Great first experience. Friendly staff, organized building, easy and fast appointments.

DO NOT recommend Auburn family Dentistry. Scam company! Husband and I had teeth done last year and they told us we both had cavities, but in order to even schedule to fix we would have to pay in full right then and there after our cleaning. We did not and moved on. Fast forward to this year. I took the kids there for cleanings. On the phone they told me yes they accept Tri-Care for the military.

Since that visit I went to another dentist and found out I do not have cavities and that Auburn got it completely wrong. Today I get a bill in the mail for $430 for Auburn Family for my kids cleanings that they in fact don't accept the Tri-care. Upon calling them their statement was well we work with them if we can but we don't make promises. Wait a minute! You went from we accept to we work with to we can't promise anything. HUGE red flag. Just avoid people!

Great start to our new dentist. Nice clean offices, great reception and easy to schedule appointment without a long wait time.

I was SO nervous to get multiple crowns. The team was very supportive and caring. Sedation dentistry is the way to go! My appointment was around 5 hours, under sedation felt like a half hour! I was so relaxed, it was smooth sailing all the way. I highly recommend giving them a try

I really struggle with dental procedures. Had some traumatic dental incidents in my past. Decided to give Dr. Painter a try today and was very pleased with him and his staff. Handled my anxiety with compassion and care. Very much appreciated.

Outstanding staff, and facilities. top notch service I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. it's more like a family as all family they are there for you all the way.

After having several appointments with Dr Painter for various things, and after bringing my children to his office as well, I can say without a doubt I have never trusted another dentist more in my life. He cares for his patients as if he is caring for his own family. I've seen several different dentists in my life, but I have never had the expert care like Dr Painter provides. So grateful!

The best dentist I've been to by far! I'm traveling for work and they made it very easy and hassle free to find my insurance out of state for me and the lady at the front desk was as sweet and helpful as they come. Mr. David gave me all my options straight forward and helped me pick the best thing for me personally and did a fantastic job with his work (and I'm not the easiest person to work on I promise you that). If I could give 1000 stars I would! Friendly smiles and great service is all I received and I highly recommend!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Painter yesterday, 3-22-21. I had a GREAT experience. The staff is extremely nice and thoughtful. Easy to set up an appointment and they worked with my insurance the same day. They explained everything that was going on (which i love). The dentist and his assistant sat and talked with me to get to know me, very personable. This dentist made me feel like a respected patient instead of an insurance check coming through the door. The welcome bag was a nice touch. Thanks Dr. Painter & Staff!

I have had to have a lot of work done lately and the staff along with Dr.painter have been wonderful. Dr. Painter calms my fear and also uses light sedation.

Mike and I both have been here in the last month and have gone here for years. We get great care with personal attention. The whole staff is very professional and efficient.

Love going to the dentist my teeth always feel amazing when I leave. The staff is wonderful all very nice and make you feel welcome. you feel like part of the family for sure love Dr. Painter!
