True orthodontic emergencies are very rare, but when they do occur, Eisen Orthodontics is available around the clock. As a general rule, you should call our office immediately when you experience severe pain or when you have a problem with your appliance that can't be easily addressed yourself. You might be surprised to learn that you may be able to temporarily solve many problems until you schedule an appointment with our office.

New Patients Report

Please help us be prepared for your first appointment by completing an online patient health history form. During your first visit to our office, Dr. Eisen will conduct a preliminary, complimentary examination to determine your treatment needs and goals. If orthodontic treatment is indicated, we will schedule a further appointment to take complete diagnostic records, including digital X-rays, photographs and impressions.
