Dr. Nick and all the staff st Mashpee Orthodontics are all so kind and helpful. I'm so happy with how my process turned out and am so grateful to have had the team that I did working on my smile.

I had my invisalign hardware installed today and it was very quick and easy with minimal discomfort. The technician was wonderful and explained everything step by step. I am excited to start this journey.

I did some research about Invisalign and Mashpee Orthodontics. I was able to be seen very quickly after. I always wanted to improve the alignment of my teeth and I finally felt I found the perfect clinic for it after my first visit. They are equipped with the most recent high technology to serve clients. The staff is amazing and meeting Dr. Nick was a pleasure.

My children love going to their visits! They look forward to them! The atmosphere is so kid friendly and all of the staff are so friendly! Dr. Nick personally called to check on us after my 2 sons got their braces on which for me, meant everything!

Highly recommend! Very professional, friendly office! Staff are excellent and the Doctor Nick goes beyond measure. I truly appreciate what they did for all of my 3 children who needed treatment. 2 in braces, 1 in Invisalign - both options went flawlessly.

Staff is friendly and always helpful when scheduling or rescheduling. Answers questions. Would be better if they had later appointments available where I don't have to pull them from school, but hey what can ya do. 2 kids in braces (regular wire and invisiline) with Dr Nick and so far so good. Had a few brackets break and wire stick out and was fixed ASAP.

ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THE DR AND HIS STAFF! I WAS INITIALLY APPREHENSIVE BUT THEY EASED ALL OF MY CONCERNS. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY FRIENDS AND IM GLAD THAT I TRUSTED THEIR JUDGEMENT. VERY KID FREIDNLY ATMOSPHERE AS WELL, DR. NICK IS VERY KIND AND PATIENT WITH THEM

Very rude staff and doctor. would be rough and disrespectful and overall did a poor job. After three years of braces my teeth are now misaligned and I have spaces I did not have before.

Doctor seems to have no clue what he's doing with my braces as I went to get two brackets put back on after they fell off and the exact same brackets came off within hours of getting them on. I didn't even eat anything before they fell off and I've been back 3 times for those exact same brackets. Doctor keeps blaming me for eating foods I'm not supposed to even though I haven't eaten any crunchy or chewy foods and at over $6k this is just absolutely unacceptable. Would be 0 stars if it weren't for his assistants being friendly.

The staff is nothing but professional & welcoming; they are also informative when it comes to needing to know information. My son is comfortable coming to the office & always leaves happy & satisfied.

My daughter was doing treatment with Nicholas Zafiropoulos and she had the brace for 2 years this is her last week of treatment and unfortunately she had a seizure and two brackets fell off. Than I brought her for appt today and she went by herself inside and come outside crying saying he was rude and rough putting them back on and told her that he didn't believe she has seizures or had a seizure.

The minute we pay off for the braces that's the service he will provide for you. They also don't let parents go inside with kids saying that is not enough space to mistreat kids the way he wants. Keep your kids away from this bad Doctor

My son had a minor problem with his braces while we are on vacation. We called hoping they could help. After checking with our regular dentist, they slipped him into the schedule. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was very

Staff is always nice and professional. Office is very tech friendly and up to date. Dr Nick is easy to deal with.

Dr. Nick is awesome! He did such a great job on my braces and he always gets me in very quickly. My daughter went to Arch and had nothing but problems! DrNick is very smart and really knows his stuff! The office is nice and they don't make you wait! Highly recommended

We have had such a wonderful experience with all 3 of our children at Mashpee Orthodontics. The fact that the kids actually look forward to their appointments is pretty remarkable. They adore Dr. Nick. They are always telling me how funny he is. The office staff are organized and competent as well as friendly. I personally love being entertained by the beautiful fish tank while I'm waiting.

More importantly, in terms of care. I have really appreciated the patient approach Dr. Nick has. He is willing to wait and see how the children's mouths change over time. There is never any push for radical or immediate procedures. My daughter has completed her orthodontia and has a beautiful and confident smile.

So happy that Dr Nick will complete my braces soon, stay tuned. :0

Very computer savvy, up to date office. Video games for kids in the waiting room and tv for kids in chairs. We came to him after our other ortho retired in the middle of treatment. He's fixing everything retired ortho didn't.def recommend.

I went to Dr. Nick for Invisaligns. I am an adult female, and wanted the Invisaligns because I conduct seminars. The initial meeting with Dr. Nick was very friendly; however, it immediately went downhill from there. I asked him if he worked with the Invisalign product, and he assured me that he did. I felt as if I was his first patient because his staff had to consult with the Invisalign sales person, and they were not sure what they were doing. Dr. Nick was not very patient with his staff and let them figure out how to get my teeth ready for the Invisaligns.

During my visits he didn't have a professional manner, and always seemed rushed. I had to get an entire new set of Invisaligns after a year, because my teeth didn't align properly. He wanted to blame me for not wearing them all the time, even though I did. I had to go through the entire procedure again. I had about 2 months left to the end of my 'second' set, and I didn't see much improvement.

When I asked him, what was going on, and what would the next steps be, he was very dismissive and said we'll see in 2 months. I think he thought I was one of his 6 or 7 year old patients. I stopped because of his lack of knowledge, and I was getting sore throats. He never called personally to find out why I stopped. I guess he felt he got his money, and that's all he was concerned about. Find another Orthodontist. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

We didn't have any problems with Dr. Nick while he was treating my son, but I have never in my life (and I grew up with physicians) had a dentist treat us so poorly while he treated my daughter. He displayed a gross lack of professionalism, leaving her and my husband in the consult room for 45 minutes, after he was rude to my 15 daughter and made her cry.

My husband waited and waited and he cowardly left the building. He never returned our phone calls, and just as bad is his office manager who shares the same lack of professionalism. We moved to a new orthodontist who indicated that he has seen quite a lot of Dr. Nick's patients who left his practice for various reasons.
