Just amazing how professional and courteous the staff are. Bianca the manager went ABOVE AND beyond to make sure my daughter was well taken care of. She pushed for my daughter to get insurance approval asap and definitely felt the love. From the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr Mike this place is a 10 out of 10. Great pricing too!

The staff at Dr. Lanzetta office are beyond amazing. My son was at awe by Dr. Andrew. He left feeling confident and interested in being an orthodontist! He's only 11, but that alone shows the amount of influence a person can make on a child especially on his first visit. He gained my sons trust. The code of medical ethics is something that should be acknowledged at Dr. Lanzetta's office. Bianca helped explained every possible plan available. Dr. Mike made my sons dream come true!

I couldn't believe the rates offered to me. I have been to two other orthodontist and both were WAY out of my pay rate. I feel blessed to have found such an amazing place for my son. I have complete trust in his team. I can't wait to see the final results! Thank you Dr. Mike, Dr. Andrew, and the whole team for making this happen!

Crazy to me that you guys advertise that you pride yourselves in providing an orthodontic experience that far exceeds a patients expectations. Went in for my free consult, hoping to get started on either Invisalign again or possibly wire braces, and when the girl seen I had previous attachments still on my teeth they didn't even finish the "free consultation" (if that's even what you'd call it) that they advertise allllll over- just stopped mid way through and sent me on my way telling me that they couldn't help me.

I was dumbfounded, they barely looked at my teeth/mouth. I didn't even get to see the ortho, the medical assistants made these decisions. Pretty sure they could have helped me, but they just didn't want to. Considering I went somewhere else and it didn't seem to be an issue at all. If anybody is looking for Invisalign and wants a professional experience/consultation, I'd go to Aspen Dental. They treated me like a human being and didn't turn me away, rather wanted to help me get the smile I was hoping to achieve. Shame on this place, for real.

Mike is the nicest and down the earth person, and the girls there are nothing less! However, it's always hard scheduling in the future because it fills up quickly. More staffing would be nice.

The most professional and caring orthodontist in Metro Detroit! Dr. Mike is a perfectionist, but in a good way. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, my family and I have been driving over an hour for his expertise for many, many years. There is no orthodontist better than Dr. Mike! I recommend him above anyone else.

I have finally started Invisalign after many of years and several dentist telling me I would have to go threw years of traditional braces. Dr mike and his staff are the first to make it happen. They are really nice and extremely professional. They listened to what I wanted. To me it's worth every penny to know that I can and will soon be able to be confident in my smile.

My dental issues are Trauma related and I have been told they were pretty complex. They didn't make me feel that way at all. I was hit in the mouth with a golf club when I was younger and I broke my jaw and over 15 bones and a socket in my mouth and my teeth were moved. I went threw my mouth being wired shut for months. I really didn't want traditional braces.

There's no words for the excitement and emotions I feel today with my aligners on. They also have a really good payment plan and options for those who are worried about it. DO it call them today you won't regret it. I know I don't.
