Robert Wagner and his entire staff are the best! After trying multiple dentists and being disappointed by all, someone recommended Ultimate Smile to me. I have been going to this office ever since. They are incredibly efficient, great at sending reminders, and you never have to wait. They are knowledgeable, polite and never try to sell you anything! I highly recommend this dentist!

Who would describe the ambiance of a dentist's office. I love mine. It's relaxing and everything about Ultimate Smile is warm, welcoming and caring. Dr. Wagner is wise, friendly and cool. Gerri is phenomenal! The techs are sensitive and thorough. If you're not getting first class service in your dental office-or you're not feeling like part of the family there, then I highly recommend you give Ultimate Smile a try! You're worth it!

An amazing group - all are cheerful and pleasant and engaging. Dr Wagner is one of the most positive people I have ever met. Were detailed and thorough with easy explanation of what he finds. The office manager Gerry is amazing ver kind and efficient working to make scheduling tailored to you needs. I cannot say enough good things.

The doctor and hygienist were very nice. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed to care about me as their patient and provided me with exceptional care. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I moved here in 2020 during the pandemic and hoped to find a dentist and hygienist that were as thorough as the ones in Ohio. I intend return for all my dental needs. Thank you for showing such care.

We moved from the DC area to FTL and we were sorry to leave beyond our dentists that was like family to us through out the years. we were sure never to find another great dentist to replace him. Little did we know Ultimate smile made us think twice about it. Geri at the front desk is wonderful, Carolina the hygienist Is also so nice and I never saw my teeth so white in my life.
The dentist is very nice explain thing well. I needed to have a bad tooth extracted. he took is time made sure I was in no pain. He called me home at the end of the day to see How I was doing. His Assistant also nice and friendly. The next day my spouse had an appointment there as well and wile was waiting the doctor walked in the waiting room and asked my spouse how i was doing. that nice. I really will recommend Ultimate smile Doctor Wagner and his staff to any body in search of a great dentist.

It is rare to enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr Wagner, and his staff, excel at making you comfortable and at ease. One of the most pain free and thorough cleanings, modern X-ray sessions, and personable explanations of issues give a high level of confidence in this practice. Dr Wagner takes the time to thoroughly explain any issues, classifying immediate problems versus potential problems versus non issues that sets a road map for your dental care.
The staff is great at breaking out your bill and showing where insurance coverage ends and the charges you are covering. To top it off, The follow up calls after procedures shows that Dr Wagner and his staff really care about you not as just a patient, but as a person. Cannot recommend Dr Wagner and his team highly enough.

My experience with Dr. Wagner's office has been outstanding. Dr. Wagner takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer questions. He has gentle hands and a great bedside manner. His staff is friendly, professional, and communicative. I always hated going to the dentist and discovering Dr. Wagner has changed my view entirely.

Happy People and Healthy Smiles are what keep me coming back! I haven't seen Dr. Wagner since 2020! Yikes! But Gerri was able to get me in quickly for a cleaning and an appointment to replace 2 aging crowns! I was a bit anxious at the beginning of my appointment but Gerri, Stephanie and Dr. Wagner all put me at ease and I was done in no time and no pain. Thanks Gang for the Ultimate Smile!
