Comprehensive Adult Dentistry

Dr Petriilli was working on 2 patients at once bouncing back and forth. Very PAINFUL experience in replacing a crown. Guess he was rushed. Expensive and Crown still hurts while it did not hurt before, temperature sensitive. Not happy with experience, would avoid. Even the assistant seemed rushed and hurt me during my procedure. He needs additional help to give each patient the time and care they deserve

None of the employees besides one who initially brought me back were wearing masks- not even the DOCTOR when she came to examine my teeth. I had to ask her to put one on right as she was about to get into my mouth with her tools. Sorry, not going to go to a dentist practice where the staff are wanting to breathe willy-nilly into my open mouth. I've gone two years in this pandemic without catching Covid and it's not been by allowing irresponsible healthcare providers to breathe all over me in tiny, enclosed spaces. Not coming back here again and neither is my husband.

Unbelievable service! I had a tooth extracted at a crazy (very likely high) oral surgeon. It turns out that office called the Rx into the wrong CVS (even though they asked which one I used). Since all of the oral surgeon's calls go to voicemail I not get any help from the oral surgeon. The wrong CVS kept insisting that the prescription had been filled and it was too soon to refill it. Abby from Dr. Petrilli's office took charge and finally got it all straightened out.

She went above and beyond. It is always that way it's this dentist's office. Dr. Petrilli and his staff always go well beyond great! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FOR EXCEPTIONAL PATIENTS is their motto and they really live up to it!

Dr Petrilli does a good job and when I had emergencies he was able to see me promptly. His staff is very courteous and attentive. The reason I am not giving him 5 stars is that every time you want to schedule a dental cleaning, you have to do it 4-6 months in advance. And if for some reason you need to reschedule, then you have to wait 4-6 months again. My husband and I had to go to other offices to get the cleanings and check ups done. The problem is scheduling cleanings. And this was happening even before COVID.

As with all my previous visits here, they were right on point timing wise as I arrived early and was seen early consequently. The young lady was professional yet remained friendly and interactive. Dr. Petrilli is always a pleasure, easy to talk to, very pointed with his advise and direction with your oral health. I like that he always has a plan and it's a team effort to get things accomplished with your oral health.

The follow up scheduling is a bit precarious due to the popularity of the team here, but they work with you and try to get you the most timely and convenient appointments possible. All in all, thankfully somethings never change like the friendly, professional, and courteous environment that Rich and his team have been able to establish here. After not seeing them since 2012, it was like coming home.

Abby is totally wonderful and helpful when it come to the insurance dealings. Nikki was my hygienist - she was sweet and caring, gentle touch. Dr. Petrilli is personable and thorough! I have me a new dentist! P.S. The exam chair was very comfy!

I have been going to Dr. Petrilli's office for over 5 years and could not be happier. Bernie has been my Dental Hygienist from day one. She is the biggest reason I continue to come back. She is caring, thorough and passionate about what she does. She is invested in my dental health and actually takes the time to chat. The front office staff is the bomb and does not treat you like a number.

They're knowledgeable and take the time to understand your needs and come up with solutions. Dr. Petrilli has taken the time and care to select and develop a staff that truly cares about the patient as a whole.

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Petrilli. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The dentist did not try to push procedures on me that was not necessary. They did not find anything that needed attention. No cavities, no new crowns, no teeth's to be removed. Nothing! I've not had anything done on my teeth except cleaning for years in spite of high pressure to remove all my old crowns, silver fillings and supposedly, cracked tooth.

The last three dentist I've seen found different things to be done and made me to be very suspicious of them. Only the first one say the cracked tooth but I could not see it on the photos myself. Each dentist wanted to put crowns on different teeth.

Very pleased with Dr. Petrilli and the staff. Had changed from a dentist that was closer to my old work to locally here in Apopka. My old company had canceled offering everyone dental insurance after my first visit but was able to get on a third party discount plan to reduce the cost of visits.

This is the first time in my 50 year old life that I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Petrilli is compassionate and concerned dentist with a great chair side manner. The staff is amazing and incredibly welcoming. They are always there to address any question or concern. The office is beautiful decorated with a calming Italian motif. His prices are very fair and I never feel pushed to do anything. Great job Dr Petrilli to you and your wonderful staff! See you next checkup!

Best dentist in town! Caring, considerate, comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Love the staff and this dentist! For years I constantly had thousands of dollars of dental work shoved down my throat (and let's be real my teeth were not that bad) when a nearby dentist tried to quote me $1000's of dollars for multiple fillings and crowns (same with my husband who never has dental issues) I was in tears. I decided to try one more dentist for a second opinion. Dr Petrilli was so kind and amazing. Turned out I needed 1 filling!

And my husband 1 crown! Now I've had more work done but after having kids my teeth did get worse. He has never done any treatment I wasn't comfortable with and I've always gotten great pricing and payment plans if needed. He's even squeezed me in a few times within an hour of calling to fix a bite after a filling. Do I still get nervous getting in the dental chair? Of course, I'm scarred for life because of awful previous dentists. But I always leave with happiness which I never could do before! Oh and Abby at the front is amazing!

Though I like this dentist and the people are super nice, I had to remind my hygienist to wash his hands after he sneezed into them. He happily complied and remained very friendly. Fantastic place otherwise.

Love this dentist and office staff! Everyone I met has been exceptionally kind and polite. I had a bit of anxiety when getting my work done and Dr. Petrilli was very patient with me and helped me calm down. The work on my teeth isn't complete yet but I am very satisfied so far and extremely confident in my choice of dentistry. The office itself is clean and relaxing. Even the chairs are much more comfortable than any other I've felt. The wait is never longer than a couple minutes. Overall I am completely happy!
