Aesthetic Dentistry

1) I went for free consultation for adult braces or veneers. No one was at Front reception. No phone number in any of the 5 or 6 reminder messages that were text d to me. I waited for 15 minutes. I looked up. Called # only got voice mail. I Left. 2) No apology from the girl I finally got. She simply said she had been assisting the dentist in the back.

I rebooked for that Saturday. 3) I came up AGAIN from south London on Saturday. Sifat did the consultation. Never gave any hint of cost for the various options. Said that would provide but first she asked that I ask my dentist to send me my recent X-rays by email and then to forward them to her. This was April 9th. 4) I did this the first of the next week and sent to her using the email in the business card I picked up at reception counter.

Since then I have not heard back from this place at all. I have texted, I have called left message. They obviously they don t want to bother with me, a senior. Poor customer service.

Dr Paliani and his staff are incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely. Even if you have the worst case, or feel embarrassed I promise you will love the outcome! I am so thankful for the work I had done.

He presented all my options and their associated costs and helped me make the best decision for me given my goals and financial situation. I became Dr. Paliani's patient shortly after my 2-year orthodontic work was completed. This work was performed by a local orthodontist in London Ontario. Unfortunately, having my initial orthodontic work completed as an older adult left a lot of unsightly gaps between my teeth and I experienced a lot of gum recession, which left me very disillusioned with my new smile.

After initial consultations with Dr Paliani, and thanks to all the new technology that his practice had to offer, I was able to preview what my new smile could look like and how the gaps and gum recession could be fixed. As part or my treatment options, Dr. Paliani and I agreed on a combination of veneers, inlays, onlays, bridge, crowns and Invisalign aligners to accomplish the perfect smile. Additionally, having a painless 2-session smile makeover was a selling feature for me.

The results were outstanding and my smile went from mediocre to Hollywood celebrity status. The Dr. has the pictures to prove it. I have now been Dr. Paliani's patient for over 20 years and my experience has been wonderful. The doctor and I were recently discussing how durable my dental work/makeover had been, and how few repairs we'd had to do to the original veneers and other restorations over the 20 year period.

This remarkable achievement has been due to the high standards of the work performed and to Dr. Paliani's own invention of a preventative device, called the "Plane". This device is used overnight and it prevents tooth grinding and hence damage to precious dental work.
