I've been coming here every 6 months since I was about 7-8 years old. and I'm 31. I refused to go anywhere else. I've always been so comfortable here. Amazing dentists, office staff & hygienists! And I have beautiful healthy teeth :

Very unprofessional. I was bullied into an appointment and was told to stay outside due to COVID. My children didn't receive their school note and after calling them I was told to come back up to retrieve the note. This has happened a few times. Rep on the phone was very nasty and not helpful at all. I've had it with this place. They're blocked on my phone.

Dr. Reizenson is the absolute best there is. He is patient.caring.honest.and gentle. I would never see another dentist. I have a broken wisdom tooth and he gave me a referral to have an oral surgeon pull my tooth rather than him putting me through that in the office. I cannot say enough about the level of trust i have for him! He always makes me feel at ease and is so nice and pleasant every single time i see him! Thank you for all you do Dr. Reizenson!

I will be finding a new dentist for me and my family after years of coming to this dentist office. The Dentist and ladies that do the cleaning are wonderful but the front office staff needs customer service improvement. Was running late due to a fatality crash on I20 and they refused to see us. I'm calling them throughout to alert them I'm trying my best to get to you and I'll be running late due to crashes.

The lady on the phone was nasty and stated I'm sorry ma'am we have a 10min policy and you're late. The reason why was not taken into consideration. I explained I was right off the exit and asked could at least one of us be seen and she replied if you're not here in one minute we will not see you. At that point I told her since I'm so close I'll come in for my records and she was absolutely fine.

I didn't put up a fuss, was rude, or anything. When I got to the office they had my paperwork ready. It's sad that you can have great dentists but horrible customer service front office staff. I got off work from Cobb county and couldn't help it was accidents all over but the front office could care less. When I have service like this I never put up a fuss or be nasty, I simply take my business elsewhere.

I've had many dentist in my 38 years but none compare to Dr. Woo. His professionalism and knowledge is unparalleled. He is kind and considerate as well as gentle. I've never been as pleased as I am with his services. Its pleasurable, affordable, and unmatched customer service. Thank you Dr. Woo for restoring my smile and confidence. You are amazing!

After using them for around two years and hearing how healthy my mouth was, I apparently had four sudden cavities. When asking how they missed them last time or what I had been doing wrong I was shrugged off. Before I could schedule the work, they sent me to their finance office to discuss the steep costs they were quoting for the work and given paperwork to sign.

Being a skeptic, I saw another dentist who said I had no issues whatsoever after a far more thorough examination. I am disappointed that what seemed to be a reputable Dental group for years tried to scam me into needless work.

The staff was friendly and professional. I've had extensive dental work throughout the years and this is the first time that I felt absolutely no pain. I came to have 2 teeth extracted and it was an enjoyable experience. Even the the numbing injections did not hurt I have to have more teeth extracted and will be back. Dr. Igor Reizenson knows his stuff!

I needed to reschedule my appt for this afternoon because something came up with work. I called to reschedule & there is a cancellation fee of $100.00. I was not trying to cancel, just reschedule. I could see if I was notorious for cancelling last minute or not showing up at all but I have been a dedicated patient there for over 20 years and I felt this was unacceptable.

I will be changing dentists because of this. In times like these with peoples work schedules, duties & locations changing, you would this that this "family oriented" business would keep that in mind. Thank you for all the cleanings & small talk over the years. please share this information with whomever you feel. Very disappointed.

This plase is the worst place I have every been. Both my daughter had appointments we checked in they only called one of my daughter's back and not the other one and tell me I have to wait when she clearly had and appointment. Now she cant be seen until September this is so unfare to me and my daughter. It has mess me up for my daughter other appointment with the orthodontist that she have to have this cleaning before they see her and now I have to pay my orthodontist a 25.00 cancellation fee. Because.

I called one one day before her appointment. They was very rude and clearly only think about them self. Asking me to wait 45 minutes for her to be seen when my appointment was at 3:00 We arrived at 2:45 45 minutes would have put me to 4:45. If I could give them no stars. I would. Dont go to this denist. They are not professional.

I had been looking for a new dentist for a long time. I hate going to dentists. I have had many bad experiences. However, I needed a lot of work done and Dr. Woo at Shurett Dental was recommended to me. Bottom line, I could not be happier with the work he did and his overall professionalism. I had extensive work done in a short period of time. He and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, cared for my well being and did GREAT work. They did timely follow ups to ensure no problems had developed after each procedure. I wish I had gone sooner.
