They are not clear and upfront with costs. They do work and up charge for it not explaining it's an extra charge, or asking if that's ok. The dentist was not interested in explaining the work to be preformed, which would make most people uncomfortable with the work. When asked to explain he got obviously upset and shut down unwilling to really explain anything.

But the dental assistant stepped up and did explain what she could. The dental assistant was top notch! She helped ease my fears. After being quoted on the phone 2-300 for a filling. They tried to charge me 491. Then they said the up charge was due to x rays they took. Would have been nice to know at that point that was another charge. I explained I would pay in the ball park of what I was quoted over the phone.

They then sent me back to a small room with a gentleman to explain that the difference in cost was due to them taking x-rays. That had I known would be another charge I would have gone across the street from the start. For cheaper service that has a better reputation in town. Also They will not allow you to use another dentist office if you do work with them. They will only allow you to get work done through them. Feels like I got taken advantage of.

New patient in need of yearly cleaning and checkup, so made an appointment here and was quite happy with front-desk insurance person as my first contact when I came in. Cleaning and exam were two separate appointments, and both were with people who did great jobs and were thorough and friendly.
