Best experience I have ever had a any dentist. Dr. Schumann and the entire staff are fantastic. Non judgmental, kind and caring group of people. I will never go to another dentist. I highly recommend Grove City Dental. They are the best in the business. If you're in Columbus and in need of a good dentist don't think twice, go see them. They are so good. I drive across town past many other offices to go see them for all my dental needs.

Grove City Dental was Amazing from the time we walked in until the time we left from the receptionists, hygienist, and Dr. Schumann. Dr. Schumann was very thorough & even helped my son to the car, along with the hygienist, after his surgery to explain how things went for him. The hygienist then went over things to assure I knew what to do once my son got home. I would recommend Grove City Dental to anyone!

When I wanted to get lip injections I didn't know who to call, but my friend recommended I go here. And I'm so glad she did. Dr Schumann was so professional and numbed me more than any other person could. I felt zero pain and my lips came out perfect. He studied them to fix the unevenness of the sides and made them more plump. I loved everything about my experience with Dr Schumann.

Dr. Schumann and his team worked endlessly to help me achieve my smile goals. From start to finish everyone made me feel welcome and spent extra time to make sure everything was perfect. I always have anxiety before going to the dentist, but this office has always helped with knowing that and always helps with it. From the front desk to the Dr I was having my teeth clean today and Ashley even remind I believe her name was like Lei or something that I do a lot better with the gas. So it just helps me and they are able to do there job easier.

Even though Niki I missed very much today. Because she truly understood me and ways nice to talk to I understand finding something closer hone. Also was so happy to see Billy back in the office and I truly hope she is working when I have the next round dental work done I always felt comfortable with her. More so then the last few ones that help. So Ashley said she would make sure I was with her when I came back for next round.

And Jamie I love didn't see her today but she is always a pleasure to work with. Then the main Dr is the best. Which I believe they have a great team. So Thank you all for helping me get through my dentist visits. I know I will always need something done

The staff and Dr Schumann took great care of my husbands wisdom tooth which had broken off at the gum line. They worked to find an opening to see him right away and the visit could not have gone better. We are very appreciative for the quick response and the great care he received.

I love Grove City Dental - Dr. Schumann is an excellent Dentist, he was able to help me and find the cause of my pain when others weren't. Amazing office with great equipment, including a CT which was needed in my case. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Grove City Dental is quite simply the best dentist in the Columbus area. I've had significant dental work done there, and not only did the dentist and staff not make me ashamed of the state of my teeth, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every step of the process was a wonderful experience. When I had an incredibly painful dental emergency happen very late one evening, the dentist responded to me almost immediately that same night and scheduled me for an emergency appointment for the very next morning when they opened.

The crown he created was so amazingly well crafted that it looks completely like one of my own teeth - you'd never know it was a crown. Grove City Dental is a full service practice offering everything from cleanings to major dental work to a full range of cosmetic dentistry. They even offer sedation dentistry at a reasonable price if you want to get multiple procedures done at once or are simply nervous about dental work.

There is ZERO judgment. Dr. Schumann is the BEST, most skilled dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and his staff is warm, friendly, professional, and accommodating. You will never have a better experience.

My wife came in for an emergency root canal and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and compassion this office showed. She has had horrible experiences in the past with other dental practices, but this one by far it's the best she's ever been to. Grove City Dental may have cured her dental practice anxiety.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money here. Every filling this place has given me has needed replaced due to unprofessional dental work. They tried telling me I needed a root canal at 15. 15! All because the filling on that tooth was not cleaned properly, the filling fell out and my tooth split! We went to a new dentist and boy I'm glad we did.

I did NOT need a root canal, and I wasn't even remotely close to needing one. Come to find out they had been drilling my teeth and "fixing" them when they were perfectly fine! If I could sue to get all the money I've wasted here back, I would. Hands down. Don't waste your money here. Very VERY happy I switched offices.

Dr Schumann is one of the most educated dentist in the area. Learning to truly treat a patient in dentistry goes or should so much further than just dental school. He continuously is honing his dental knowledge with technology, seminars and continuing education across the country to better serve his patients. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic patient experience.

