Nature Cost Dental Care

Had an amazing experience today with Dr. De Losa. I would like to give a special recognition to the dental hygienist who worked on my case today. She saw I was concerned and anxious. She was really patient and helpful with me. It meant a lot to me. Thank you.

Amazing office and staff. Very in tune with patient sensitivities. Very thorough and kind. Going to the dentist is hard. These folks really understand people and do everything they can to get you through to good health.

My hygienist was January and she was nothing but amazing. I have severe dental anxiety and she made sure to do her best with making me aware of what was going on as well as letting the dentist know and be aware of my anxiety with going to the dentist. Everyone was awesome and worked with me in getting through the appointment step by step. Will be returning and recommending to everyone in the area.

Great staff! Just had a cleaning today so I was in and out in 45 minutes. Convenient location, comfortable office, next appointment already scheduled!

I want to thank all the ladies at Nature Coast Dental Care, such a caring staff. They made me feel very comfortable, I haven't seen a dentist in many years and to say the least my teeth are really bad. I was so embarrassed and ashamed about the condition of my teeth. But they really made me feel comfortable about being there. So thank you ladies see you soon for the road to a healthy mouth again!

It has been such a great experience and I would highly recommend. They have great hospitality and you don't even feel like you're at a dentist but rather a good friends place! I would give 100 stars if I could!

Ok so the first time I went I was doing a special with x rays and cleaning and when I went to check out they were talking about me having to pay some extra fees for a mouth cancer screening that I never even asked for. I was like they didn't tell me that this was extra nor did I ask for it and they said ok we'll waive the fee I thought ok cool. So went back for a recent cleaning and the assistance said she wanted the doctor to come and look at a tooth whatever she thought it might need a filling. Was like ok no problem whatever and I went to check out paid cash for my cleaning and left.

Today I get a bill for $98 for the exam she did which I had no idea was going to cost extra. Needless to say this office charges you for things you don't ask for and they don't tell you which like at least let me know it costs so I can decline. Anyway if you don't have insurance stay away from this place.

Very kind and understanding staff. They were sensitive to my anxiety and took measures to make me comfortable. The office had up to date equipment and was clean. I observed staff members wiping down all equipment after using inbetween patients. I felt safe and cared for.

Extremely professional and personable. It's hard to describe how wonderful the Doctor and whole staff have been during my journey. I can only hope that everyone's experience is as great as mine was.
