Dr. Lee and his staff are AMAZING! I moved my entire family from other dentists to Covington Smiles because they have the BEST attitudes, BEST service and EXTREMELY competitive and fair pricing! I won't recommend any other dentist because the people at Covington Smiles have completely won me over and I know they will win you over too!

Cannot say enough good things about this place; their entire staff from the front desk to the back office is just incredible.

Daniel Lee is a good dentist, however, I was charged for X-rays that I didn't need. They didn't ask. They just did it knowing that I had retired and had Medicare that did not cover the visit. I called to talk to billing, they reduced a bit and deducted $72.00. I was rebilled the $72.00. I called and explained to someone and they said they would give billing a message to call me, but they didn't call back.

I called three times to get this resolved. My brother died suddenly and I am taking care of his matters, so I have no time to deal with them. I'll pay them the damn $72.00. ( The day I was in for my cleaning I was told of Bob Vasquez death. I wasn't quite thinking clearly to stop the gal from doing the X-ray. Bob ALWAYS asked me before he did them.)

Horrible dentist. Dr Lee is a liar and a thief. His work falls apart in less than a year. Save your time, go elsewhere. In speaking with several employees the following most recent reviews are paid reviews.

I am one of those people that is afraid of the dentist. I've had bad experiences before and going to a new dentist is nerve-wracking to say the least. When I first went to see Dr Lee, I had mentioned my fear. That was 3 or 4 years ago and in all that time I've not been hurt once at Covington Smiles. Everyone I've dealt with there has made sure I'm very numb for procedures requiring being numb and they are gentle when working on my teeth. I won't go anywhere else.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by family when we moved to Seattle and I am glad! Dr. Lee and his staff are always friendly, consistent with following up as I have to visit more frequently for my dental treatments, and I am always impressed with his professionalism every visit. I live 45. min from the office but I consider it worth the drive for the service I know I will receive each time. The office is spacious and modern and certainly inviting for anyone who wants to have a pleasant dental experience! I highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff!

I've always dreaded going to the dentist, until my sister in law told me about Covington Smiles. Dr Lee and his staff are not only knowledgeable, but also very kind, caring, and most of all understanding. I can't recommend this place enough.

My family has been going here for years. The staff has always been really good to us. I get anxious when having dental work done and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and pain-free. I love working with the staff because they are so friendly!

I have been in the dental business for about 20 years and have been thousands of dental practices. I decide to give a dentist that was closer to my home a try. I was not disappointed. Dr. Lee, Dr. Hodges and the rest of their staff are amazing, accommodating and knowledgeable. From the clinical standpoint the doctors and the staff explain stuff so well.

I broke a back tooth and they got me right in. Not being my first crown I knew what to expect and the work began. Painless and efficient is the best way to describe it. When the final crown was put on, it was the first crown I have ever had that did not need any adjustment. I have since then referred three patients to their practice. Two for dental implants and other for a cleaning. They all also gave great feedback to me about the practice. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lee and his staff were absolutely amazing. My mother had an extraction and needed her dentures adjusted to fit correctly over that missing tooth and they did such a great job! She says that they fit better than they did before! Everyone is so polite and friendly and always smiling. The office is also very clean and organized with easy access and plenty of parking! We will definitely be going back and recommending Covington Smiles to our friends and family!

Absolutely the best dentist office! They greet you with a big smile and are friendly the entire time you are there. You really feel like part of a family with them. They are very informative and not pushy at all. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and have had to overcome a lot of fears. Over the years, Dr Lee and his team has eased my fears and even though I am not excited to have my teeth worked on, I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. They are truly amazing and I really cannot say enough about them. If you are looking for a great dentist, this is it!

At first I really liked Covington smiles. They are so nice and welcoming there. However, that changed when I took my toddler for his 6 month check up and cleaning. I had some concerns with his teeth and the way they addressed me was disappointing. I literally felt terrorized by the assistant. Attacking me for (letting my son brush his own teeth) after I told them I brush them twice a day everyday. (To stop giving him milk to bed) after I told them he doesn't drink milk to bed.

And so forth. Said he has over a dozen cavities and we don't brush his teeth good. And they Referred us out to a specialist. I ended up going to a different pediatric dentistry and that dentist praised us for our good brushing. Turns out his teeth have more bacteria due to genetics and she was surprised how well his gums looked. And must I add, he didn't even have half a dozen cavities, let alone over a dozen like Dr Lee said he did. Save yourself a trip and find yourself a real pediatric dentist if you're taking your kids here. And if you're taking yourself, best of luck.

First off I'm terrible at things like this. My dental health was a disaster. I had broken teeth, cavities and gum disease. My first 3 visits with Dr. Lee were addressing dental pain. Each time I was treated with dignity and professionalism. Each time I received a dental plan. Needless to say I could not afford any further treatments. Each time they only performed the minimal service to relieve my pain.

After my 3rd visit I would have no more pain. Nicole and I had then come up with a dental plan I could afford. That was 18 months ago and I can clearly say, what a great dentist and what a great team. A team I would come to define as a Dream Team. Thanks for the confidence that came with my new smile

Dr. Lee is calm, professional, & great. I am someone who absolutely HATES going to the dentist, but the staff at Covington Smiles is friendly and makes the anxiety dissipate! Chelsea is my hygienist and I absolutely love her! They also are so on top of the best technology also. So you know you are getting the best treatment. I've been going consistently for about 7 years and would never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a dentist - look no farther!

Out of more than a several places to visit for dental care in the south end, by far the best place to go! Love the new building, and moreover, I am always warmly greeted and treated like family. Almost makes the visit pleasant, almost. But as far as the service and personal care that I'm given there, I always recommend Covington Smiles to all of my family and friends in the area, and even if they are not. Give Dr. Lee a try!

I have never felt so comfortable and at ease with seeing a dentist until I met Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee and his staff are all very friendly, pleasant and accommodating; very gentle and comforting. I am so thankful that I went to Covington Smiles after so many years of trying to put aside extraction of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Lee has amazingly gentle hands and did it so efficiently.

My experience couldn't have gone any better. In all my visits, not once I felt that my time was wasted. You check-in and get called into the back office quick. You get attended to right away by their wonderful hygienists and assistants. Thereafter, Dr. Lee finalizes and makes sure you get the best treatment. Dental treatments can get very expensive, even with insurance. With Covington Smiles, I did not ever feel ripped off. The relationship I built with them and the experience is all worth every penny.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for over 8 years. He is out of network on my insurance, but I consider him worth paying a little extra $$$ for. His staff is exceptionally friendly and always put me at ease. Their new office is beautiful, has free coffee, and things for kids to play with. When I had a crown made in 2014, Dr. Lee wasn't originally satisfied with the color match upon its arrival.

He had the lab redo it and met me at their office in Maple Valley (at 6:00AM!) to ensure the coloring was right the second time. He went above and beyond! I've never had a doctor do that before. Thank you for all the wonderful care over the past years.

I have recently switched dentists and found Covington Smiles. My husband and I have been pleased and I am happy to have found a place I can trust and feel comfortable with. We are very happy with Dr. Lee and staff and look forward to our continuing relationship for many years!
