Dr. Kim is great but, waiting with 2 year old is hard. Reception management doesnt adhere to scheduling but seemingly manipulates the schedule to accommodate their personal preferences. A place with high quality dentists such as Dr. Kim need to be weary of who they are hiring to represent their business.

We were 15min early to my 1year old appointment. He was not seen until an hour later. Everyone who walked in after me was seen right away. I will no be going back to give them any business.

After COVID scheduling with them is a night mare they didn't call you to check your availability to give an appointment they just assigned an appointment and if you are not able to do it they don't care and just canceled. The lady who called me today told me I'm going to be on a waiting list because they are "overbooked " and as well because I have a five year old and because she is little I just can do Monday appointments what's?

My kids are patients since 2015 and I never had problem to schedule morning or afternoon what kind of dictatorship you are? I'm VERY VERY disappointed with you guys if you don't call soon and give and appointment at afternoon for my two kids you definitely are going to lose two patients.

I've been bringing my daughter here for the past few years. Dr. Kim and her staff are always friendly and upbeat.

I can honestly say I was very impressed with my first visit today with my 4 year old who was very very nervous all the staff from the person we met walking in the door to the dentist n her assistant were wonderful and so patient with my very scared little girl. Thank you everyone for making this visit a little easier for a very nervous little girl n a very sad mama.

Okay so I have a test at 11am, I currently am at the dentist which was scheduled at 9. I came with my 4 siblings which is a lot to handle but I still managed to get here by 9:03. Before I was able to come with my siblings with no consent but obviously having to call my parents which the front desk has now told me i had to do for 15, only to say after i can take a piece of paper home to have them write one it. now it's currently 9:28 and the minutes ago, I politely asked the dentists how long do they think it would take because I have a test at 11, and she said used the smart remark, "i don't know, if you were here 20 minutes ago, maybe they'd be out sooner" and i'm taken back because it was the front desk that sprung in the moment that i had to do a consent which i never had to do before. so now it's my fault my 3 minutes turned turned to 25 because the front desk and the consent they sent my parents didn't even work, so due to they're technical difficulties is the reason why i was even more late in the first place but have the audacity to put it on me. but they're good dentist but attitude is unnecessary for "kid" dentists. cause i could've really said more but i gotta raise myself above those who try to knock me down. sorry it's my fault your computer is slow.

Scheduling here is a huge problem look at the reviews most are about the scheduling here. They go and cancel appointments even after you confirm your appointment multiple times. I was waiting over 40 min with my 3yr old. The scheduling system for this office needs to be corrected I've worked at an othro office before and this is something intolerable and never happens at that practice

Loved how patient administrator supervisor Michael Rivera took the time to explain all of my youngest son's treatment plans in detail. He patiently and politely went over all the options, costs, and checked with my insurance company to ensure "no surprises" and followed up with a phone call once he found out all the answers. He was honest and trustworthy, an absolute professional. I highly recommend you ask for him by name.

I've made multiple appointments here and my experiences with the doctors were great. My largest issue is then constantly messing up the scheduling. They always reschedule my appointments without me knowing or schedule it under someone else with the same first name as me. This has happened multiple times. I finally called the front desk to complain and they come off as annoyed and rude.

Cute place, but I have 2 terribles experiences, both in front desk. They work there and I know it is not for free. I never write reviews, but this time they earned it. It is so disappointing to call and confirm the appointment, confirmed it, and then come the appointment date, and be told that the appointment was canceled, telling me in my face that I canceled the appointment.

When I have in my phone confirmation. And they just ask, you want to re schedule? She said that she can not force No one inside to attend my kid. Really? Who wants to come to this place? One star is to much, looks like someone plan to leave the office early and just cancel last minute my appointment after 40 min of driving!