Where do I start? They don't even deserve one star! Let's just say this Dentist and his staff are very unprofessional and shady and let's not forget the subpar service. I handed them $30,000 out of my own pocket and never got the promised service, always excuses, I had to go to a different dentist to correct what shoddy work they did do and to finish what they refused to finish.

I lodged a complaint with The Dental Board and I'm working on a complaint with The Ohio State Attorneys Office. I had to pay my new dentist $7,000 to fix The Great Dr. Schumann's shoddy work. They get very upset if you question them about your so called care. They will claim you are aggressive and mean, so they can kick you out of their practice when you dare to ask questions concerning your account and care, or lack of care.

The $30,000 was on top of what they billed my insurance for. They are also constantly trying to sale you crap, they're worse than a used car salesmen. Update, my total care to fix what Schumann's office did wrong and didn't do ended up being an additional $8500 total not $7,000. Contrary to their comment to my review, no one reached out to me to remedy anything, once they dwindled away all the upfront money they demanded, their attention also dwindled.

I would go weeks and weeks and not hear from them, very seldom returning my calls inquiring when they could FINALLY get this extensive and expensive dental work done. When they did call me back or have me go into their office, nothing was done to get my work completed, they kept telling me that the lab was so busy and wasn't taking on any new patients.

I asked them why they couldn't go with a back up lab to get my work completed and I never got any real answers. It's sad that such a shady, greedy and unprofessional Dentist and his staff continues to get away with such subpar and expensive 'dentistry.' Please do your due diligence when shelling out any money for any work anyone claims you need.

All of my implants had to come out and I had extensive bad bone that my new dental team had to correct and take out due to the subpar and shoddy work Schumann's office performed and I was told the implants that Schumann's office put in would never of held anyway. I never received the work and care they promised in the beginning and the shoddy work they did do was beyond subpar and like I stated above had to be corrected by someone else!

Lesson learned, and boy was it an expensive, painful and drawn out lesson! And I forgot to mention the $30,000 was on top of what they got from my dental insurance Delta, and trust me, they got a lot of money from them as well. I also have witnesses, audio and pictures of the whole near 2 year ordeal.

Dr Schumann is so comforting and informative. rather mess with other Doctors - I fly from Florida to Ohio to see Dr Schumann and team for all my dental care needs. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Dr. Schumann and team to anyone in Ohio or, in the US looking for an exceptional dentist. Thank you Dr. Schumann and team! You Rock!

I have been a patient of Dr Schumann since 1995! He has always been very thorough and professional. I now live in LA, I still fly to Columbus for my dentist!

This Dentist will charge you out the butt before you even know what hit you. He preformed a procedure I didn't want while asleep. I paid for services I didn't ask for or even get. I was left with nerve damage on my left side of mouth. The day after I was put to sleep for a procedure his licence had been temporally suspended to administer anaesthesia by dental board and that was the second time.

He was ordered to substance abuse meetings and court ordered UTIs, so obviously a drug or alcohol issue. This is fact I got this actual information from an attorney and you can view on state licencing board information. This Dentist is the worse doctor/ dentist I've ever encountered in my life. After 5000 plus I was left with my teeth ruined. I've been going to Dr DDS England, a great dentist who is helping fixed the mess this fraud did to my teeth. Run away fast. I am looking into legally protesting his business on the sidewalk if any of you care to join me.

Dr. Schumann and his team at Grove City Dental are extremely professional, friendly and thorough. They go to great lengths to make me feel comfortable during every visit. From a general cleaning, to a getting root canal, crown or implant. they always take the time to educate me on the various treatment options that are available to me. You know you're in good hands because they treat you like family!

Regardless of the treatment, I can tell it's their top priority to make me feel comfortable and safe. Example: During a root canal I actually fell asleep b/c I was so comfortable. Embarrassing, but true! In addition, I had absolutely zero issues working with insurance, billing, scheduling. And Best of all, they always follow up with a call/text message after each visit to make sure I am doing well.

