I highly recommend Westside Endodontics! I was referred here because I needed a root canal done, and to start off the scheduling was easy and quick to work around my schedule. What I appreciated most was the way the Dr. explained the procedure before and during the procedure. I believe the doctor cared about doing his work the right way and making sure the patient (which was me) was comfortable as far as pain. I am grateful for the great experience I had because this was my first ever root canal and Finding Nemo makes it look horrific!

Dr Harman did a root canal for me last March, had the tooth crowned, then recently it started bothering me. Dr Harman made an appointment for me the moment I called, and then when I got stuck in traffic and was late, still saw me. He did two different x-rays on my tooth, one of those a 3D, and found my tooth had fractured. Now I will need to do more dental work and Dr Harman was so kind to me that he did not even charge me for the visit.

It certainly wasn't his fault that my tooth was fractured, yet he knew I would be looking at a lot more expense, so told me there would be no charge for the x-rays. I didn't even think there were people in business like this anymore. What a kind gesture to make and it was so appreciated. The root canal he did in March was painless. If the need arises, this is definitely a dentist I will revisit and I strongly recommend him to anyone that may need the services he provides.

Westside Endodontics is absolutely the best practice in New Mexico. Why? Above the basic criteria of flexible scheduling, being seen right away, kind and knowledgeable medical professionals, Dr. Harmon's medical expertise and the clear and concise communication between doctor and patient. Dr. Harmon had a disposition of integrity and benevolence. I really felt comfortable here at Westside Endo. I trust Dr. Harmon and will recommend this practice to the highest degree.

My 8 year old son had to have a root canal on a tooth he broke a few years ago. I was really worried about him being able to do this procedure but Dr. Melissa Harmon was great! My son had his procedure in a little less than an hour and Dr Harmon explained everything step along the way. He had no pain during or afterwards. If you ever need a root canal this is the place to go. The office staff is really friendly also.

I was referred here from my dentist. The staff and Dr. Mark Harmon are fantastic. Appointments are scheduled quickly and the staff are kind and respectful. Had to have a root canal done and was very nervous. Dr. Harmon explained everything and the process was pain free. If you need this kind if dental work done I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Westside 3 times over the last couple of years (unfortunately for me! ). Dr. Melissa Harmon treated me a couple of those times and Dr. John Harmon most recently. Every single time they have worked me into the schedule immediately if I was in discomfort, which is so critical for me when dealing with that kind of pain, I definitely turn into a big baby!

One of those times was a re-treatment of an old root canal done years ago by someone else and they were able to save my tooth, I didn't even need a new crown! Every time I am there I just feel like they truly care about me as a patient. I also get the impression the equipment they use is sophisticated. I know the treatments are quick, as painless as can be, and they always follow up to make sure everything is okay. I just think really highly of them and wanted to share! I couldn't recommend them more highly than I do, they really are great!

Dr Harman is really one of best endodontist. I did two root canal jobs here and was very satisfied. The place is nice. The people here are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Harman.

Dr. Harmon is an excellent endodontist! If you are looking for a doctor with expert skill and amazing staff, I recommed you seek an appointment here. When I initially called, they were able to offer an immediate appointment, help me navigate CareCredit, and make me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous and in pain during my first first visit with Dr. Harmon and he was absolutely wonderful- he took his time to explain what was happening with my tooth and explained what he would be doing. I have the utmost confidence that I choose the very best endodontist.

This location specializes in dental work such as root canals. I needed to have a root canal done, something which I've never needed done before. This location, being close to my home was a natural place to go to. Let's be honest, this isn't the sort of place you want to go to unless necessary. But if you have to, it's best to have some place that works with you and helps you through a difficult time in your life.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Melissa Harmon. Dr. Harmon took good care of me. She prescribed some medication for the pain (which hasn't been too bad). One medication the pharmacist refused to fill, due to some regulatory issues. I called Westside Endodontics and Dr. Harmon really went the extra mile to get my issue resolved. I was able to get the medication filled the next day. Very good customer service! Hopefully, you won't need to have a root canal done. However, if you must, I highly recommend Westside Endodontics.

My husband had "the best root canal ever" (his words) by Dr Melissa Harmon today! Thank you to Elaine and Dr Harmon at Westside Endodontics for doing a smooth, painless job on a difficult tooth that needed a specialist's touch. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go. Both Dr John and Dr Melissa do an excellent job. As a general dentist, I have been referring patients to them for 12 years. Everyone comes back with nice things to say about their office and the work is top notch!

For over a month I kept thinking that my abscessed tooth was healing itself. Yah, really. My dentist referred me to Dr. Melissa Harmon of Westside Endodontics. She performed the standard root canal procedure. The infection and swelling raged on. Over the following weeks Dr. Harmon performed three more procedures in an attempt to stop the infection at no additional cost to me.

When I was all well I received a $40 credit from Dr. Harmon. I though it was mailed to me by mistake. When I spoke to her about it she said: "That was our miscalculation". Wow!

As luck would have it. I did end up needing the previously mentioned root canal. The tooth didn't respond to a more conservative treatment and I ended up with some pain on a Sunday evening. I left a non-urgent message on the office voicemail and received a call first thing Monday morning (from Dr. Harmon personally) and he scheduled me for the root canal later that afternoon.

This was my first (and hopefully only) root canal and it was honestly painless and very straightforward. He had some difficulty getting me numb but ultimately used an intraosseous injection that did the trick in about two seconds (again, painless). He talked me through the root canal procedure as he worked (which I find to be anxiety relieving) and ultimately found a "hidden" canal that my general dentist likely wouldn't have found or sealed had I not have seen Dr. Harmon for my root canal.

He put my temporary crown back on my tooth and sent me back to my general dentist to cement my permanent crown. I had no pain, no sensitivity.nothing. I didn't even take the ibuprofen that Dr. Harmon offered after the procedure. While I hope to never need another root canal, if I did, Dr. Harmon would be the only endodontist I would call.

I am a self proclaimed "dentist's worst nightmare ". It is my own fault I have anxiety, panic attacks and and basically scared out of my mind of dentists. The worst part. any dentist I had ever gone to has not been unable to get my mouth numb. UNTIL Dr. Harmon! Now it did take him a few attempts and different techniques, but he did it! He and his assistant were so very patient especially since I was petrified of being there in the first place.

My appointment was only to get 1 root canal, however when I told him the tooth next to it was hurting too he took a second look and said he could take of that one also since I was here and already numb. This was such a relief and to me made me feel he had my best interest in mind. During my procedures he walked me through what he was doing and what he saw. So professional and very kind office staff. If I ever need another root canal I will only use Dr. Harmon.

I highly recommend Dr Hamond. He is very skilled and efficient, he took care of my need for a root canal right away with no time waisted! Very nice office staff and very comfortable environment. I am very glad I found him!
