This place is hands down THE best I've ever been to for dental care across the board! Beautiful facility and impeccable staff that go above and beyond. My second visit today was as the first; prompt, at ease and informative. Fort Bend Dental can handle all your needs and with their Kleer plan it is affordable. There's no more excuses NOT to maintain your teeth to the utmost. Thank y'all so so much!

Lauren, Cara and Dr. Peccora took such amazing care of me while I was sedated for wisdom teeth extractions. My case was complicated but the surgical team handled it with ease. They are advanced in techniques; as well as, technology. Several preventative measures were taken in order to ensure that I had no post-op complications, which aided in a speedy recovery. As a result, there was little to no pain or swelling.

Absolutely love it here! Have not had a cleaning in YEARS and this place just felt like home. Front office staff so friendly, informative, and always helpful. The dentist are all so down to earth and knowledgable. The dentist are so approachable with questions and use easy terminology for you to grasp the information you're retaining. My dental hygienist was an ABSOLUTE BLESSING! She made me feel so at ease. Financing is VERY fair. In the Missouri City area, wife and I looked around and they offered the MOST AFFORDABLE and LOWEST prices!

My first visit to Fort Bend Dental. I had a "deep cleaning" today. My teeth and gums are normally very sensitive. My dental hygienist, Karen, did an amazing job. Prior to starting the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable, explaining everything and applying a numbing gel to my gums to decrease sensitivity. Took about 30 minutes once she started. Very thorough!

The kindness and care that I have received from both Kara Bower and Dr. George Jabbour was nothing short of impeccable. I had to get all four wisdom teeth removed and was handled with the best care one could possibly receive. The front desk Customer service was absolutely amazing as well! The entire facility is clean and absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this Doctor, staff, and establishment for all of your dental needs without hesitation.

Continuation from previous review of Fort Bend Dental / Dr. Baethge. After initial crown was done incorrectly, because dentist left and had his assistant finish my procedure. I endured severe tooth pain, yet, office refused to call in anything for my pain. Nor did they see me on weekend, (as their website stated) only made me wait days before I could be seen and returned to Fort bend dental, to be told I now needed a root canal on same tooth.
At this visit, Dr. Baethge called in some pain medication and antibiotics. About 10 days later on June 16th I had the root canal. The following week, June 25th I had the crown redone, and a lot of damage was done to my gum tissue. I left with severe pain and told to do warm salt water rinses and Tylenol or Advil. These OTC medications barely did anything for the constant pain.
The doctor who did the root canal called in a few more pain pills, enough for about 4 days. Today is July 8th and I'm still having moderate to severe pain in same tooth and gums. I've called fort bend dental several times over the past few days to ask Dr. Baethge to refill pain medication (Tylenol #3) so that I can be out of pain till My butchered gums can finish healing.
He refused to call in any medication for my pain and said to try an OTC mouth rinse (Closys). What a joke. However they have called me, not to check on my condition, but to make sure I paid my fucking bill, which is ALL they are concerned with. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 days. No one answers the phone no matter what time I called. Finally someone answers today. I try to schedule a emergency root canal and I am told "we are not open on Saturdays". I asked why does you website say " you are open on weekends by appointment" and she says no we are closed on weekends. we do not see patients on Saturdays. Fort Bend Dental your website says, " Emergency Care Our dentists are always on call, even on the weekend.
We will come in for emergency cases so we can address injuries, sudden toothaches, or other serious problems that arise at any time". So please remove that. This is misleading if you are not seeing patients on the weekend.

Dr. Peccora is litterly the best Dentist that has ever walked the earth. with that being said everyone else at the front desk and in administrative is awful. They dont know how to book appointments or call people back. They make you wait up to an hour for appointments when you show up on time. I haven't been in almost two years thanks to Covid. and I am dreading going back because Dwight is going to be so mad when he sees my new cavity. But somehow I have to make it threw the front desk to see him.

They're charging every patient $8.50 out of pocket for "COVID/CDC compliance" which means cheap hand sanitizer and a $8.40 donation to the office. Asked an employee over the phone about the fee and she said it's to support a local business. CDC is not requiring companies to charge patients/customers this fee, but Fort Bend Dental made the decision to scam its patients out of more money.
They will not tell you about it ahead of time. And it's sad that a dental office with a brand new state of the art center is struggling to get by and NEED the $8.50 from you to operate. I'll be switching dentist offices to one with better morals & recommend you do the same. They also tried to charge me $75 out of pocket for a no-show at an appointment previously to which I got no confirmation via text, call, or email. I'm signed up to receive texts and emails and I showed them my phone that I didn't receive anything.
They also couldn't find any confirmation on their end about the supposed "appointment". Yet they still argued with me for 15 minutes in front of the lobby and other people about charging me $75, which made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. Had they just apologized on their end for the inconvenience and not tried to charge the $75, and not charge for the $8.50, I wouldn't be switching dentists.
I didn't agree to a $8.50 donation to the office for "paying for employees masks" and yes that's what she told me. We're paying for things employees should already have.