I highly recommend Dr. Schumann and his awesome team at Grove City Dental they are the Best of the Best when it comes to Dental offices! Thank you Dr. Schumann and Team Grove City Dental for helping me overcome my fears of going to the dentist. Oh, and not to mention THANK YOU for a Great Smile!

If you are looking for a dentist who is always trying to sell you something you don't need and never want to see the same hygienists twice because he must be a jerk to work for this is the dentist for you. I had two hygienists bad mouthing what a horrible boss he was while they were working on me! He also did a root canal that failed and caused my jaw to get infected, when the endodontist fixed it he said what a crappy job the dentist did and actually found part of a dental tool in my tooth. Oh and prepare to watch him on video in the waiting room, his faux interview is on a constant loop, this guy is really in love with himself!

Beware of Grove City Dental! They do great work but will tack on an extra $1000 after because they say "the insurance did not pay what we expected, " I know I signed an agreement (while in the chair) and it was an estimate. However, I would think they could calculate within 20% with them having my insurance info, Instead, they are telling me I owe them an extra $1000 after paying over $1500 up front.

And they had two weeks to finalize in advance. It's clearly legal but bad business. I have cancelled all future work with them and would never recommend them. Also, when I called to express my concerns the Payment Supervisor hung up on me.

Went in for cleaning, x-rays and evaluation. I gave them two weeks prior my insurances and numbers to call to verify both insurance. May 3rd was my appointment and it may 30th, I have had 5 conversations on insurance. They billed secondary first. So reiterated and my office paper shows that Delta dental was secondary. Even that they sent to commercial delta when I GAVE them numbers and told them it was federal delta dental.

So when eob came in they where paid, but on secondary insurance and my son was denied because they keyed in sponsor so. Wrong. Then when ask Jessi again why is delta being billed before primary I was told they just pick one to bill! People this is just an exam cleaning and x-rays and you could not bill those simple procedures right? What happens with more extensive stuff? Canceled my husbands and daughters appointment.

But was told someone from office would call. Nope, haven't heard a word. The fact that primary pay a percentage and secondary paid a percentage eluded jessi. Now I had to fill out papers to secondary that yes we in deed have another dental plan, and yes they knew, as on my paper work filled out prior. Dr seems very nice, I don't know if he know his office is walking a fine line on insurance fraud billing, as jessi say " which ever one they want"

Absolutely the worst! Once you arrive for your appointment, you are shown to a wall of "Awards and Achievements" of the Dr. then taken to your chair where the "appointment" continues. I had an appointment on January 5th and the associates were eager to start the work immediately (cosmetic only). I opted to have a quote sent to me via email so I could discuss and consider my options.

Quote never came. I called three times within the month, only to be given excuses as to why my estimate was never prepared and sent. It has been over a month and still nothing. I have insurance that will cover 50% of my services and cash in hand to cover the other. I guess I am not the kind of customer this "well awarded Dr. is looking to serve". If you are someone like me, who has a busy schedule, taking time out of your week to visit a Dentist is frustrating when it is a wasted visit.

I could have taken this last month to have procedures started instead of waiting on something that was never going to happen. I chose this Dentist in particular because of the "Six Month Smile" but it didn't take me long to find The Braces Bar located in Grove City. Take my advice. save time, and frustration. and just visit the The Braces Bar to start out with!

A couple years back this practice told me that I had NINE cavities. The cost and thought of getting it all done was so overwhelming that I never went back. I just went to another dentist, after saving the money, (and getting the nerve) and they inform me that I do not have ANYTIME cavities. Not a single cavity. I am not happy with this dental practice at all.

I brought my daughter to Grove City Dental after hearing their ads on a local radio station. From the first contact that I had with them while making her appointment with Jessica, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff is so welcoming and warm and they truly care about their patients. They have several options to accommodate your budget and will work with you to make sure you can get the dental work that you need. We will definitely be returning and I am making an appointment for myself, as well.

Became a recent patient after switching from Dental Expressions in Grove City, OH due to the frustration of their continued horrible practice. WOW, am I glad i did. Excellent service, Polite, Professional. Exactly as I would expect and beyond. I would definitely recommend to all.
