I can't say enough about Bob and his entire team! I feel relieved to have found such a wonderful group after four terrible experiences at multiple dentist offices in Marin. I should also mention I suffer from anxiety and a needle phobia but they went above and beyond to make me feel comforted - they even brought me a warm blanket to help ease some of my anxiety before giving me a shot (to help numb the area before the filling) and I didn't even feel the needle at all! Truly thankful to finally feel like I'm finally in good hands!

They are open again but pretty booked up. They are not using some instruments but added many other air filters and higher suction rate something something. I appreciated that he has thought out the details to be more safe in this new era. I was overdue for a cleaning that kept get delayed due to the Shelter in Place. I definitely recommend a cleaning today. It feels great! Happiest ever!

I would have never thought I would rave about a dentist but here I am! Going to the dentist is a difficult experience as it is, but Dr Nadjibi always manages to make it as pleasant one (as much as is possible when someone is drilling into your teeth). It's a small and cozy operation that is just Dr Nadjibi and his assistant Michelle, who is super sweet and runs the front desk (including handing out the free dental goodie bag post every visit).
They have offices in Corte Madera and Tiburon, and latter is the one my husband and I both go to, which is open every other Friday I believe. This office is just like the ones I grew up with where the dentist actually does the cleaning themselves, which I super appreciate! Dr Bob Nadjibi actually notices when you are in pain and switch to manual cleaning tools from those efficient but painful modern ones when necessary to avoid too much discomfort.
I much prefer that personal approach rather than most other offices I've been too which feature a rotation of random dental hygienists, x-ray takers and then your primary dentist just shows up for 2 minutes to take a cursory peek all without making eye contact and then conclude with the next date you have to in to repeat that joy all over again.
Only small negative is that the office is also old school in the way that the appointment book is all handwritten and not digitized, which is nostalgic but sometimes not helpful when you need to double check your appointment date and the book is at a different office. But generally never have had a problem with appointment reminders for cleanings etc and getting last minute emergency appointments!

I think he is a good dentist. However, I am very disappointed with the entire billing process. I called twice to specifically to make sure he is an "in network" dentist with Cigna, and explained that because my family's plan covers 100% diagnostic and preventative with "in network" dentist, it is important for me that it is what I should expect when the bill comes in (that I will pay $0, and they will get paid whatever rate they negotiated with Cigna).
But after an routine pediatric checkup and cleaning (i.e., diagnostic and preventative procedures, which took maybe 15 minutes), I was told by Cigna that they billed $300 to the insurance as out of network, and of which I had to pay $192. I just went on a call with Cigna for another 1 hour to sort this out. And Cigna now is going back to reprocess the doctor's claim, because he is in fact in-network and I should in fact pay $0.
I am quite disappointed. I understand that dentists must make a living, but not by playing tricks on billings (because unless you have time to call Cigna and spend 1 hour to get through all the hoops then talk to a phone rep, you probably will just pay the bill which should not have been billed, to make the whole thing go away).

Bob Nadjibi is a fantastic dentist. His is courteous, professional and informs you of everything he is going to do to your teeth providing a clear explanation if you have any questions. I have never experienced any discomfort when he has treated me. That's saying a lot, at least in my book, for a visit to the dentist! The support staff at the office is great too!

I'm an author and do lots of television and between 60 and 80 speeches annually around the world. My smile and showing nice, healthy teeth are the part of any successful personal brand and I wouldn't trust that asset to anyone other than Dr. Bob Nadjibi. Dr. Nadjibi and his clinical and office support team are simply the best. Cheryl runs the office and Michelle is Dr. Bob's primary assistant and they all consistently blow me away with their friendliness, compassion, professionalism, accessibility and talent.
I had a great Dentist (who retired) and then another one for a long time who moved away. My dental search was agony because I'm a nervous dental patient by nature. I've now been a patient for four years and I'm in Dental Heaven. Today, I had a relatively - what I thought would be - complicated procedure done but I was in and out in forty five minutes with a prefect, pain free result. Bravo to these talented people. Dr. Nadjibi is polite, thoughtful and articulate in explaining what needs to be done and options for doing it. He helped me through a major dental issue that called for multiple visits and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. I live in SF and drive past dozens of other dentists on my way to see Dr. Nadjibi. It would be far easier to see a dentist in my neighborhood but this office is worth the drive.

Only my second Yelp review. I'm late to the game but tis the season to review away! I first visited Dr. Nadjibi at this exact time last year with real bad tooth pain. He saw me right away, during the holidays no less, and fixed me up in no time. I also did some other work I had been putting off for awhile and felt totally comfortable with Dr Nadjibi doing the work.
Everything went really smooth and I have been going back for reugular check-ups ever since. He has two offices which was really convenient for me because I am pretty close to both. The staff there is super friendly and the offices are really nice too. I highly recommend Dr Nadjibi for any dental work you might need. even during the holidays!

I will never trust my teeth with anyone but Dr Bob. I bring my whole family there. He is great with my kids and gets them to brush and take care of their teeth in ways my wife and I cannot. For me, he is dutiful with my care, takes extra time for our cleanings and procedures and always follows up to see how I am doing. The office environment is peaceful, clean and professional, with a great and friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr Bob.

We are fortunate to have found Dr Nadjibi. He is a skilled dentist and extremely polite and professional. He explains every procedure to you before he performs it, no matter if it's merely looking at your teeth or injecting anesthetic prior to a filling. If you are looking for a dentist, or have anxiety about going to a dentist, I would recommend Dr. Nadjibi's office. Highly recommended!

