Dr. Eichel established the Children's Dental Center of Atlanta in 1969 located on the principal that ALL kids, EVERYWHERE, deserve the finest dental care available. This belief has led Dr. Eichel and our staff to open 6 locations around the Atlanta Metro area, enabling us to supply treatment to kids in areas where they might not otherwise receive it.

I absolutely loved this Dentist office the second I walked in, the ladies checking you in are extremely nice and greeted me well. The ladies in the back were so loving with my daughter and very nice. The service was amazing and fast! My 3 year old keeps telling me she had so much fun at the dentist today! Thank you!

I'm really disappointed with this practice. I waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 15 minutes with my 8 month old. She was scheduled to be seen at 9:30am and at 10:30 am I had to ask the front desk for an update. They then explained they were understaffed and had call outs, which I get, but they could have had enough respect for my time to notify me upfront so I could reschedule if needed.
When they finally took her back, a dentist took a 2 second look in her mouth and said we will see her back at 3 years old. She did not introduce herself, offer any advice on how to care for her teeth (brushing, flossing, fluoride), or address my concern which was teeth grinding until I asked and even then she rushed through the answers. I am going to find a smaller practice where I am treated with respect and given the time I deserve.

Visits are always extremely long so be prepared to stay at least three hours and maybe even longer and that's for any service. I waited 30 minutes just for paperwork. They actually prescribed my son medicine then forgot to give it to us. They had so much going on the assistant was even confused. I'm glad I pay attention to my sons care because they were no help. This was our last visit, he will not be going back.

I took my two year old here & was told that he didn't really need to be seen til he's 3. Kinda wish they would have said that when i first requested an appointment. We didn't have to wait long at all. I think we was sitting for like 3-5mins. My main concern was cavities & thank God he had none. The dentist literally checked his teeth in 5secs and the visit was over.
But then they offered to clean his teeth. I had no idea they could at his young age. He did so good. He loved the dental assistants, they played with him while waiting for the dentist to come over. Even gave him a toy car. He's obsessed with cars & trucks.
