The people were friendly, especially the girl up front. They charged $160.00 for x-rays and consultation, they promised me good straight forward financing with low payments, ill get back to that. While at first visit before going over all the cost they charged me $490.00 for impressions of my teeth. I came back a few days later to go over the details, the details were to do implants it would cost me $72000.00 and they would only finance half of it leaving me with a $900.00 ish payment for six years.
I told them I would have to think about it and left. The next few days I decided that was just way to much money as I have found just as good of dentist for half the price. At that point I requested they refund the 490.00 as they did nothing to earn it. The woman laughed at me and stated they don't do refunds. I have since called my CC company and explained the situation so hopefully I won't get screwed by Galleria of Smiles. I strongly advise people not to use their services.

I highly recommend Galleria of Smiles for whatever your dental needs may be. It is a more upscale, state of the art dental office, which I really like and impressed with all their technology. I am very happy with them taking care of my dental needs! Dr. Justin and his staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell they are all about customer service and patient care, making you feel at ease during your appointment from the time you walk in the waiting room, and back to the operatories. If you are looking for a dental office you know is going to take care of you, Galleria of Smiles is it!

I went in for a cleaning and x-rays in January. I loved how clean my teeth were. Savannah did an excellent job. Dr. Justin and Savannah also gave a realistic look at my teeth and what I need to repair as well as preventative care. Dalana was so professional with the closing and rebooking process. I am so excited to go back and start my dental work with Galleria of Smiles.

I took my mom to Galleria of Smiles after her partial plate, which had been there over 20 years, was out and needed to be put back in place. The screws had been lost but we thought they could get some and put her partial back in. We were told there was no way possible to do that. So, reluctantly, we moved forward with her getting x-rays, etc., to the tune of $650 (her insurance wasn't accepted) so they could let us know how they could help her.
It wasn't until after we left that we received the treatment plan which was $10,000 to remove the old implants so they could then charge $30,000 for new implants. We were appalled and refused. Later, my mom went to a dentist who said he could order the parts (screws) and could put the partial back in. It took a while for them to come in, but not only did it only cost her $230 out of pocket, but her insurance paid a small portion.
That made us feel that Galleria of Smiles is after the most money they can get rather than doing what they can to help someone. Especially a senior on a fixed income. It cost a total of $800 for that visit - all down the drain.

Excellent dental office for all your dental needs. Staffs are very friendly and Dr. Justin is very professional and treats you like family and friends. He explains all the issues and prodedures so well. Made me fee very comfortable for all my dental procedures with less discomfort or none. Ms. Savanah is a very friendly hygenist and does an excellent job. Even though this dental office is out of network wuth my insurance, as they do an excellent job, I always love go to Galleria of smiles for all my dental care.

My first visit was January 31st, 2022. I saw Dr. Justin and Savannah. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and was told repeatedly welcome to our office and I loved it. Savannah was very professional and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all about not seeing a dentist for 2 years. She explained everything and why each thing needed to be done.
She even told me what could happen if I don't take these precautions. Before here I didn't know how damaging my teeth were getting from some fillings I had a long time ago. Dr. Justin was funny and professional as well. He talked to me like he knew me for years and I loved that. He also explained every little thing in detail. They even told me I can do all of this work little by little instead of all at once which can be very costly. I didn't feel pressured at all to even do it all at once and that's what I like. Highly recommend here and so glad I found this place!

I started attending Galleria of Smiles this year and they've become my new favorite dentist. Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. My appointments with them are always fast and efficient and they do a great job with my busy schedule. Their offices are always so clean. I definitely recommend to anyone who is need of a new dentist.
