My 11 year old was suffering with a loose tooth that would not let go and it got very painful but she would not let mom pull it - Chalet Dental is near our home and came highly recommended by our neighbor so we just drove in as our normal dentist is 30 minutes away. They were so kind and professional and were able to fit her in quickly and helped us with the situation. We appreciated the care so much we plan to make them our regular dentist office going forward! I've had only the initial visit so far. At that time a very professional dentist examined my teeth. The doctor then talked openly with me about what was noticed during the exam. The office manager was able to get me in for a cleaning within a few weeks. It was a pleasant visit all around!

I had my first visit at Chalet dental and they are great. They made is possible to do homework ahead of time and they facilitated the transfer of info from my old dentist. Maria was my hygienist and was very clear about things happening and what was needed and why. Dr. Rieck and her team were very professional and I strongly recommend.

Chalet Dental Care is the most high tech dental clinic I have ever seen. The staff is friendly and down to earth. Everyone at this clinic knows their role and they operate at an elite level. From the schedulers and receptionists to the hygienists, x-ray techs and dentists you feel like every one in the clinic is focused only on you. They are the most friendly people I have ever encountered in a dentists office.

The 'state of the art' facility that is Chalet Dental care is amazing. I actually enjoy visiting my dentists office! Everyone should be so lucky to have dental care from a place like Chalet Dental Care.

Chalet Dental is a 5 Star office for sure! The staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable from the front desk to the chair! The hygienist (Becky) makes me feel comfortable and is just so very good. Dr Fredrickson is a the best and one I can totally trust. He has seen me for years and continues to do a remarkable job. I would not consider another place and highly recommend Chalet Dental.

I would give Chalet Dental 1000 stars as I have been a patient here for over 10 years. Absolutely love the staff, super friendly, knows their patients, and the remodel of the facility makes you feel welcome. Ok, so like others perhaps, my previous experience at a dentist has not been entirely positive. However, we are so incredibly fortunate to have such a gem of a practice in our neighborhood. Even if I didn't live near here, I would travel the distance necessary. From the moment that one arrives at the practice, you are made to feel welcome, with beautiful flower arrangements (by a local wonderful florist), a lovely newly built waiting area, and with lovely staff.

This is even before the dental appointment! I have had the good fortune of meeting Dr Sammy, and I am so glad to have done. With medical issues in abundance, Dr Sammy was thoughtful, listening and reading what I brought with and rather than launching into a lengthy explanation and/or treatment, wanted to wait for me to go through the necessary medical appointments, to determine the best course of action.

This practice has done everything that they can and then some to make one feel comfortable - nice images on the computer monitor in the treatment room, lots of light through the windows where you can look at the trees/sky, and this is before the professionalism and kindness of the staff. My experience of a dentist prior to this, has always been one of being stuck in a chair in the middle of a sterile room, with associated pain, little communication and generally a miserable experience.

I am in the process of believing that dental care can be done just right, and this practice is doing a wonderful job of this. Thank you to you all, in particular to Bridget, Dr Sammy and Renee. With much gratitude to your sheer humanity and kindness. A very grateful patient!

I've been getting good quality care at Chalet Dental for many years from my hygienist Karen and Dr. Fredrickson. My quality care starts with them. The professional atmosphere at Chalet makes it possible for any of the staff to provide the same high standard of care should scheduling conflicts occur - - I've been treated by all the doctors and several of the hygienists at Chalet. I'm always greeted by name by the front office staff and am provided their undivided attention when I have questions. This is a great dental office.

I have been a patient of Chalet Dental since I moved here to MN. It has been 8-9 years and I'm happy with the place. Bridget and Lori used to be in the front desk and they made you feel very welcomed and apart of the family. Now they have new staff in the front desk and are friendly. They know you by name as you walk in. That's one of the reasons I have stayed with this place as a patient. My husband later joined me and now we both are going to Chalet Dental. My hygienist Amber is so friendly and always does a great job. Thank you all so much!

I was very unhappy with my treatment. I am on a fixed income and was excited that I finally have dental insurance that would cover an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I went in to get my teach cleaned. After the exam, they refused to clean my teeth unless I did a treatment that cost nearly $1000. There is no way I can afford that even with payments. I think at least having my teeth cleaned would be better tha nothing.

They refused. I left discouraged and angry. Do they only want affluent patients? If so, tell me before you do the exam and x-rays. I went to another dentist who not only felt the scaling was not necessary but when she looked at the Chalet x-rays found a cavity not identified by Chalet.

This was a dumb reason to pick a dental clinic, but I did because their building is really unique. Unfortunately, they did some sloppy work on my teeth and had assured me twice that my insurance would cover the work but it didn't. I know that's ultimately my responsibility but I didn't feel "taken care of" by these people.

The staff is competent. I didn't care for the introductory sit-down with the dentist. He asked a series of questions to ascertain my attitudes toward dentistry (e.g., "How did your father/mother feel about dental work?"). Really? Upon reflection, I realized the questions were designed to determine what my fears/desires are about my teeth so that he could determine how best to pitch me for getting as much dental work from me as possible.

In other words, determine anything I didn't like or would desire about my teeth so that he could do more work on them and get more money from me. Also tried to pitch me to replace fillings that were still good. I'm not going back.

Really nice facility. (Way nicer inside than it looks like from outside). Very modern with all the current tech for a safe, comfortable visit. Hygienists are great. Dentists are very kind and knowledgeable. My first visit was about 6 years since my last visit. I got no guilt from the team about the gap. They were very up front about prices for services and offer payment options.

My only negative is that I had some problems with figuring out what would be covered by my dental insurance, so I haven't gotten the recommended fillings yet. I was given an estimated cost at check out and told they would check with my insurance and email me. I never got that email. Maybe next visit.

I came here pretty nervous because I had a lot of work I needed done. They made feel comfortable and relaxed. I got the absolute best service on both veneers and cleanings. I'm happy to call this my new dental home.
