To check deductible and annual maximum totals, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-225-5681. DDS customizes plans to meet your group's specific needs. To get information on what benefits you received, you can consult our website to view your Plan Fee Schedule, or you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-225-5681.In-Network providers have agreed to accept our negotiated fees and copays (if applicable).

Truly terrible service. I am having a dental emergency and I am in extreme pain. i called twice to explain this and try to get a dentist and both times they gave me a list of doctors that no longer work with dds. completely inappropriate and had absolutely no sympathy. I will definitely recommend my union switches providers at our next meeting.

What a great company and awesome service they provide. I had called because I needed a skilled dentist. I spoke with Toni and she had referred me to Dr. Hills in Woodbury. Dr Hills has to be hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I had called back because I need to see an oral surgeon and spoke to Toni again. Toni has referred me to doctor Brookstone in Wantagh. Couldn't ask for a better oral surgeon.

One of the worst dental insurance companies. They cover nothing better than 3 star dentists. And I paid over $500 out of pocket for two cavities because all they would cover per cavity is $70. really who's charging only $70 for a cavity. I would cancel but it's my unions plan. I'll be sure to show up at the next meeting to vote a nay for DDS.

My son and I were going to a horrible dentist in Long Beach that was local for us. I called DDS Inc and spoke to a very nice woman named Rosey. She was so pleasant and courteous. I asked her for a dentist recommendation near Hicksville where I work. She gave me the name of Dr. Hills in Woodbury. I absolutely love him and his staff. He has late appointments and some Saturday appointments. My son also goes to Dr. Hills and he loves him too. Thanks DDS for the awesome recommendation. Can't thank you enough.

One star is being generous. My husbands union switched to this company and I have to say I'm not happy. When I have called to speak with a representative, I was on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes each time and the representatives were not helpful at all. I wish his union did better research before picking this company.

I recently stated on a DDS plan, as my union changed to this new provider. I was skeptical that the new company would be helpful, as I am nervous around dentists to begin with. Well, the new company contacted my personal dentist and got him to join the plan. When I was recently told that I would need dental surgery, the customer service department recommended a dentist in my area that was exceptional. I could not thank them enough.

Okay, so here is my review. I do not understand why ANY Company, Corporation, Business which ever you would call it would select this carrier as an insurance for thier employees. I can only conclude that they could care less about thier employees and thier families dental health. I printed EVERY doctor that accepted this insurance in my area from the DDS site.

I check EVERY doctors reviews on Yelp, Google, Zoc Doc (for those who had a review on ZD) every review site you name I I check it. It was a long and tedious process, but I completed it. To sum up my project. Every doctor listed has a star rating of 3 or less. None had above a three in my area. Every complaint reported old smelly offices, dingy offices, old equipment, office needs updating, utensils look old, rusted. Suspicions of not cleaning utensils. REALLY!

In this day and age modernized dentist are all over why would you guys sign up these old facilities to care for people. If they don't think enough of us and thier practice to update the facilities and the equipment, HOW MUCH OF THIER KNOWLEDGE OF MODERN DENTISTRY HAVE THEY UPDATED? I wish my husband's company would reconsider there selection of dental coverage and go with another carrier. This DDS is awful and very disappointing.
