot of dental places don't have weekend hours, but they accommodate late hours twice during the weekdays. I recently moved to California, but still come back. If you need cleaning without insurance they have a very reasonable pricing plan. If you need INVISALIGN, this is the definitely the place to go.

I came to the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence with a groupon for Zoom whitening. I have had the procedure done before so I knew what to expect. The doctor came in to give me the OK and was pretty rude and seemed rushed. Immediately after, I was pressured into buying custom trays with a bleach kit, so as to suggest if I didn't spend additional money, I may not be happy with my results.

The technician was friendly, but she didn't come to check on me at all besides after the beeping from the machine indicated that each 15 minute session was complete, and several times the actual machine was applied to my mouth improperly and slipped out of place, likely causing me to not have optimal results. Unfortunately, no one was around to assist me with this issue, although there didn't seem to be any other patients in the office.

I basically have nothing positive to say other than the groupon was a gift so it cost me nothing and my teeth seem to be a little bit whiter. I will not be back - I'm sure it's not tough to find a dental office in the Philadelphia area better than this one.

Dr. Tau and staff have always been helpful and conscientious of my jumpiness in the dental chair! I love the paraffin hand wax and listening to my iPod during my very thorough cleanings. Love the evening hours!

From the moment you open the front door you can tell there is something great about this place. From how clean and nice the place smells and looks to how nice and informative every employee is. And Dr. Tau is just amazing! By far the best Dentist I have ever had, very light hands I could not even feel the needle, and he was very fast but meticulous at the same time.

And oh yea did I mention the choice of tv or an iPod at I believe every station! WOW I have never seen that before. Did I mention I have had a ton of work done before I found Dr. Tau and can not believe I have ever went anywhere else. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I could not be more ecstatic about my visit.

A more complete review will come after my Invisalign treatment is finished, but I'm in shock that angry customers would choose to ignore Dr. Tau's dental recommendations and then vent about it on Yelp. The man is incredibly straight forward with pricing and he's doing you a favor if he suggests a more expensive solution to a real problem when he feels like it's the best one for you.

He flat out told me that I didn't have a need for expensive reconstructive surgery on my jaw to get straight teeth as long as I used a comparatively cheap Invisalign treatment. If these negative reviews were consistent or viable, wouldn't he go out of his way to tell someone sensitive about his/her teeth that he/she needs extras to make more money? Pay no heed to these negative nellies. You will have an amazing experience with Dr. Tau and your teeth will be in amazing hands.
