This place was great. Probably the best dental place I've ever been in my life. You shared the same thing other dental places have told me, but they actually explained what that means and why it was important. And the person I was with, Mary, was gloriously amazing. Not only informative, instructive, and precise, she was totally awesome and great conversation. I'm extremely happy I switched here.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I called for an emergency on Saturday and they took me right in. The office is spotlessly clean and the entire staff is very competent caring and professional. The dentist, Dr. Dana, was truly compassionate and acknowledging of the severe pain I was in. Definitely deserve five stars

As a new patient in 2020, I felt comfortable in the office for myself, my 2 children, and husband. The cleanings are easy and on schedule. We have visited multiple times and are happy with the dentist and hygienist, even the office staff are nice and friendly. They care about your comfort and well being!

They are extremely professional, polite and positive. They offer a feeling that you are important, as soon as you walk through the door that continues until you walk out. They are very thorough and informative. They offer a positive outlook regarding your health, with out seeming judgmental, with a clear plan and focus on future treatments. Everyone is nice, Mary is Awesome, and lucky for me so is Kim and Dr. Seth! Considering the venue, I'd say: The Best experience ever!

I have had nothing but good experiences. If you have dentist anxiety there are so many good people working there that understand and help to make you feel more comfortable. I usually see Dr Ehrmann who is fantastic. I saw a new hygienist Irene who I will be keeping going forward. She was the BEST!

Wonderful experience! And I don't say that about going to the dentist. The Dr. was very nice and professional and the dental hygienist was so sweet and very good at her job. They made me feel like I mattered and not just another number in their system. Overall, a professional and friendly office. Definitely will be a long time patient.

Such a great experience! Sue is a wonderful hygienist, we had great conversation and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Her and Dr. Seth were very informative and I never felt rushed. Their front staff were also very friendly. Thank you all! See you in six months!

My first visit was for a cleaning. The service that I received was first class from beginning to the end. The staff is very professional and caring. The treatment was first rate, the Hygienist was very thorough and the Doctor paid attention to details while examining my mouth. I am very happy with the treatment that I received.

I am so grateful and always look forward to going!. On arrival a few years back I had a lot of work to be done. Throughout the entire process I left happy, amazed and always knowing my treatment plan and what to expect. It was done in a timely fashion. Always a pleasant experience! They are very consistent. I am confident to recommend anyone to there. Practice! Who knew you could be excited to go to the dentist! Where I used to have major anxiety from bad experiences. I'm glad I got to them when I did! I weaved time, cost and most importantly my teeth. Thanks Dr. Dana and Dr. Seth and entire staff! Also must not forget Doctor Gortler for root canals. Anytime you hear root canal, naturally it's not something u look forward too.

I had the pleasure of seeing her on a few occasions and each time there was absolutely zero pain during and after procedure. Her personality is a plus as well she somehow has the gift of making the experience comfortable and fun. I left smiling each time!

It is a very professional office. Staffs are very friendly and made you feel at home. I have some trouble with one of my teeth, Dr. Keiles very patiently explained to me the reasoning behind his diagnosis. They also have finance staff who explains to you what is covered by your insurance and what is out of pocket up front. For my next appointment, the office staff called me to let me know I should prepare for a 2 hour visit, so that I can pre-arrange things. It is a wonderful experience.

Today was my first visit to NWDC. I thought I had been getting high level care before but the experience today, in terms of expertise, technology, and friendliness, was truly inspiring. Not only is my immediate dental issue being addressed professionally and promptly but I am grateful for the long term treatment plan being developed to insure that I have excellent dental health as I age beyond my current age of 75.

Excellent facility, excellent personnel. I've been fortunate to have had great dental care throughout my life, but never better than here. My previous dentist, who was as good as it ever gets, transferred his practice to this one in preparation for retirement. He made the right choice. Continuing with the implant process, fourth one. Care continues to be excellent. Plus, the chairs are supremely comfortable. You won't want to leave!

I have been seeing Dr Seth for 16 years and without his knowledgeable expertise and amazing bedside, "chair side" manner I would not have teeth! I want to thank them today for going the extra mile!

As always my visit was a pleasure.even at the dentists office. While the office and staff are very professional, they make you feel like one of the family. So comfortable that the tension we feel anticipating the discomfort is quickly alleviated with familiar chat, friendly banter and gentle caring treatment.

The staff are all kind, friendly and caring and excellent at all they do. I am someone who has an incredible fear in the dentist chair. The entire staff takes extra care to always let me know what is going on to make me wonderfully at ease.

Professional, customer-centric dentistry! Staff is very polite and express patient care as their primary focal point. Office and patient rooms are very clean and well maintained. I actually feel good when I enter and leave the NWDC facility knowing that I have received the best dental care.

This is my family's dental practice going on six years now. It's hard to find a good dental practice that you can trust and we clearly trust this practice! The staff is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and receptive to personal comforts, concerns and budgets. The office is open in the evenings and on Saturdays, mindful of patient's working schedules. Highly recommended!

What a great experience in this office from the minute you walk in till its time to leave. The office staff amazing, courteous, polite especially Shayna, I can't express more how happy to finally have a staff that works with the patients. The doctors all are great as well as the assistants.

