I'd give them 5 stars but my ol' gaffer used to say that's only for perfect and only God is perfect; but I always thot he was a little hard on folks. So I changed it to 5 because I haven't seen a more clean, up to date, informative and reassuring dentistry office as Dr. & Mrs. Nelson, Michelle and the rest showed me. Excellent service every time. I love that BC is always upgrading his equipment so you have state of the art dentistry every time. He often calls a patient in the evening after a procedure, just to be sure you're doing ok. I have never had a dentist do that before.

BC is a great Dentist! New to the area and lining up my healthcare workers, BC was recommended so I gave him a shot, not so eager to find my dentist. His office is clean, state of the art, and he is very thorough with his explanation and diagnosis. This was a great dental experience. 5 stars.

This was the worst experience in my entire life at a dental office. I was treated like a second class citizen. I was presented with a dental plan that didn't even begin to address my needs. This dentist told me there was nothing that could be done for me. I wasted an entire month of my life just waiting to see this dentist. I was able to get an appointment with a different dentist shortly after and was told I definitely have options. I was taken care of at this other dentist's office. I felt miserable after my appointment with B.C. Nelson.

Fast, Friendly, Professional service! Staff is very helpful, builds relationships and cares about what you have to say. Today I came in and the dental hygienist remembered details about what I said last time that I didn't even know I said. Awesome! I drive about 30-40 minutes when I could drive 2 blocks but it's definitely worth it!
