Another office in the group that I had been a patient of for several years tried jerking me around with unnecessary charges and receptionist was not the least bit helpful. Had a new dentist and tried to make me pay as a new patient when I was not. Previous dentist yanked a crown off trying to get a temporary crown off but yanked on the adjacent crown instead. Went to Towncare and they are taking care of me with no hassles. And are very nice doing it also

I have had such a wonderful experience with Towncare Dental after struggling to find a practice who accepts my insurance. I'm also terrified of going to the dentist generally. I have had niche problems with retainers that they have accommodated with ease, and I always feel at home and welcome here. If there's something that's out of their wheelhouse (which there rarely is), they have great recommendations for local specialty practices nearby.

I'm shocked I'm recognized and am welcomed with smiles whenever I come back for a follow-up! Jason at the front desk is the best, and Edward is so thorough. You are not judged for your current state of your smile, and they are so easy to schedule with. I can't recommend them enough!

I chose Towncare Dental because of the reviews, so I had to make sure to leave one too, just in case anyone else is on the fence. The staff has been very pleasant, from the people who work at the front desk, to Dr. Christine Edwards and Edward Sales, the hygienist. Edward is a superstar! There is a reason so many reviews mention him. He is very meticulous, kind and seems like a genuinely nice person overall.

Another thing I liked about my visits so far is that there were no lectures, just straightforward information. It is almost weird ( as someone with quite a few dental issues) to feel so comfortable now with going to the dentist, but I wish this were the norm for everyone. If anything changes, I will be sure to update this review. Thank you all!

This office was amazing with customer service the whole staff was very caring. The Dr was amazing and Lee was the absolute best had an over all fantastic experience. just did 4 cavities had no problems at all.

These people know what they're doing! Jason is always a joy at the front desk. Very polite, courteous and professional. He's always ready to help and answer any questions or concerns of the patient. Edward is VERY thorough when it comes to his job. He's always kind and makes sure the patient is comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent experience with my deep cleaning. Edward S. Was super courteous and the cleaning was pain free. Ana the desk was very friendly and professional. My entire experience was a pleasure and my family and I are glad to have finally found such a good provider. All procedures well explained to include what's covered and what isn't. Couldn't be happier.

I came in for a cleaning. Edward Sales was great. Super friendly and worked quickly but was very thorough. People like him are exactly why I always recommend this location to people needing a new dentist.

I appreciate that there is never much wait time before my appointment. Jason & whoever is in the front - is always courteous and professional. Lee / Leigh? sp? is always friendly, positive, focused, and providing excellent service. Dr. Diaz-Nicolas is always concerned if you are comfortable and pain-free. She is a perfectionist and treats your teeth and smile as if it were her families.

My smile has never looked better. I would highly recommend Towncare to all of my friends and family! They have an amazing staff and provide the best service from a dentist I have ever received.

Had a great experience here. Went in for a deep cleaning, and Edward took really good care of me and gave me a lot of insightful advice and is really easy to talk to. Highly recommend Edward!

Got a very good experience here. Everyone was nice and accomodating. Edward did a great job on my cleaning. He was thorough and provided excellent care. I did not even feel pain after the procedure. Highly recommend this place!
