We were really pleased with what Dr Forrester did for our son. He was scheduled to have surgery through Leap Kids but not for months out even though he was in pain and had an absess that they kept throwing antibiotics at. We got a second opinion at Groovy Smiles and Dr Forrester got right to work the same day removing the main culprit tooth and setting him up to have surgery at Conway Regional to take care of the rest, much faster than Leap Kids.

He got scheduled quickly and we were informed of the estimate we would be paying for the procedures and what Conway Regional would require. The whole amount was close to $1500. Here's the problem. We were told by Groovy Smiles as well as the admission dept at Conway Regional that we may be responsible for the anesthesiologist portion if our insurance didn't cover it.

We were given a good faith estimate of $350. That was fine and we agreed. However, we ended up receiving a bill of $780. We called Conway Regional who refused to discuss it and said to call the anesthesiologist office. We did that and they said we were supposed to pay the $350 before the procedure to get "that deal". We told them that is not what was conveyed to us when we discussed the original estimate.

We called Groovy Smiles and my wife spoke with Kayla. She said she knew nothing about paying the anesthesiologist prior to surgery and followed up with their office promptly. She called back and said unfortunately that that was the case, that she wasn't aware of this and sorry for our inconvenience. So while we are so happy with the care and procedures our son received from Dr. Forrester, please be vigilant of understanding all the policies regarding billing and payment.

We had to struggle just to pay the portion we knew we had to pay and now we have an additional $430 amount on top of the $350 because of miscommunication between all parties. (Tried to upload the link showing the initial estimate from Groovy Smiles but link would not upload)

This place is great! Could not be happier since we made the switch. We travel 45 minutes to come here and it is totally worth it! Set the kiddos at ease. From reception to hygienists to the actual dentist, everyone is great!

Our Lip tie & tongue tie experience: I didn't even know what a lip tie was until my lactation consultant noticed it when my 8 week old was getting too much air while breastfeeding. My baby was latching shallow and breaking latch often. It was a huge problem if we wanted to continue our breastfeeding journey. Luckily, I was referred to Dr Forrester through a network of women who share similar ideals when it comes to overall health.

He came highly recommended. I love that Dr Forrester works closely with doulas, lactation consultants and well known oral health professionals who also specialize in lip/tongue ties. This ensured that we were doing the right procedure with as little discomfort as possible. The changes were noticed immediately! She opened her mouth wider and was able to nurse more effectively literally seconds after the laser procedure freed her restriction.

The day after she was even able to lift her head high during tummy time! There are other doctors who will do these procedures in our area. But I have yet to find one who educates himself on nursing issues and puts as much emphasis into making sure the decisions made are the right ones for each patient. He cares. His team is friendly. The office is clean, colorful and fun with a tv at every exam table. Also, my 4 year old loves going! Can't beat that!

Groovy smiles has the best people working there! Both my sons love their dentist and their dental assistant! I remember hating the dentist as a kid but this dental office makes the kids happy and laugh and gives them an all around great experience! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Highly recommend! Dr. Forrester does an incredible job at relating to kids. My kiddos have had to have teeth pulled and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have this work done. Everyone there is kind and paitent when walking you through instructions and procedures. This makes dental work as easy as it can be for kids!

My daughter has ASD. Dr Forrester and his staff was so patient and accommodating. Thank you so much! Your kindness and understanding meant the world to this overwhelmed mom.

Seriously the best team around! From front office staffs, to assistants, hygienist, and of course Dr Aaron. It was my daughter's first time. They handled them with such care Zi and Kylie were true angels! It's a good sign when you leave, your kids ask to go back in. THANK YOU so much groovy smiles for leaving such a lasting impression!

I went here for my daughter's first appt and they did so amazing with her the staff are super nice and patient and answered all my questions professionally I'm so glad they are my daughter's dentist!

Dr. Aaron is the nicest and most kid friendly dentist that I have ever took my children to. He is amazing with my kids and makes taking them to the dentist easy.

Absolutely the BEST! My daughter had some rough first visits with other dentist, she was terrified of anyone messing with her teeth. then we met Dr. Forrester and that all changed. He is so good with the kiddos! Would highly recommend him & his team to anyone!

AMAZING! As soon as we came in the door every single person was smiling and wonderful. I was super nervous for my 2 kiddos first visits to the dentist but they made me and my kids so comfortable! I think the folks who designed this place must have had a long talk with toddlers and pre-teens on what a dentist office needs to be like. Because it's perfect. I can't think of a single recommendation. We all love going to Groovy Smiles! Dr. Aaron is terrific.

They got us in quick! Didn't require me to wear a mask. All the kids there were excited to see the dentist. This place is truly great!

We traveled a long distance to come to this office for the kid friendly environment. Let me just tell you, it was absolutely worth it. When you arrive, you sign in digitaly instead of on paper while the kids play in the waiting area. They have a movie room & play area for the kids (with tablets!), & tv monitors over the chairs when you go back to see the hygenist & dentist.

The back room is all open with smaller rooms in the back for fillings, etc. Dr. Aaron & the staff here are incredibly friendly & attentive. My daughter had a wonderful time & was so excited the whole time.she didnt want to leave!

This was our 2nd visit to Groovy Smiles for my 3 year old. Both visits have been great experiences! No cavities for my little man and Dr. Forrester was so good with him. From the get go it was really easy to schedule an appointment, their webpage is simple. Once we arrived we had no problem finding a parking spot. Inside the waiting room had a big screen with tiny chairs which was playing Moana!

Also in the waiting room was a play area with toys and cool tablets to play on. We didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Forrester. He was very nice and noticed my son was a little nervous. He spoke to him and explained everything he was doing, this helped him so much. He also told me what I needed to do so we could keep up his NO cavities streak! Afterwards my son got a goodie bag (tooth brush, paste, floss) and a gold coin to get a cool prize. It's such a relief to find an awesome dentist for my kiddos!

Dr. Forrester was fabulous in every way! He was great with my 1 year old and even better at explaining things to me. He took his time and was very caring. Worth the drive from Russellville.