Following a recommendation I went to Dr. Nadjibi for veneers. The work that Dr. Nadjibi did is so bad that I will have to have the work redone by a dentist who actually is a cosmetic dentist. He is most definitely NOT a cosmetic dentist nor would I trust him to do any work as he is not competent. Perhaps he could do a filling or a cleaning, but there are more qualified and talented dentist for veneers and crowns.
I have been told by other dentists that the work is sub standard poor quality work. Dr. Nadjibi's office does not stand behind his work; I am left with the expense of having to have the work redone by a competent dentist.

Finding a dentist that you can trust and that makes you comfortable, can be a challenge. I was referred to Dr. Nadjibi when I broke an old crown, and consider him a true professional and a great dentist. Having broken a crown over the weekend, I called to make an appointment early on Monday morning. I had to fly to the East Coast for work that day, for a week long trip. Dr. Nadjibi's office offered to get me in first thing that day.
As I was not in pain, I made an appointment for the following week. Over the course of several visits, I received a new porcelain crown and had my teeth cleaned. Ultimately, I elected to have some cosmetic work done, as well. Dr. Nadjibi did a great job with my teeth. His staff is friendly and competent, and his office is modern and comfortable. I recommend him without reservation.

I took my mom to Dr. Nadjibi because she complained from a lower loose tooth. His office accommodated us for an appointment immediately the next day. His office is peaceful and modern. The x-ray that Dr. Bob Nadjibi took, revealed that the tooth was wobbly because of loss of bone mass (my mom is 72, from Eastern Europe and doesn't speak English).
He carefully listened to us and was straightforward about our options. Since my mom wanted to save her tooth, he suggested a "bonding" procedure, which involves local numbing shot into her lower gum, drilling and bonding of the tooth with the neighboring ones. Dr. Nadjibi was able to do this all right then and there, so we didn't have to come back. Fickle as she is, my mom loved Dr. Nadjibi and his team! :-)

I have been going to Dr. Nadjibi for almost three years. I have used him for routine checkups, creation of a custom anti-snoring mouthpiece, and replacement of my old fillings. I have been very satisfied with all of his work. He is also a very nice and friendly person which makes the entire dental experience very pleasant and stress-free. I highly recommend him. Btw, I also bring my boys (2 years and 4 years) to Dr. Nadjibi for checksups and they always have a fun time.

I was referred to Dr. Nadjibi by a coworker and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. I had my two front teeth veneered, Invisalign and teeth whitening done at his office. I now live in San Francisco, and I gladly commute to Corte Madera for my cleanings and check-ups. The office is spotless, with top-of-the-line equipment and his staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nadjibi is extremely pleasant and he took plenty of time explaining options to me.
And I had zero pain with the work I had done. I have sent my friends too see Dr. Nadjibi and they have all been very pleased as well. Bottom line: Highly recommended. I would not trust anyone else with my teeth.

After reading my original review, Dr. Nadjibi sent me a very considerate, professional e-mail explaining his reasoning behind his recommendations for me and my husband. I'm updating my review based on his e-mail. I only wish he had taken the time to explain things as thoroughly in his office. It would have certainly made for a very different experience.

Wow. What a sham this dentist was for my husband and me - if I could give a zero star rating, I would. Having recently moved to the area, we both made appointments for cleanings and exams. My husband had x-rays done and Dr. Nadjibi did not clean his teeth (don't know why). Dr. Nadjibi told my husband he needed a deep cleaning, 6 fillings and 3 crowns, quoted the work at close to $6,000, and wrote him a prescription for sedatives to take the night before his first procedure. (My husband is a nervous patient and this was Dr. Nadjibi's remedy for that.) My husband scheduled his next appointment to get the first round of his work done.
I had x-rays done and Dr. Nadjibi cleaned my teeth. The cleaning consisted of scraping my teeth and checking my gums. No polishing, flossing, etc. I was told several things: that I have gum recession (I've been monitoring this for years), that I would need a deep cleaning and possibly gum grafting for this. I was also told that my gum recession was probably caused from grinding my teeth.
This was news to me considering I've had TMJ issues over the past 10 years and have seen numerous doctors for it - none of which had ever mentioned that I was grinding my teeth. Dr. Nadjibi fitted me for a night guard. As I scheduled my next appointment (for deep cleaning), another patient standing next to me asked when she could pick up her night guard.
I found it a bit odd that everyone seemed to be getting night guards that day. My husband and I called a dentist in San Franciso for a second opinion. What we found out from the second opinion was that my husband needs 2 less crowns than Dr. Nadjibi recommended and does not need a deep cleaning (total quote around $2000). I found out that I need no deep cleaning, that I do not grind my teeth and that I am not a candidate for gum grafting.
In fact, when the SF dentist was doing the gum probing, there were no "pockets" deeper than 3mm. At Dr. Nadjibi's, I was told several pockets were 4mm deep. My husband was also offered alternative anxiety remedies (nitrous), rather than taking a sedative, which would make him unable to drive himself to/from the appointment. I didn't feel right about Dr. Nadjibi from the moment he started "cleaning" my teeth.
He was certainly lacking in tact and bedside manner and I just didn't trust what he was telling me. Getting the second opinion confirmed my intuition. Drive the extra miles and go see Dr. Hasse in Embarcadero Center in SF. Check out his yelp review and you'll know why.
