I just switched over to Baystate Dental of Chicopee and let me tell you it was the best decision that I have made! Dr. Cox is by far the best dentist that I have had! She is gentle during procedures, makes sure to answer any questions you may have and her personality is amazing, she makes you feel very comfortable. Front staff and the hygienist are also great, very friendly and welcoming. They also fit you right in if you have a dental emergency! Love this place and will definitely recommend to others.

I have personally never been a big fan of dentists but this place has absolutely changed that for me. Everyone that I have encountered at Baystate Dental have been nothing but excellent. Everyone is extremely kind and caring and they truly want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Dr. Cox is the best dentist I have ever had. Not only does she do phenomenal work but she is very personable and compassionate when you are sitting in that seat.
If you are someone who deals with any sort of anxiety when it comes to the dentist I highly recommend Baystate Dental, my anxiety coming to the dentist is completely gone thanks to Dr. Cox and the amazing staff.

The receptionist, xray tech and Dr Mckenna Cox are all very professional and polite. Down to earth, no side eye for not being seen for years and truly understanding of your live changing reasons. In life S**T happens that at times is more important than you. But they made me feel comfortable, willing to work with you and what matters to the staff is making sure it works for me

New to the office but from the getgo I was recieved with a smile. Everybody is very nice and polite. Any question or doubt I had was cleared up with a detailed answer. The dentist took the time to explain what he was going to do step by step and what type of pain, if any, I would feel. The procedure was painless and recovery has gone very well.

My experience was having the opportunity for them to charge me $300 for only getting X-rays when I went in there for an apt to get my teeth cleaned to meet my military requirements. When you go to the dentist they should know the patients insurance that is covered before they are seen but instead they robbed me of only getting X-rays. The first time I called they said it should be all taken care of and that my insurance is adjusted.
Five months later, I receive a bill of $300 that they now want to say I owe. Way to scam an employee and a person in the service at that. Shame on you. Train your front end employees properly instead of leading patients on that their insurance is accepted.

I missed an appointment cause of my mother who has dementia, i did forget to call, but they were quick to send me a note ( 2 days later) to tell me I cannot go there ever again. Im ok with that. but I am due a credit and now all of a sudden i cant get a hold of anyone or if i do its now I got to wait forever for it. That's not cool. I have referred you to many people but wont & will make sure I refer people to other dentist. plus your receptionist is rude and thinks she's funny acting that way. one day it wont be so cute her being so rude to people. shes going to get dumb with the wrong person.

After many year of neglecting my teeth I was terrified to see a dentist and start a treatment plan. A few years back I chose Baystate Dental in Chicopee due to their location and skimming a few reviews on their website. After visiting them, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The dentists and hygienists are kind, compassionate, and understanding, which is huge for someone like me who hadn't been to a dentist in so long.
The office staff has also been great in terms of making payment work on the portion of the bill that my insurance doesn't cover. All around really happy I chose Baystate Dental in Chicopee to get my dental health back on track.
