Norge Dental Center

This was my and my husbands first appointment with Norge Dental, and we were both a little bit nervous about it. All I can say is WOW! We've never had a dental experience like this before. First, we had a meet and greet with our dentist and the hygienists that were going to be working with us. It was very relaxed and informal, and they took their time explaining things and asking if we had any questions for them.

Then we were taken on a tour of their facility. They had a huge waterfall and tons of beautiful plants that made everything look and feel so relaxing. My hygienist was Marianne. She made me feel so comfortable and we talked and got along great. She was very professional and thorough. The equipment she used was state of the art. I had never seen any of it before.

It was very exciting. My husband felt the same way about his hygienist too. All in all it was an excellent experience. I will highly recommend Norge Dental Center to all of my friends.

They are very attentive and are honest. I've been to several dentists in the Richmond area (before I moved) who weren't honest and it's refreshing to have people I can trust with my dental work. My smile and oral health is important to me and they recognize that. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable again with going to the dentist!

My hygienist Beckie is beyond amazing. She is gentle, caring and very attentive to all of my needs. Getting my teeth cleaned is not one of my favorite things. Beckie truly takes every necessary step to make sure I'm comfortable during my visit. I'm super thankful for her, Dr. Johnston and the entire team!

Kaitlyn is an amazing Dental Hygienist who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable as she professionally does her job. I have always felt apprehensive going to the dentist but her friendly manner makes the trip actually a pleasant one. The dentists are also very professional and explain everything they will be doing which gives you a feeling of confidence. In fact the whole staff is very responsive and understanding to the needs of their patients. I would definitely recommend Norge Dental Center.

Becky is an excellent hygienist. She is gentle, thorough, and explains things in a way that are clearly understood. She listens with compassion and is obvious she is interested in your dental care. I look forward to going to Norge Dental Center and having Becky inspect and clean my teeth. It's a great feeling knowing you have a healthy smile. Thank you Becky!

Norge Dental Center was an extremely pleasant experience. The facility was immaculately clean, the receptionist were very professional and courteous. Christina Thomas was the hygienist and she made my experience very comfortable and left my teeth feeling nice and clean. Dr Ray Henley was also professional and I felt his diagnoses was very accurate.

By the end of my visit they both made me feel that they were highly experienced. I definitely recommend Norge Dental Center but leave me some calendar space so I can schedule my next appointment. I'm just kidding they scheduled that while I was there also.

100% professional from checking in/registration to setting appointments for entire family. Was my first visit and felt welcome immediately. Amie Wade was magnificent in getting me settled, taking x-rays and accessing my needs. She made me feel like a long time patient, a wealth of knowledge about the practice, honestly exceeded expectations. Dr. Hogan was wonderful, quickly examined me and set a game plan for my care. Carolyn Murray arranged future appointments for me and the entire family.

Can't wait for my daughter's to go there. The mission for a dental practice should be to make patients comfortable for an appointment one rarely looks forward to and the entire staff knocked it out of the park! 6 Stars!

Been a patient of Norge DDS since 2004. Always organized, considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, ,a nd very up to date technology. Awesome with children, with a play room in a kid friendly waiting room. In the chair, I always feel comfortable, relaxed and entertained with a small tv if I choose to watch it. My hygienist, Shirley has been my hygienist since day one. Friends of my family, and enjoy keeping up with each other's news.

We watched each other's kids grow up in fact. Everyone in the office is helpful, organized and the dentists are wonderful. This office will see people on off hours for emergency issues. They eloped homeless in the community a few times a year. Highly recommend this dental office without hesitation.

I had heard excellent reviews about this practice and I was not disappointed! From the very friendly check-in and comfortable waiting area, to the private meeting with my hygienist Lisa, to the ex rays and cleaning, to the exam with the dentist, and finally to the checkout, the entire experience was top notch. For someone who has had not so great experiences in the past, I felt truly at ease. Thank you Norge Dental. I only wish I had found you sooner!

Very well run dental practice providing excellent care. They take the time to do the job right. Always willing to discuss things to be done and help get to the best solution. They handle insurance billing better than any dentist I've ever dealt with.
