The staff and doctors were amazing! My husband broke his front tooth, and they got us in immediately. They temporarily fixed it so he did not have a hole in his smile. They took our insurance and no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this practice!

It was my granddaughter appointment for the first time they where so friendly and caring they explained what they where going to do, she wasn't afraid the dr. And Stuff made her feel very comfortable, my granddaughter is looking forward to her 6 mos check up, they are very professional, glad I brought her here, she had a very bad experience with her old dentist at a different location glad we found this group.

I was very happy with the friendliness, honesty and care that was given to me. It is so good to know that the quality of the care is still the number one priority. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office full of highly professional and caring people.

DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST! The surgeon I believe his name was Murphy as he didn't even introduce himself took his finger and literally jammed it into my tooth that was broken and needed to come out. Put me in instant tears. Prior to that the assistant was telling me what to expect after. she says u will be sick! Make sure u eat something. I had so much anxiety and nothing even happened yet.

It gets better. Dinosaur Murphy couldn't find a vein to get my iv in so he says oh well I can't help u. U need to go to uconn! No help from anyone there to try and get me an appointment. Just sent me on my way! There is much more but this review would be a short story! Don't go to this dentist!

This was my first visit to Preferred Dental after searching for a new dentist. Kaylee ensured that I had a fantastic first experience. She was patient, thorough, & explained/answered all my questions.

Dr. Schulman was fantastic! His assistant, Tamisha, was very gentle and kind to my disabled daughter. She also took great care of me. The whole office staff was very kind and helpful.

My dental hygienist was Kaylee. She was so professional and friendly. She made sure I wasn't in pain and explained what she was doing so I had a better understanding and felt more comfortable. I highly recommend this office because I've always had nice staff and they do a great job! Thank you so much for being a great office PREFERRED DENTAL OF CROMWELL!

Dr. Mestel, extremely rude. Perhaps one of their other dentists is a bit less pushy and more personable, however I will not be returning to find out. Any 'professional' in a healthcare setting that tells you that you are wasting their time, does not deserve to be there.

This was my first time visiting this dentistry office and I have to say I was impressed with my visit and have already recommended it to others. The staff was personable and professional from start to finish. The facility was clean and COVID mitigation procedures were followed closely. My dental hygienist, Lisa, cleaned my teeth with precision and care.

This was the first time I left a dentist appointment without an aching mouth or bleeding gums from someone who was too rough or rushed with the cleaning. Additionally, it was easy to schedule my second cleaning in 6 months and the office staff assisted with sending paperwork into my insurance which was big help. Highly recommend.

Went to see Dr. Mestel today w a cracked rear molar. He gave the option of root canal /crown OR removal. I opted for removal. As luck would have it Dr. Murphy happened to be there and was able to do the procedure. He could not of been nicer and as painlessly as possible removed cracked molar. I highly recommend this pratice especially Dr. Murphy

Tess, my dental hygienist is the best I've ever had. Office staff is friendly and there is little or no waiting. I only wish the practice accepted ConnectiCare Medicare.

Nancy, the hygienist, who did my cleaning was excellent. Friendly, efficient and gentle. She called in the Dr. for a question on something she saw. And as always he was upbeat.

I like the Dentist and the staff. My Dentist seemed very knowledgeable and used common sense which is hard to find today. My cons were they wouldn't let you in the office till you called a number on the door and we're escorted in (covid over kill). They were very fast, I mean like a race which worries me about quality. Over all a good experience.

Terrible service, unfortunately I do not have anything good to say, first went there had two teeth pulled was in great pain while trying to get them out they told me try my best to take it and almost a year later has yet to heal, ( have had teeth pulled prior they all healed within two months fully healed ). Went there for follow up and they sent a video to watch prior to appointment about COVID-19 protocols, appointment at 8 am got there 806 I remained in car as video suggested it got to 809am I run up to door and says to call long story short after rushing through traffic as I coming from Glastonbury they said I did not have a foot in their office at 810, I look at the phone clock said 811, also they ask you to call a number, no one answered the phone until the answering lady told me to knock ( that took 2 minutes ) shows how much they care I will not be back! ( Kasey said it the best, they do not even value you as a person)

Super safe and super friendly. Lori did a great job cleaning my teeth and we had 80's music quiz time too. Dr. Mestel was extremely attentive and very personable. My smile is shining now!

Understaffed as the rest of the country is but overbooked and not respectful of your time. I was Told my son and myself were a new patient after going there 15 years! I was told that you only have 30-40 appointment window but I was waiting for over 20 minutes? Talked to the office manger about my experience. She was combative rude and unapologetic.

I miss the old staff I guess you get what you can get in this job market. Why would you schedule a surgery if you only have a 30-40 appointment window, knowing you can not get it done in that amount of time? Then tell me he may be able to receive the surgery but you will have to be here all morning waiting so maybe they will get to you maybe they won't! A waste of time, appointment and a personal day off. Nothing was accomplished.

Nice friendly front desk staff. Hygienist was good and did thorough cleaning. Doc came in for just a min to check but good so far. Somehow didn't get positive vibes from the doctor (Mestel)
