Dr pluto is the only dentist ive ever had. He does a good job and has a good since of humor. When i walk into the office hurt and in pain having a good laugh is a great way to lift the spirits. I now live 3 counties away and travel 4 hours round trip for a visit. I trust him and he always does a good job, thats why i keep going back

I went here 3 years ago and will never return. I did the first exam to establish them as my dentist. Everyone was nice, there was an issue of finding my insurance and they didn't charge me for that visit which I appreciated. Then when I came to get my wisdom teeth removed they never called me up to figure out the insurance. Once we started the procedure they gassed me down but it didn't work on me and I continued to tell the tech that it wasn't working I was 100% coherent. Im a natural redhead so I require more sedation.
She would move it less than a centimeter(I feel like) and the gas never took effect. So I felt EVERYTHING. Half way through they realized this and offered to stop but I had them finish to get it over with. And billing never traced my insurance down making me pay over $400 out of pocket while I was crying in pain looking at me like I was crazy and shouldn't be in pain.

I have systemic lupus which causes a much higher rate of tooth decay than a healthy person. I was very nervous about visiting today for my severe tooth pain but Dr. Pulido and his staff are awesome and quickly put me at ease! They listened, validated and took action on my concerns regarding my heart. I think it took possibly an hour to x-ray and extract 2 teeth!
Mouth care is equally important for your heart, gum care for some of diseases that cause dementia and the list continues. No matter how frightened you are Dr. Pulido and staff will help you through by addressing your concerns while cracking some jokes and letting you play your own music while having your procedure! Don't delay because it really is important to your health!

I have been seeing Dr. Pulido for about 8 yrs. I love his personality, professionalism, and the work that he does to keep my teeth healthy and beautiful. However, I have had several issues with his checkout guy Aaron. Aaron is ALWAYS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He talks to you as if you are a speck of dirt on the floor. I have had issues with his attitude and lack of respect when talking to me on the phone, as well as in person during scheduled appointments.
I had to speak to Dr. Pulido about Aaron during my last visit, and here we are again amidst COVID and all the issues we are dealing with now, and his attitude and lack of respect for Dr. Pulido's clients is even worst. Everyone else is always kind, courteous, and helpful, but not Aaron! Dr. Pulido really needs to replace Aaron with someone else who likes their job and respects all clients.
Response to Dr. Pulido's reply: Dr. Pulido: Thanks for your reply. However, I did call when I arrived for my appointment, as I explained to Aaron at the door. I called the office twice and no one answered. I knocked on all three outside doors multiple times, and no one answered either. A UPS delivery guy arrived, and went into the door, where Aaron sits, to deliver some boxes.
When he left, I stepped into the open door. I was trying to inform someone that I was in the parking lot, so I could be called when it was time for my appointment. I could not be called if no one knew I was outside waiting. While trying to give Aaron my name, another patient was leaving, so I moved aside so she could leave out of the door where I was standing.
I never entered any part of the waiting room, or stood any further than by the exit door near Aaron's desk. When I was moving, so the other patient could leave, Aaron started telling me to leave too. This is when I told him that I had called the office twice and no one answered, I had also knocked on all three doors several times, and no staff members answered. So, I was just trying to inform someone that I was outside. Aaron preceded to raise his voice, and talk in a condescending tone.
He told me that everyone was super busy, so no one could answer the phone or door, and I just needed to leave, and I would be called. I in turn explained to him that I didn't have a problem leaving or waiting in my vehicle, but what I did have a problem with is the way he was speaking to me. I also stated that whenever I come for my appointments, or call on the phone, and he answers, he is always rude or snarky!
During my last visit, I spoke to you personally, Dr. Pulido, about Aaron's behavior, you talked to him, and Aaron apologized. However, Aaron still thinks that he can be unprofessional and speak to me however he pleases! Yes, I was upset, because he could have relayed the same information to me in a more respectful manner! Dr. Pulido, you are an AWESOME dentist, and I enjoy coming to you. The rest of your staff is awesome as well. And I would refer anyone to you, but Aaron needs to be held accountable for his actions!

Absolutely the BEST dentist. I'm so sad we moved away, but my son is still in Memphis, and saw him today. He had a great visit and said he wouldn't want to see anyone else. I still haven't found a dentist like Dr. Pulido here! But so happy my son Is being taken care of. And I think Aaron is a very nice guy and has always been great over the years.sometimes he's busy, but he's been great!

At first I loved going to see Dr Pulido's office. He definitely has a good sense of humor, but humor does not equate professionalism. Whenever I had gone I have found myself waiting for over 30-40mins to be seen, despite having an appointment, then the nurse would usher me in and I would sometimes continue waiting for another good 20-30mins to be seen by the doctor.
Once I even took a nap in the dentist chair, woke up from the nap half an hour later and still no one had seen me. When I complained about an issue following a root canal, my pain was waved away and everything was declared to be 'normal'. I tried to get a second opinion and the office of the other dentists were given the hardest time to get any xrays and documentation despite signing a patient release form. I called to follow up on the xrays and the request and never received a call back. Awfully unprofessional and petty. It started great, but now just can't wait to get away.

Dr Pulido is a very good doctor. But that front desk receptionist and that billing person Aaron are the worst. The receptionist will actually stand there and argue with you and is VERY rude and will lie on you. And that Aaron (Mr Know it All) WILL NOT let you talk without talking over you and cutting you off. Those two are a joke! The billing department is screwed up.
I get a bill every time I go there and this last reason Aaron gave me was that my insurance couldn't find me in the system. HAHA! Such a joke. I've been a patient for 2 years and I hate to leave Dr Pulido, but I wont be back because of the two jokes of workers he has. You have to see the rude receptionist on your way in and Mr Know it All on the way out! Such a bad set up!
