If you have a PPO insurance plan it will allow you to go to any provider you prefer. However, if the dental office is not contracted with your insurance company, you may owe a small difference in fees. At Holehouse Center for Complete Dentistry we understand that every patient is different and unique and in turn may require different treatment.
At Holehouse Center for Complete Dentistry our treatment recommendations will always be based on the options for your specific condition. We will submit claims to your insurance company as a courtesy and advocate on your behalf, but ultimately expenses that your insurance does not cover will be your responsibility.
Your initial appointment will consist of a complete exam and full series of x-rays to help assist Dr. Holehouse in the proper diagnosis of your dental health. After this exam has been completed we will explain your diagnosis in detail and any treatment options if it applies, answering any questions and concerns you may have.

Even though I have had multiple procedures from previous dentists including gum surgery, root canals, crowns, & cavities I was a nervous wreck going in for some restoration work. Dr Holehouse was terrific and Donna was so easy to communicate with during my appointment. No pain or discomfort afterwards Very professional office from any staff I have dealt with

My husband and I visited Holehouse Center on Tuesday, 6/7 to have our first teeth cleaning in FL. Theresa was our dental hygienist. She was careful, patient, detail and knowledgeable. She found a lose crown in my husband, and I have inflammation in two spots. She introduced couple cleaning techniques to us; recommended a tool for gum cleaning. My husband and I felt that was a very thorough cleaning we ever had. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My first visit yesterday was for a total teeth screening and inspection.
The office was nice and neat. The assistant dentist, Jenny was very nice with warm smiles. She was very efficient and effective in taking X-ray for all teeth. She always let you know what was the next step she would do, so you feel prepared and comfortable. Then Dr. Holehouse reviewed the teeth x-ray with me; clear and gave me time to understand & digest. I have to thanks my friend Eliza to introduce me a great dental office.

I gave a Google review 6 months ago; I still highly recommend Dr. Holehouse, but today I was not impressed with the front desk staff. First, when I signed in, I asked what insurance they had for me. Tammy told me "none, " so I handed her my newest insurance card. She looked at me like I had two heads and, with attitude, said they need 24-48 hours to confirm insurance.
I said "that's not a problem." She then said that I'd have to pay up front and possibly get reimbursed later. Again, I said, "no problem." So that was taken care of. But then, during my appointment with the technician, the tech decided to use a different, cheaper method for the impression she was making for my tooth. I agreed to it. When I went to pay, the young woman who checked me out (I don't know her name; I only know she wears eye liner out to her temples), she tried to argue with me about what I owed.
I explained calmly that the technician did a different procedure than what they had quoted me for originally, and that she told me it was cheaper (by $150!). The young woman tried to shut me down with her communication and nasty attitude, basically implying that I was lying. She firmly and tersely stated, "you owe $275, just like we quoted you on the phone." And I said, "no, she did something different and just told me it was around $100." Finally, she said she'd go ask, which she should have said immediately when I told her what I did.
I mean, why would I lie when I was still in their office, and all she had to do was go check!? Anyway, when she came back to the front desk, I asked, "so how much do I owe?" And she said "$125." So I gave her a look, like "see. I told you so. I wasn't lying." and then she still tried to argue with me about why she didn't believe me. I wouldn't have even put up this review because people have bad days sometimes, but I got attitude from TWO of the THREE front staff during the same visit!
Highly frustrating and annoying. The eyeliner woman owes me an apology. And if I'm not going to get one, she at least needs to start treating other patients better. Maybe some training in how to communicate better with patients. I have a good mind to find another dentist.

After being a patient since 2015 and because they were short staffed and didn't ask if my insurance changed when making appointment, I was told to reschedule and pay a cancelation fee or pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. Ridiculous. When it's more about the money than the cate, I look for different doc.

The hygienist Stefanie is the best there is! So sweet, easy to talk to, thorough and does a wonderful job all while making you feel so comforted. She remembers her patients and treats them as friends. I used to hate the dentist but Stefanie, Dr. Holehouse, and others have changed my perspective. Highly recommend!
