I had one of the best dental experiences here (and I've been to a lot of dentists and had a lot of work done). The kindness to the front desk staff is amazing and they seemed to genuinely care about you. They are kind and easy to book appointments with. I often pick a dentist by how I'm treated when I make the first appointment. The facility was nice and clean and I was seen right on time. Dr. Neilson was kind, patient and explained my procedure very well.

I had a tooth extraction, implant and bone graft all in the same day and was feeling nervous. But the staff was so caring, calm and gentle with me. It truly made, what would otherwise be a scary procedure, a calm and efficient experience. I also really loved how efficient the staff were with making sure I understood my patient costs well before the procedure. No surprises the day of! I have to have the same procedure done again next year on a different tooth and I'm no longer nervous about it knowing I'll be in good hands!

Not only do I refer my patients to this office. I trust them with my own children! Top notch in every way. I know they are always in good hands and have nothing but confidence in them. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

I've been going to Dr. Krakowiak for about 2 years now. I've had multiple dental emergencies in that time, some really severe, and he has saved me time and again. First off, there's no pretention. He talks with you like a person, not just a patient. He is a very warm, friendly, and caring doctor, and listens carefully to what you say and what you're experiencing.

He's extremely knowledgeable and really good at explaining everything in detail in a way you can understand. He's patient and takes the time to answer your questions so you will be comfortable making informed decisions about your health. He's a highly skilled surgeon who does impeccable work. And unlike most doctors, he makes himself easily reachable during off hours in case any problems crop up after a procedure.

If they do, he clears his schedule for you and sees you ASAP to address it right away. He cares about pain control and goes to great lengths to keep you as comfortable as possible during and after a procedure. I'm highly resistant to painkillers (genetic), so that's not an easy feat. but he skillfully manages medications for the best possible outcome.

And he knows you're not rich and insurance doesn't cover much, so he discusses expenses with you and works with you to balance what you need/want with what you can manage financially. I take after my mom in that I've always had lots of dental issues, so I've had to see lots of dental professionals in my life. I trust Dr. K's opinion and work hands down over anyone else I've ever seen.

Can't say enough good things about this doctor. I just wish there were more like him out there! Highly recommend. The staff are much like Dr. K. warm, friendly, and concerned about your health. They complete the experience of feeling like a person, not a number. Talking with them is always a joy, and you feel important and cared about from beginning to end on every visit.

I just had my wisdom teeth extracted in April by Dr. Brady Nielsen. Hands-down, one of the best medical team and doctor I've ever encountered! The nurses that took care of me made sure that I was comfortable and not nervous. Also, the staff were very professional and friendly every time I visited their office :. Post surgery, I had minimal pain and only mild discomfort. Besides that, everything went smoothly and I would like to thank their team for their expert treatment. I highly recommend Lakeshore OMS to others in the area!

The entire staff have been amazing! Dr. K has been wonderful to work with, my 11 year old daughters oral surgery went great and they treated us so kindly. We are so grateful we chose this office to perform my daughters surgery. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here for my wisdom teeth removal from evaluation to post operation check up. I was nervous throughout the entire process but the staff was so helpful, kind, and patient! The entire staff and the surgeon were so kind and accommodating for my 10 year old daughter's oral surgery. She was terrified and they were so patient and understanding and got the job done, even though she made it very difficult for them at first. They have a great bedside manner and go above and beyond to make you feel like they truly care. So nice to experience this level of care. I highly recommend.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed here and usually I'm a big baby when it comes to needles and doctors. But they made me feel calm and safe the entire time and everything went perfectly. Cannot recommend Dr. K enough and his assistants.
