This location follows COVID-19 safety protocols which is great. The center is generally very clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Polite - Clark and all her staff made sure I was comfortable before and during my treatment. They are definitely a great team!

Fantastic Practice. Great Staff. Wonderful Dentist. Amazing Work. If you need a dentist this is definitely definitely the practice to choose. If you have anxiety they are perfect at working with you to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of & the work they do is top notch you'll find no better place to have your dental work done.

The staff in this place is the very best. Everyone has their own brain and are allowed to use them. I scheduled an appointment then needed to change it due to allergies causing sore throat and coughing. The staff changed the appointment and even called me the day before Thanksgiving to check and make sure I was okay. Talk about actually caring about your clients! Actual appointment was one of the best dentist appointments I have ever had and I'm 70 years old. That includes a lot of dentist appointments. Would highly recommend.

My experience from the beginning to the end was outstanding. The front office staff was respectful and friendly. My experience in the dental chair from the dental assistants, dental hygienist, and Dr. Polite-Clark is always superb. The Customer service, care received, and the atmosphere is unmatched!

The entire experience was wonderful since I have not been to a dentist in years. The family staff were very professional and showed that family staff relationship toward each other. The Leadership shared that professional warmth so it spilled out over to the staff. I felted a part of the family and that made me relaxed and felt that I was going to be taken care of. They are on point with their chair side manners. To GOD be the GLORY for the community establishment. MY MOUTH FEELS GOOD!

Had a wonderful first appointment with Soutel Dental today! I historically hate going to the dentist and have never found an office I truly liked. Every single person at Soutel made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I found myself being more calm than I have ever been at the dentist and I truly believe it's because of the therapeutic culture they have created there! Dr. Lorraine was phenomenal and I'm actually looking forward to my follow-up with her. The front office staff were funny, kind, and attentive! And all the hygienists and techs were fabulous too- I knew I was in good hands! Can't recommend Soutel Dental enough!

I had not been to the dentist in some time. The staff was understanding of this. I was even able to fill a cancellation spot 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment day! The staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained to me as it happened, so I wasn't overly anxious. Care was taken in making sure I was comfortable. I was provided next steps in the form of a plan for future work and the cost breakdown of each step. I am pleased!

Everyone here is awesome! Very patient, helpful and understanding! On time with my appointment and they were done ahead of schedule, all while still being very thorough. Im usually nervous at the dentist but today surprisingly calm, due to the staff.
