Dr. Katris and his team follow this conservative course of dentistry rather than using more aggressive restorative treatments.

My team is very friendly, professional, and will treat you like family. Originally from Waukegan, Dr. Katris has enjoyed working with people, first in his family business and for over 27 years as a dentist. After meeting his pediatric dentist and experiencing how he truly loved his profession, Dr. Katris chose to devote his time to dentistry.

Growing up as the last of six children he wanted to have a big family of his own. Now he has six children (four boys and two girls) and a labradoodle dog named Webster, and a cat named, Mister.

Don't be surprised if you walk out of this dentist office in tears. I have never been made to feel embarrassed or judged about my teeth until coming here. I recently moved to the area and was a first time patient here. My last cleaning was under a year ago in Chicago. I was there for over 1.5 hours and didn't even get my teeth cleaned which was what the appointment was made for.

Dr Katris office is the best dentist ever. Starting from the front desk, hygienists and his colleagues are very friendly and treat you like family. There are very knowledgeable and friendly and explain what ever dental procedures you're having step by step. I just had to add more . 5 were not enough! P.S. Thank you for always making my family and I feel special!

Always a pleasant experience at this location. I love the staff and the care they provide. I'm always educated about my oral hygiene when my visit is completed. I highly recommend this office and Shenika Anderson to anyone looking for a dental office. Even if you aren't looking, this is a great place to consider. Amber is always very welcoming and makes me feel like family. Liz always makes sure I leave with everything I need in my care package. Great job ladies.!

From the moment you make an appointment at Elgin Dental Associates you know this place is something special. They send a couple reminders of your upcoming appointment giving ample time to reschedule if need be. Filling out new patient or updating your medical information is easy since you can do it online before the day of your appointment. The front office staff are warm and welcoming!
They even asked after other family members who are also patients there. Throughout my appointment I felt calm and relaxed and cared about by every person I encountered. That's huge when considering prior to finding Elgin Dental Associates I had been traumatized by a dental experience and was terrified of that reoccurring. The dentist listened to me and explained step by step what was going to occur, including stopping if I wanted to.
I have been a patient here for almost six years now and I have never encountered a more caring, dedicated, and professional team as Elgin Dental Associates! If you need to go to the dentist, there is no better place. You'll be in good hands!

What can I say i love this dental office. Had a really bad experience several years ago with an orthodontist/dentist and I really lost hope on finding a good dental office until I found this office. This office is awesome, Dr hang did amazing job with my filling. Also Pava the hygienist is a sweetheart, she is so helpful and explains everything to you in detail and gives information how to take care if your teeth.
She is just amazing. The receptions and office manager Liz are so friendly too and explain you with detail when it comes to insurance and billing. Everybody that works here are so friendly and willing to help you in any concern or question you have.