For starters, the office is very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Keiles was very thorough when explaining my possible treatment, etc. and Sue, the hygienist was amazing too. Definitely recommend this practice!

The owners anger towards two minority women (one a minor), coming to his office for the first time speaks volumes. We were honest in our assessment of Dr. Ehrmanns' consultation which was good. We gave this office 3 then 1 star because of inexcusable treatment by Francis and Kim at the front desk and Treatment Plan issue. Instead of anger, Seth should have addressed how he would correct issues mentioned and how he would train staff to ensure ALL of his patients in the very diverse "community" he serves are treated well when they come to his office.

He also still did not give a plausible reason for not treating one of our family members even after providing a Treatment Plan. Also, the patient always has final say in what treatment the elect to have or NOT have.

Very professional, 21st century, full-service practice. Drs are friendly, very knowledgeable and caring. They always lead me through every step of procedures, and help plan ongoing care. I recently had an infected molar which they addressed immediately and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Great experience since opening Post Covid-19 mandatory closing. They have an amazing procedures in place. They had a unbelievable set up and rules Including waiting in at until it's your turn, cleaning procedures for each exam office, new tools to eliminate aerosols, special pre-exam rinse and a second person assisting with procedures to provide suction to eliminate splash. Truly impressive. If you need safe and awesome dentists and great hygienists this is the place to go. Really appreciated the safety.

Called up and got a appointment immediately, good thing! Needed some major work done and they stepped up big time! Made me feel comfortable and procedure went well. GREAT STAFF TO! definitely will be my go to dentist here on out. well finally got The molar and another tooth next to it pulled today listening to Pink Floyd on speakers in room "Thanks to Dr Smullin" the best oral surgeon!" Dr Dana and Dr Seth are such amazing dentists! Everyone that works there makes you feel so comfortable and they treat you like family. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to anything dental related due to past experiences. Now that I found NWDC, my anxiety is getting a lot better than it was. I am so thankful I found this practice 7 years ago. Thank you Dr Dana, Dr Seth and the whole team for what you do!

I really can't rave enough about Dr. Seth. He's kind, gentle, patient, calming. His entire staff help provide the perfect atmosphere for nervous patients. And if you're not a nervous patient, then you'll just feel right at home and in the best hands. If I ever move away I will genuinely miss the care here so much. Dr. Seth is incredible.

Great dental care here.have been a patient for over 20 years and have had excellent care for the dentists and hygienists. Super efficient - always take you on time and provide thorough, painless care. Dr. Seth has been my patient for years but Dr. Dana is excellent as well. Sue my hygienist is terrific as well. I highly recommend.

This is THE Dentist office to go to! We moved up here from the city and Dr. Dana and Dr. Seth are the best. A husband and wife dental team. who are both skilled and work hand in hand with each other to give you the best care possible. They do all their crown and implant work there as well, which is great. One real plus for me, but others may not care. they have TV's mounted to the wall in every room with remotes. You can watch any channel you want while your dental services are being performed! This really takes your mind off of what is happening!

I have been a patient of Drs Seth and Dana Keiles since they opened their practice. I have been to excellent dentists before who were wonderful technicians and artists, but the difference in this practice is that both Dr Dana and Dr Seth are wonderful communicators. They take the time to make sure that I understand all my options and help me to. get comfortable in their care.

They also communicate professionally and consistently with anyone they have referred me to. If they are not doing the entire amount of work needed, they are case managing the process to be sure I am in the best of hands. I have great respect for their professional expertise and their humanity during what can often be an uncomfortable ordeal. And. their office staff is just as kind, communicative and caring!

I wanted to share my experience at North Westchester Dental. I am very impressed with the office and staff. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Communication is done clearly and everything is explained well. I have had 2 visits including a cleaning and filling. The cleaning was very thorough and done with warmth and a real interest in the wellbeing of my teeth. Afterwards, I was really motivated to keep my teeth clean. The second visit was also very impressive and Dr. Seth did a great job. I would definitely recommend this office.

This was my first visit to Dr. Seth Keiles, Dentist. I feel very lucky to have discovered him and his wonderful staff. Dr. Seth explains everything in detail, listens carefully to your thoughts and issues and does everything possible to make you comfortable during the procedure. His staff is delightful. I am already looking forward to my second visit to finish up and hopefully a long relationship.

I wish I found them sooner. Great staff and Seth was so professional. The office is modern and clean. Most dentist offices here in Westchester have never been updated.

We are all a product of our environment and a product of our experiences. From a very young age I was mistreated by dentists, probably because I was too shy to speak up for myself. They would drill after the novocain had worn off and one of them slapped me across the face when I was about 6 years old. I was terrified of them. As an adult I. abstained from dentistry for about 19 years!

At the age of 40 I took the plunge and started going back. Thankfully not too much damage was done. Now in my 50's all of those fillings and crowns that I white-knuckled through have begun to decay. About a year and a half ago Dr Dana encouraged me to consider replacing these decaying fillings and crowns with.

Just had a cleaning and it was terrific. clean teeth and no cavities.

