Arnstine Orthodontics

I took my daughter to McGuire Ortho. She was scared of the experience, but the fantastic staff and Dr Lucas made it very pleasant. He seemed to have an intuitive understanding of her bone structure Ana the potential issues that could arise as she gets older. I'll be taking my sand worm of a son there when he gets a little older.

When Dr. Arnstine owned this practice it was great and he did a great service. 5 stars for Dr. Arnstine. When Dr. McGuire took his practice away from him, customer service plummeted! Dr. McGuire did not finish the work Dr. Arnstine started and I was left with back molars that don't connect for chewing. Occlusions on both sides. I had to take time off from work to attend an appointment, only to arrive and be told I had no appointment.

The front desk receptionist actually LIED and said she never scheduled the appointment! Unbelievable. My dentist was appalled with the way Dr. McGuire left my teeth. 0 stars for Dr. McGuire.

UPDATE: I returned to the office and met with a different orthodontist who explained the nuances of different treatment options. From my cursory understanding: the 'new style' of permanent retainers I originally received from A&M is not designed to last as long as the 'old style' permanent retainers that I received as a teen, though the new version is healthier for the underlying bone and muscle structures. So, if you underwent orthodontic work as a teen or an older child of yours, you may be expecting the same style (and longevity) as I was.

In the end, after understanding the available treatments and pros/cons, I opted for a removable retainer instead of the attached bar. I feel this team cares about patient satisfaction and this orthodontist took the time to explain all options so that I could make an informed decision. With this, I would highly recommend them. ------------ PREVIOUS REVIEW: The office staff is super friendly. However, their prices are a bit higher than other area orthodontists for the service I had done.

I decided to go with Arnstine & McGuire because of the reviews, but if I need additional work, I will go elsewhere. FYI - I had braces years ago, in another state (nearly 20 years ago) and just recently my permanent retainer (the bar glued to the back of my teeth) popped off. I came to A&M have it replaced, only to have 1 of the 5 contacts pop off just 18 months later.

I came back to them and they charged me full price. I was extremely disappointed that they would charge me $155 for this service of reattaching one contact point. And for reference, when I called other area orthodontists prior to my first visit, the quotes ranged from $90-120. They seemed worth it, though, based on reputation.

McGuire Orthodontics goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care and customer service. I recently underwent the invisalign treatment and WOW was I blown away by the results. Always friendly, accommodating, and professional each time I come in for an appointment! Highly recommend. Thanks guys! :

Dr. McGuire and his whole staff are great. I walked into Arnstine & McGuire nervous and anxious as I'd never had any ortho work done before and was not sure what to expect. Everyone at the office quickly put me at ease with their friendliness, efficiency, and positively. When I met with Dr. McGuire, I was impressed by his upbeat personality, talents, and knowledge of everything ortho.

As a newbie, I also appreciated the modern, high-tech machines/computers Dr. McGuire used to explain and show images of my ortho options. I left the office with a great Invisilign treatment/plan that works for my busy schedule and can't wait to see the results in the coming months!

Our teenage daughter and son have the most wonderful smiles after their excellent treatment from Dr. Arnstine, Dr. McGuire, and staff! We are so grateful!

One of the absolute best experiences in medical/dental care I've ever had! Excellence of care is consistent and you will feel like you're the most important patient in the practice! Beautiful teeth, minus the anxiety then this is the place to go.

We had the initial consultation, with Dr. McGuire, for my teenager's fairly complicated case. After taking photos, we went to a small conference room to review the findings. Dr. McGuire showed us our son's teeth images in detail via a projector - so much more efficient than other practices & easier to understand & discuss! Dr. McGuire is personable, thorough & clearly gets along well with kids.

He was so much more thorough in explaining the various options & pros & cons. He gave us plenty of time to ask questions & provided us a detailed cost estimate. The office was super clean & welcoming and you can tell they embrace new technology and techniques. This was such a better experience all around compared to the other two orthodontists that we have worked with. Looking forward to working with Dr. Maguire. I would highly recommend without hesitation!

There is so much to say! I have been going to this orthodontist for over two years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Every single staff member is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always are able to get you in if anything happens. They always take care of your teeth and help to explain everything that is being done in your mouth.

The prices are super reasonable and they are very diligent with your care. Shannon is the orthodontic assistant that I usually see and it is always a pleasure and enjoyable time instead of a nervous and horrible experience. And when you talk to Dawn or anyone else at the front desk, they will always work with you to help with whatever it is that you need. Go here if you need ANY orthodontic work for anyone in your family.

Dr. Arnstine and his staff are great! Very friendly, they make a point of welcoming everyone by name are respectful of us as their customers. they have great rapport with kids and adults. The practice is very well run. appointment times are always prompt. Very little waiting. They explain everything they are doing and why. They also seem to have a lot of fun as a team!

This orthodontist office is incredible. I am convinced that they only take staff members that are phenomenal with kids (and parents). Dr. Arnstine is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. As well, the appointments move quickly and you are never waiting long to be seen. All staff members are friendly, efficient, organized, and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled to have been recommended to come here - and we highly recommend this practice too!

I am a young adult that had moved back from out of state to continue orthodontic treatment to prepare for a major jaw surgery. I first went to the orthodontist that was nearest to where I live and was severely disappointed. Thankfully, Dr. Arnstine came highly recommended by a few close friends that knew about my future surgical needs. I met with him and a few of his staff and I am so glad I did.

From start to finish both he and his staff were professional and made me feel like family. He worked very closely with my oral surgeon which made me feel even more comfortable as the success of surgery would depend heavily on the orthodontic aspect of my teeth. Dr. Arnstine is very intelligent, personable, and caring. The office staff and assistants could not have made me feel more welcome and important every time I was in the office- I always felt like family. Needless to say my orthodontic treatment and surgery were a success!

I am so happy and relieved that I chose to work with Dr. Arnstine and his amazing staff. I would recommend this office to any adult with complex orthodontic needs or a child that just needs a little straightening out!

I was well into my 50s when I decided to finally get my teeth fixed. Dr. Richard and his staff did a terrific job working around my crowns and years of wear on the teeth. I travel a lot for work, and they were great about working around my schedule. The orthodontics let to a better correction than I could have imagined. My smile looks great, and best of all, I can chew like normal people! I can highly recommend Arnstine Orthodontics for patients who are past the growth-spurt years!

There are not enough words to describe how positive each visit and interaction has been. Everyone in this office, without exception, is highly trained, skilled, knowledgeable, and excellent at their jobs. But, what is more impressive is the loving and supportive way in which they interact with the clients, and each other. Dr. Arnstine and staff gave perfect, beautiful smiles to my children. I highly recommend his office. Not only did he create the (absolutely) perfect look, he treated us like family. Initially, he made several calls at home when we were new patients. At each appointment he greeted my family with a friendly handshake and a grin. The office staff. was wonderful.

They treated us with respect, knowledge, and kindness. When we were faced with a critical situation (accident) involving my son's front teeth, Dr. Arnstine took calls after hours to assist us with decision making. And, in the morning, he postponed a trip to a conference in order to meet with my son and repair the damage. 'Perfection' is the word I use to describe his work. THANK YOU TO DR. Dr. Arnstine and his staff are the warmest most welcoming people you will ever wish for. They are super knowledgeable and thorough when discussing individual treatment plans - and when you leave the office you not only feel confident that you are getting the best treatment available, you feel like you are part of their family.
