My 88 year old Mom needed to find a new Dentist for a dental emergency. I called Dr. DeFilippis's office Friday morning and Michelle( excellent office member) was able to squeeze my Mother in the same day. Dr. DeFilippis was compassionate, patient and professional. I was so impressed with him that I made an appointment for my 96 year old Dad to see him.

My husband, son and I have been seeing Dr. DeFilippis for many years. He is the best dentist we have ever had. He is kind, compassionate, and discusses treatment options rather than just saying we need a certain procedure. His staff is exceptional as well.very warm and caring. We are so thankful we found him several years ago.

We have been going to Dr Michael DeFilippis for several years and have never been disappointed. He patiently explains every procedure and his staff are super friendly.

Very disappointed! I have been going for 5 years with my kids and this time was very different! I normally see a dental hygienist for my cleaning but this time the dentist himself did the cleaning which was rushed, the staff was unprofessional acted as if they were bothered by my presence especially the older woman. I usually am offered to make an appt for my next visit but I was thrown a card and told to call in 6 months! I am looking for a new dentist ASAP!

I've been going to Dr. DeFilippis for years and he's very knowledgeable, respectful and very accommodating. He was also excellent with my daughter.

Have been a patient of Doctor D for 7 years, always a good experience. Now my whole family sees him. Highly recommend you do too.

I've been going to Dr. Defilippis for over 5. years and I have no complaints, he did an implant for me that went well never had any issues after that. His staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I've referred many ppl to him and will continue to.

Dr. DeFilippis is a highly trained professional, the care and comfort of his patients are his only concern. I and my family have been patients for more than thirty years. I could not recommend him more highly.

Wonderful staff! Dr. DeFilippis really cares about all his patients. He took the time to sit down and explain every single detail in depth. Highly recommend this dentist.

The dentist is alright! But the assistant/secretary is horrible, she needs to improve her consumer service, she's mean and she doesn't have patience. Today I called to ask something about what they charged me. That's my right as patient to call as ask questions and I wasn't sure about the price and a percentage she said "then get a calculator" and the other times she was always mad when I called to cancelled or reschedule.

The dentist is a good dentist not the more friendly but he's very professional and he does a good job, the assistants are very nice. The problem is the secretary who's the one who calls and make the appointment. She's always seems to be mad at life and everyone, she's so bitter and she doesn't know about costumer service. Every time I cancelled or reschedule my appointment she sounded mad at me eve when I did it with anticipation, the other day I had an emergency and I didn't have a car to go to the appointment, it wasn't my fault and she was all mad she was like make sure anything happen the next time.

And I called because I had a question about a payment and a percentage I had to pay, she could explain to me better but the only thing she did was tell me to get a calculator. That was very rude, now we don't want to go back to that office. How they are supposed to make the patients feel comfortable when the person who firts assist you at the office is always in Abad mood.

I've been coming here for years. And I'm up for my last and final visit soon, I myself keep my teeth clean. So my visits usually don't last longer than 20 minutes or so. Give a minute or two. So there goes that. On his main wall there's a shrine of military members all in uniform, whom gotten their mugshot taken there. I find it quite comical actually to see some of the people on that wall I know personally.

The lady who works the phone is awesome. I think her name is stef, idk, but she's Really down to earth and very forgiving when running late or rescheduling. Never any attitude which is awesome! The dentist who owns this place always sends thank you pretzels and candy (go figure) to the near by bases. Something I found to be consistent and cool at the same time. He never misses a beat with that!
