Your smile is their pride! I've been to multiple offices and all couldn't compare to the warmth of personality, knowledge and gentle care to my gums and teeth from Marlena! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're having the best experience in the seat. I go 4 times a year and look forward now to see the dentist. This office has been life changing, the staff and doctor are all well equipped and knowledgeable in their own fields. I feel I'm in good hands with everyone.

Dr. Michalski has been my primary dentist for the last couple of years and him and his team's work is incredible! The team is always friendly and easy to talk to and the work they do is top tier. Recently went in for a permanent crown and his work was excellent. He has an extreme attention to detail, is very friendly and very accommodating! The BEST dentist I've ever had.

My visit yesterday was with dental hygienist who was thorough, explained what she was doing and listened. In addition, she was friendly and cheerful. I have had numerous visits to Dr. Michalski's office over the years end every visit was outstanding with exceptional service, professional and welcoming.

Every worker was a pleasure to talk to. It was my first in the office and I was shown around so i could become familiar with the layout and felt very comfortable. The doctor was extremely nice and answered all of my questions! I would highly recommend going to this dental office.

I have been in the medical field for a very long time, and have witnessed firsthand what good, and bad, looks like. Dr. Michalski, and his professional team, are the absolute best, not just in dental medicine, but in all of the different medical specialties I have worked in over the years.

I am impressed with his passion to stay ahead of the education curve, and always practice the latest state of the art dentistry that many in his field tend to neglect. This, coupled with not only his meticulous attention to detail, but his entire staff's, is something that never ceases to amaze me every time I visit the office. Additionally, I have never ever had to wait even one minute past my scheduled appointment time, quite the contrary to every other physician practicing medicine. Patient's come first.

You can tell immediately after meeting Dr. Michalski that he genuinely cares about each and every patient's individual needs and is one of the few physicians that insist you call him on his cell phone directly if there is ever anything that he can do to give the best care and experience possible. I wish I switched over to Dr. Michalski sooner!

Dr. Ted is awesome. I have been a patient for at least 15 years. It is clear that the patient is top priority. The treatment I have received is always professionally executed with the latest equipment and techniques utilizing state of the art technology. The care, technical expertise and dedication Dr. Ted brings to everything he does is truly remarkable.

Dr. Michalski and his team are great at putting me at ease from the moment I walk in the door. Everyone is friendly and cheerful and devoted to making my visit a pleasant one. The office is beautiful with comfortable seating in the waiting area and in the dental exam rooms. The light filled rooms offer beautiful views of the outdoors. Dr. Michalski and his hygienists are gentle and patient.

They always ask questions and answer my questions, then provide detailed information so I fully understand what is being explained to me. Dr. Michalski has been our family's dentist for many years, and we plan to continue visiting him for our dental care.

I was recommended here by my girlfriend who was recommended by her coworker. I haven't been to a dentist in years because I have had several bad experiences with different dentists. I recently had dental insurance added to my healthcare through my employer so I decided to have a consultation. The staff and Dr. Michalski are incredibly caring people and answered all of my questions.

I have never received this level of care and will continue to go there. I appreciate and respect the treatment I received and also the comfort of knowing that they are not pushing things on me that I don't feel that I need. They asked me what my expectations were for my dental care and I told them. They were upfront and honest about what treatment plans would help me best to achieve this. A beautiful facility with state of the art equipment and caring people, you won't find a better team and I highly recommend them.

Dr M-your entire team is exceptional, friendly, welcoming and true professionals. Thank you for always answering questions regarding procedures and guiding me through the process. My recent experience with and infected tooth was very concerning for me. Your care plan and options were explained well and allowed me to make the best choice. You accommodated me during a very busy time for you and even checked in on me after the procedure over a weekend.

This type of personal service is few and far between these days. I so appreciate the attention to detail, as someone told me years ago you are a gifted & talented dentist. Thank you for making my smile so much better!

I moved here from Florida several years ago. I was concerned I wouldn't find a great dentist but I have! He is worth the drive to Rocky Hill. Dr. Michalski and his staff have been wonderful. I had an dental implant placed and beautiful crowns made for front teeth by Dr. M. Excellent cosmetic dentist. Dr. Michalski was knowledgeable and explained every detail of my treatment. The staff are patient so professional and the office is beautiful and clean. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for myself and my family!
