The receptionist at this practice is extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. No details needed this has happened on multiple occasions and today is the last time, I will never be coming back. We pay you for customer service as well, this practice seems to have forgotten that that is also important. Go somewhere else!

These people got my boyfriend to trust a dentist again for the first time in 10 years. They are so kind, understanding and have the patience of SAINTS. Could not be more thrilled. Leslie is an incredible hygienist, the docs were great- all around very impressed. I would give 1000 stars if possible!

Dr Rigney is very detail oriented while being compassionate and genuinely concerned for his patients. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree and you will realize this when you meet his staff. I've tried other dentist in the South Lyon area and Dr. Rigney and his team are clearly superior.

Kudos to Darlene for her excellent work on cleaning my teeth even though they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. She made sure I knew what was happening and she worked with me to make it a very pleasant visit. My teeth are now super clean and I'm very happy I went to see her. Thanks Darlene!

The office staff at this facility is prejudice to low income families. They are in no way helpful to people who can't write a blank check. Even if you call ahead and work there high prices into your budget. When you arrive the price doubles and you are refused to be seen. Even with excellent insurance coverage you can not count on the practice to take care of you.

They have no answers as to why they change they're rates last minute on people who can't afford more than what they were told to budget for by the office staff. This is a socioeconomically prejudice practice who have no care for patients only for money.

Great providers! Friendly staff. Nice office. Explained procedures, provided plan and answered all questions. Got me in quickly and took care of my problem as a new patient. Greatly appreciated!

Retired, fill in last minute cancellations instead of scheduling my dentist's appointments to support both the dental office & people with less flexible schedules. I see many different hygienists. Every single one (I estimate 12 so far) at S Lyon has been top notch in terms of knowlegde, ability and attitude. Dr. Simon is too, both in practice & in staffing. 3 weeks ago I detached a temporary crown 2 hours before leaving for Florida on vacation.

His partner and staff cheerfully squeezed me in (& I think ended up staying late) to fix the temporary crown so I could take my vacation in relative comfort. Excellent knowledge and experience skillfully and cheerfully exercised. What more do you want from a dental health care team.

Nicest people you ever will meet! Dr. Simon is by far the most professional and personal dentist I have ever gone to. I highly recommend South Lyon Dental Care!

The doctors and staff there are very knowledgeable and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything very well. I would recommend South Lyon Dental Tio adults and children.

SLDCC is a first class dental practice. All, and I mean ALL, of the staff, doctors, hygienists, and assistants are phenomenal. Been going there since we moved to SLyon 5 years ago and have been nothing but pleased.

I loved this dentist office it was super personable and in no way did it feel cold. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist was really friendly. I would have continued going back if my it was in my plans Network. I definitely would recommend this place.
