Kelly Family Ortho is amazing. We have been coming since 2014 with 3 children the last of whom just got them off on 2/2022. KFO worked with my financially as I put braces on 2 of my children at the same time. I never had any pressure to put down a huge deposit or make a huge monthly payment. They worked out a financial plan that was affordable for my family.

They were always on time for my kids appointments. Office staff always friendly and accomodating. Their new office is amazing too. Both Dr. Michael and Gillian took the time with each child during their visit. It was not like a revolving door like some orthodontist are. I would HIGHLY recommed Kelly Family Orthodontics. They walked me through the process, were transparent about the cost, and ensured all of my questions were answered. I proceeded, and couldn't be happier. I'm an adult patient, early 30's and mom of four young kids, and am so impressed with Kelly Family Orthodontics! They're professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and understanding, and so family friendly. They also have a beautiful office with the latest a and greatest in dental tech, with coffee, TV's and games in the lobby. They're so family friendly that I've even had my braces adjusted with my 18mo old sitting on my lap.

They are also upfront and very clear about payment and financial details. Whenever I've had questions about the braces, the staff happily tell me all about "the physics of teeth movement" and how the technology of the braces work. This orthodontist put braces on my teeth almost a year ago. This was mostly to fix a gap. He chose to play super ortho and attempt shift my tooth in such a manner that he thought he could do instead ended causing me damage. He broke my crown. My dentist told him this. He didn't take an xray but took the force off that tooth. Now I have a shifted midline and I have an awful bite. How do you mess up something that wasn't really that bad to begin with. Wow!!!
