Absolutely beautiful practice! Super clean, beautifully decorated and Dr Neil is the absolute BEST! He truly cares for all of his patients and will make sure any procedure you have is pain free! The staff is AMAZING as well! Hygienists too! By far the best practice I have ever been to. Oh and the toilet paper, if you have to use the restroom, you will not be disappointed!

I needed to have a crown on my tooth next to my front tooth. I was very nervous that it was going to be very obvious that it was a fake tooth. But it turned out perfect, the color matches well, the shape is better than the original tooth. I am so happy with Dr. Shapiro's work. And he is such a sweetheart also.

Dr Neil and his entire staff are the epitome of professionalism, excellence, and integrity. My entire family has been going to him (and previously his father) for decades. I never hate going to the dentist, and know they will take Carr of me. Excellent work, superb at pain management when needed, and all around wonderful people.

We have lived in 3 different states, currently live in MA, and to this day still make the drive to see Dr. Neil because it's always well worth the trip! The entire experience is incredible from the beautiful waiting area to the wonderful staff and top notch care. Dr. Shapiro is one of the best dentist ever. The staff is always so welcoming. The waiting room is spectacularly spotless and precise as well as the clinic space. As for Dr. Shapiro, he is compassionate, kind and caring to the needs of his patients regardless of how small the concern is. He ensures to provide the best care and focuses on making sure his patients feel at ease during the visit. I am phenomenally pleased with his service and would definitely recommend anyone to schedule an appointment with him.

Great service. We called on a weekend with a dental emergency. The dentist called me back on a Sunday (though they are closed sundays). They got us in to be seen on Monday and were able to take care of the tooth that same day. Had a great experience. They also called to follow up on the patient.

Love them. They recently moved and expanded to this location. Dr Shapiro is very friendly and reassuring. On a previous visit my dental hygienist suggested I get a wireless/cordless water pick and use it in the shower daily. I was so glad she did, it was a great way to increase my dental healthy in a easy way.

All I can say is WOW! New location is awesome! And I have my front tooth two great things in the same month! If you need a dentist Dr Niel is the best and the most important thing is no pain! He spent the extra time today to make sure my tooth was perfect! Nice that he takes pride in his work hard to find these days!

I found this practice when I broke a tooth and they got me in same day as a new patient. Been going here a few years. They are nice and actually fun. I don't dread going to the dentist. Yesterday I woke up with tooth pain and they stayed late to take care of me because I was in so much pain. Both Dr. Shapiros are truly caring people who will fix your smile painlessly and all of the hygienists are really great. Also the receptionist bends over backwards to help and remembered my name after the very first visit.

Wonderful doctor and staff. Wouldn't dream of charging a cent more then they should and completely caring. If you are new to the area this should be your first stop.

Dr. Neal Schapiro is absolutely wonderful fantastic skilled professional kind and thoughtful. Because of previous bad experiences I had not gone to the dentist for a long time. because I could not wait no longer I tried Dr. Shapiro and was pleasantly surprised he was not judgmental and did and does everything possible to make the experience tolerable and pain-free every time.

I actually needed a crown and after his gentle care I did not need any pain medication post procedure. I now bring all of my children there we are so happy to have met him. Unbelievable experience! Dr. Neil Shapiro is fantastic! I had a bad experience at another dentist the day before. I called the office, and he squeezed me in same day. Actually he picked up the front desk phone himself because it was snowing and he didn't want his staff to rush into work. Yes, he's that great of a guy! He did a full examination and determined I was perfectly fine and didn't even need dental work.

I don't have insurance, but I will pay whatever it takes now and in the future to continue seeing Dr. Shapiro. Before getting any work done GO TO HIM! He'll tell you the truth if you actually need to get the work done and spend the money.

I am very pleased with my recent visit to Dr Shapiro's office. On Friday I was experiencing some very intense pain. I was searching for a Dentist within my network who could take me that day. After doing some researsch on Yelp I found his practice. Turns out that I needed a root canal for a tooth which had a very bad cavity / bone infection. They were able to get me in the chair rather fast although I was running a bit behind schedule.

They did not hold that against me. The receptionist, hygenists and doctors were all very polite, hospitable and possessed a good sense of humor =p The doctors (Shapiro and Lawn) were willing to work within my financial perameters. Alhough the experience was a bit long and painful at times. The staff were very attentive and caring and were even willing to stay a bit late in order to complete the procedure and send me home pain free.

They delivered on their promise and I will be going in for a follow up next week. Rarely do I ever give a perfect rating or believe that a place is worthy of a 5 star grade but theres always an exception to the rule. Thank you for giving me a pleasant experience in my time of need. Todd-

Thanks to Shapiro Family, for the first time in my life, I have had a wonderful dental experience! I just moved to the area and decided to go to Shapiro Family for my dental needs. I have had some horror stories when it comes to dentists and have something of "dental anxiety". This appointment was the complete opposite! Dr. Neil Shapiro was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. I felt no anxiety at all and actually left feeling quite comfortable. Such a great experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've been going to SFD for over a year now and I love it. Dr. Neil and his staff are truly fantastic. They go out of their way to accommodate schedules and bend over backwards to ensure their patients comfort. On two occasions when I've had a dental emergency, I was always seen the very next day. Their office is modern, with the latest equipment and even a TV in each room to watch during your cleaning/procedure.if you're not already chatting with the incredibly friendly hygienists.

I met the originator of the practice today, Dr. Bernard Shapiro. What a truly kind-hearted, caring, sweet man. All in all, I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.especially children and the fearful! :

I went looking for a new dentist and based on the reviews, I made an appointment for a cleaning. I checked out the website and made an appointment request. I recovered an auto reply email from the office and then the next morning, I received an email from Dr. Neil Shapiro offering their services. I called an made an appointment with no hassle. I was told I could pre-fill the office forms and did so.

The only con was there is no parking lot and with the snow it was prettying rowed outside but I was able to find a spot. The office staff was very courteous. There was a lot of banter which Mande me feel comfortable since the staff was so jovial. I was called in immediately and right on time. The staff was wonderful. Afterward the dentist came in to look over everything and it was great. I made my next appointment without reservation.

Dr Neil and his office truly embodies world class dentistry! Courteous, compassionate and caring. They make you feel comfortable and part of their family. Very thoughtful and the master of their craft. I am a loyal customer and have recommended Shapiro Family Dentistry to all family and friends.
