Thomas Family Dentistry PC

I like the staff and the younger Dr. Thomas. However, I would not suggest you go to them for Orthodontia. They were way more expensive than more qualified places with more updated equipment. They overcharged us for both ortho and dental. Their records are horrible. The older Dr Thomas should not still be practicing any kind of care. He gave me faulty advice about a tooth I was having problems with for dental.

For ortho, we paid a total of OVER $6k for my two kids (they overcharged us because they didn't apply payments correctly but it's impossible to prove because their record keeping is a disaster/dishonest). When I raised concerns that the girls' teeth had not moved sufficiently and/or had moved back to the same place we started and in several cases they didn't catch problems they should have foreseen and addressed. Overall, we spent all that money and have to start all over with another ortho place.

I would not recommend anyone go there for anything. I also had a filling leak and it took me no less than THREE appointments (almost 2 years) before they suggested I have the filling replaced and now I fear I will need a root canal. Please learn from my experience and look elsewhere for care ESPECIALLY orthodontia.

I sincerely appreciate every person that works with the Thomas Family Denistry team. Kind, gentle, and professional is the best way to describe EVERY experience that I have ever had there. My advice is to try them once and you will definitely see what I am talking about. Thank you.

I have been going Thomas Family Dentistry for not too long but I had to take some time to leave my review. I have been blown away by such an amazing and kind team. It has been awhile since I've experienced such an excellent care/service from healthcare office. I've been seeing Dr. Laing and I cannot say enough how caring, knowledgeable and compassionate she is, such a gem! She went far and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

Simply an amazing experience each and every time I need dental services. I have a very difficult autoimmune disease that can wreck havoc on my mouth. The staff all have a high level of empathy for ailments of all sorts. Thank you for squeezing me in and caring through your actions.

These kind folks go out of their way to be helpful. They couldn't be nicer or more concerned about a patient's welfare. This is especially true for those with additional medical problems. The staff works with the patient's doctors to ensure that all medical concerns that might impact the dental procedure are quickly and correctly addressed. And the dentists are top notch!

Besides a delicate touch, Dr. Ken went out of his way to explain the work being done during the visit. The troublesome tooth is doing fine. I am very grateful to Thomas Family Dentistry for all their good deeds.

My husband and I have used Thomas Family Dentistry for several years now. Every appointment we have been greeted with the friendly staff, received great care, and a beautiful, clean smile. Recently, our three year old daughter had her first dental appointment. The dental hygienist, Wendy, was absolutely wonderful! She was so accommodating and very gentle with our very talkative girl. Both Dr. Thomas' truly care about their patients! My family highly recommends both of them for all your dental care needs.

Thomas family dentistry is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited. They are always on time, very professional, never preachy, innovative and my teeth look amazing. Friendly and courteous staff, hygienist, and doctors. The docs explain exactly what they are doing and often ask if you are doing OK during a procedure. Had a crown replaced on my front tooth, so color matching was VERY important. Made multiple trips, but doc would not settle until the color was exactly perfect. I didn't mind going in several times in order to have it perfect! Definitely recommend this practice!

I have been going to this office for many years now. For a person who always was nervous going to a dentist (even though I don't have any issues or cavities), this has been wonderful. The staff is like family and makes everyone feel so welcome. I love the soft Christian music playing in the background and the services they perform are wonderful. I have had invisaligns with Dr. Steve that ended up taking away chronic headaches that plagued me for most of my life. This is a great dentistry to consider as your own!

I have really bad anxiety about going to the dentist. I switched to Thomas Family Dentistry 7 years ago and they are wonderful! I love how they explain what is going on with my teeth and ALL of my options on how to go about fixing them. Also they always make sure I am never in any pain for a filling or dental work! They are the BEST!

I highly recommend Thomas Family Dentistry. The staff is friendly and courteous, and I was seen promptly at my sechduled appointment time. Dr. Thomas is an excellent dentist (make that both of them!), and I really liked how he kept me informed of what he was about to do. The procedure was painless. The office has excellent equipment as well, and the cost was reasonable.

The entire staff of Thomas Family Dentistry strives to make you feel comfortable. They have subtle spiritual music playing in the background, art adorning their walls, and a congenial spirit. They even treat us kindly when we become frightened. These are super people doing a great job.