Everyone was so kind and the entire process from booking my appt to my dental cleaning and exam were smooth and wonderful. Highly recommend.

I, like many others, felt swindled after coming here. I have excellent insurance and generally only pay a 20$ copay for anything and everything required. I am young and really just starting to deal with all these things single handedly and was Somehow I was talked into paying 600$ plus for two fillings and they then said I owed even more than that!

I refused to pay the rest and demanded they speak with my insurance carrier. All the dentists (Seth and Dana) were pleasant and I liked the hygienist I saw just fine but nothing makes up for fraudulent business practices. Dentists are also held to the standard of first, do no harm. Such a terrible experience.

Love Drs. Dana and Seth! They have done a lot of work in my mouth, including crowns and implants, and they do a terrific job. The office is run very well so I rarely have more than a minute or two wait, I always get a complete cost estimate before any major work, and that has always been accurate. There is as little pain as possible, both Dana and Seth have great chairside manner, though they are VERY different! Their dental work is top notch, I am so glad we found them.

I just had a *great* experience at Northern Westchester Dental Care. I haven't been to the dentist in ages and was SUPER nervous about what they would find. Dr. Seth Keiles and the hygienists were so understanding and supportive. I'd recommend this practice to anyone in a heartbeat!

Dr. Seth is amazing.so is Jen the assistant. I have complete dental phobia & anxiety from so many bad experiences. Dr. Seth and Dr. Dana are so patient and kind. Dr. Seth explains everything as he goes along and makes sure you are comfortable. I am so happy I found them!

I live in Florida and had a dental emergency because a crown fell out. I called many places and Northern Westchester Dental Care were the only ones who were courteous, were willing to check my insurance benefits AND who welcomed me to come in all while seeing their regular patients! Dr. Seth was prompt, honest about what could/couldn't be done and extremely nice.

I had X-rays taken and a temporary crown put on all in less than an hour and the cost (as a non-patient, walk-in) was very reasonable. I am petrified of the dentist and felt very comfortable in their office. The dental assistant was super nice and friendly as were the women at the front desk. Thank you!

Went to this practice for the first time with a sharp pain in my tooth, which ended up being a root canal. However, Dr. Seth was not able to diagnosis if the pain was from a dead nerve or from a small hairline fracture in the tooth, so he removed the old filling and cleaned it out. He said this might help with the problem. However, two days later and I was still in pain, so went to an endodontist.

When the root canal specialist looked at the tooth he knew immediately that my root had died and that I needed root canal surgery. The issue I have is that Dr. Keiles should have sent me to the endodonist immediately to see if the nerve was dead. He said he was unsure, so why not get a second opinion. I was in pretty severe pain for a couple days because of this.

He also tried to steer me to a practice in Mt. Kisco for the root canal. I called them and found out they only take insurance from one company. Dr. Keiles did not ask what insurance I had before recommending this practice. I had to call his office back to get the names of endodontist practices that take my insurance. This whole process was a waste of my time.

I was in pain and had to spend more time than I should have because Dr. Keiles did not bother to ask me this simple question. Finally, When looking at the x-ray of my teeth for the crown, at some point he mentioned an adjacent tooth that had an old amalgam filling from the 80s and said something about bacteria under the filling and that it was a candidate for a crown at some point.

This was also a red flag. I went to another dentist after this and they said there was nothing wrong with the filling and there was no decay that they could detect. It was not all bad. Dr. Seth is a nice guy. He did a good job with the crown and so far it has been fine. He reached out to me after this review and was very open and informative about explaining his side of the story. However, I think there are areas of concern regarding transparency and trust, and I stand by these concerns.

Have been coming to this office for around 8-9 years. Great staff, well organized and run like a real business. Dr Seth is the real deal, the hygienists are caring, efficient and over time become your friends. Wouldn't hesitate to come here for anything form cosmetic to the most complicated work.

Dr. Dana and Dr. Seth, as well as their staff from top to bottom, always provide me with beyond perfect care. HIGHLY recommended due to their professionalism and attentiveness to detail. Beautiful office and extremely friendly office staff! I came to their office years ago with fear and frustration from other dentists in the area and left comfortable and ready to start all the dental work I needed. Each visit is very detailed and I always leave knowing exactly what was done and how much it costs. 5+ stars!

The team at Northern Westchester Dental Care is great! They are warm and welcoming and genuinely care for you. The facility is clean and well kept. We've been customers for several years and happy we are.

The office seems nice and clean and the dental hygienist was very sweet but after giving me a late appointment at the last minute for a toothache (which I really appreciated) I sat in the room for a long time after a full series of x-rays so they could schedule me for a cleaning and to give me estimates on more work? My toothache was apparently going to be last thing to fix on a long list of new issues.

When I told the receptionist I worked and needed appointments at the same time as that evening's appointment she seemed annoyed, especially when I told her I wanted to address the toothache before the cleaning she was scheduling. She wanted me to return the next day in the middle of my day which is impossible for most working people, especially when you work in a hospital.

When I repeated that I couldn't she told me I'd have to wait over a month so I opted to get my x-rays and get my toothache taken care of elsewhere. Glad other people have had good experiences here. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I needed more flexibility and a little more understanding.