I am not exaggerating when I say I am the biggest coward at the dentist. Sweats, anxiety, elevated blood pressure and tears. Utter terror. I began coming here last year and I was in such a state. Today, I not only drove myself, but I did a cleaning and a crown without drugs. My bp was below my normal and I shed nary a tear. My hygienist, Larissa, is so gentle.
I never know she is probing and digging and. My dentist, Dr Jabbour is unimaginably qualified and patient. He is without exception the best. He and his staff have made me a changed woman. No valium. No tears. No terror. Miss Pat, his assistant is my new bestie. She too is supportive and professional and a hoot. I can say that I dont mind coming to the dentist. Im almost 60 years old and I have NEVER been able to say that. This place is amazing.

I had an appointment at 830am but then got a call a week before my appointment asking if I can come in at 8am. I said I couldn't because I need to drop off my kid at school but can try to come in a little earlier around 815am. Then I get a text the day of my appointment saying that my appointment is at 8am. I called the office, and they said that's my scheduled time is at 8am.
I said it's not and explained the phone call. They said if I come in now, they will do their best within the time until the next appointment? Are you serious? They also said the next available appointment is not until end of April. Time to look for a new dentist

Let me first start off by saying I do not like going to the dentist. But when I have to go it's usually because I have a root canal. in this particular case I had a root canal that was done years ago and it was infected. I saw Dr. Machart and he was awesome. He had to open up my old root canal and go down each root One at a time and get the old filler out from the last time I had my root canal years ago.
Most dentists would say just pull the tooth and get an implant but this doctor took his time and did the right thing and it turned out awesome. Can't recommend this facility enough and Dr Machart!

I have had problems with grinding my teeth while I sleep for the past 20 years. I have had about 5 or 6 different night guards over the years and this condition has progressively gotten worse. Dr. Jabbour fitted me for a different type of night guard that does not cover all of my teeth and I love it! It has relieved a lot of my facial pain and headaches and has been more comfortable than any of the others I've had.
It only covers my front top six teeth and seems less bulky. He did recommend that I pursue sleep apnea testing since it can contribute to grinding teeth. I plan to do that with Dr. Machart next year. I love that this practice is able to care for me without sending me to other specialists. You will love them too!

I saw Dr Peccora in 2015. I recall paying my bill at the time. However, I recently received an invoice from Abella e-invoicing saying that I had a bill from my recent visit. Funny, it's 2019 and I haven't been to Dr. Peccora's office in 4 years. I called to get an itemized invoice, but received no reply to my request. I called several times to request an itemized invoice.
No joy. So today, July 29, 2019, I called to make an appointment to see if I could get a person on the phone. After waiting for 9 minutes, I was kicked off and told to leave a message. I left a message complete with curse words because I am very frustrated. Now I am leaving 1 star ratings.

Dr. Dwight Peccora and his staff and amazing dental assistants are the best in the business of dentistry! I have a very complicated case history and Dr Peccora has handled all of my issues without pain or the anxiety of painful procedures. He waits and makes sure I am numb and always takes the greatest care in insuring my comfort. I was terrified of dentists until I started seeing Dr. Peccora.
I am a physician myself, trust me, quality of care matters from the dentist to the staff! Absolutely would recommend him to anyone needing a pain free, anxiety free experience with excellent skills and treatment!

"Special Thanks" to Treatment Coordinator- After agreeing on $ for implant, was told "I took too long" to decide; was left "toothless" over the wknd. This was God telling me to RUNAWAY from this place. Found Grand Parkway Smiles, excellent, caring, professional. I am beyond satisfied that Ft. Bend Dental refused to do my implant.

Another visit that I'm giving a 5 star rating to Fort Bend Dental. The kudos this time around to Nicole, Tre, Kim and Dr. Peccora. Nicole and Tre handle the front desk with friendliness and helpfulness. Kim handles all the prepping and assisting efficiently and comfortably. Dr. Peccora, once again, shows his concern for the patient in all aspects.
He is clear and informative when discussing problems and treatment options. He looks for resolutions that are the most practical and least invasive while working for the best financial option. Everyone here cares about the patient as a person and not just someone to get in and out of the office as quickly as possible.

I have seen Dr. Glen for at least the last 10 years. He is always very polite, and is a very genuine person. He always speaks so highly of his family and has always made me feel that he knows exactly what to do in regard to my dental hygiene. The dental hygienists are also great here, as well as the front desk staff. This business is run with dedication to quality, and I know I'm getting exactly what I need for oral hygiene care.
