The Dental Assistant was super sweet and helpful. The doctor was straight forward with me and did not sugar coat anything. I appreciated his honesty and his help. Definitely going back!

I cannot say enough good things about this Dentist. I have been going to them for over a year now and they have taken the time to explain and help coach me through taking better care of my teeth and mouth as a whole and have strategized on the best treatment methods with some issues that arose with my mouth and teeth after having COVID. This team is kind, patient, caring and truly wants to help their patients get better.

They have also worked hard to help me make treatments work with my budget. My teeth are probably the healthiest they have ever been and my smile also is the best it has ever looked. I am so impressed with these guys that I drive all the way from Chandler every 3 months. I don't do that for any other medical care! I also don't trust most other providers like I trust these guys.

Thank you Dr. Ross and team for helping improve my life in such a profound way. Before going to you guys, I never realized how much my mouth health affected every other part of my life. Grateful for you guys!

Nothing like showing up to a rescheduled appointment only to find out they were negligent to update the system with the new appointment. Glad I took off work to deal with incompetence, however the dentist should be informed he's loosing clientele.

The staff is amazing. I have had alot of work done. I just got a quote of $4000 to have the same work I paid $4000 for 2 years ago. and they signed me up with care credit and as of today care credit added 1000 of interest make sure you can pay it off in 2 years if not they add the interest all at once for the 2 years I thought interest free if you pay on time which I did. and I have pain in the crown they did a few months ago. I have dental work that has lasted a 5 to 10 years this place gives you instant work that has to be redone every 2 years. And leaves you in constant pain.

We had to switch dentists due to simple scheduling reasons. It turned out to be a blessing. Things missed or ignored by our dentist along with a willing treatment plan for a difficult patient and this office has far exceeded my expectations. While we now have to spend money to fix what the other dentist ignored it will ensure me and my 2 adult children have strong healthy teeth.

After 36 weeks having major teeth pain and not alot of teeth left with "thier plan" the bridge they put in 2 years ago is now failing I have pain in both teeth holding the bridge. and I guess it's 4000 to fix it. I guess I will be in pain trying to work until I save enough. So YEARS FROM NOW. everything I listened to was to have a beautiful smile.

What I needed was to stop pain. So now toothless without funs (took all my savings signed up for care credit and if you don't pay in 12 months they add all the interest so almost $1000 was just added) so I'm even further from getting out if PAIN.

Everyone in the office was very warm and friendly. I am terrified of the dentist and I was instantly put at ease. I was there for a root canal which I have never had. Dr. Igor Borisov explained what was going to be done and checked on me throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for clean and comfortable dentist!

Been going here since 2019 and every time I have had an appt with them I have been extremely happy and satisfied - the staff is amazing - to schedule an appt with them is easy - Brian the treatment coordinator is fantastic and easy to talk to and makes scheduling a treatment quick and easy. I recommend them to everyone I talk to! The facility is also extremely clean. Will continue to go to them for all my teeth needs :

I have been to a lot of different dentists and this office has to be my all time favorite. I have seen Dr. Ross and more recently Dr. Pope and both are fantastic. I have had a lot of bad experiences with past dentists and everyone at Maricopa Family Dentistry is patient and understanding. They really do care that you are comfortable and taken care of. I also appreciate the communication here about billing. Bryan takes the time to explain all options. I would 100% recommend to everyone to come here for any dental work.

My entire experience at with Dr B and his support team has been excellent. I am going through an extensive implant procedure and dental hygiene presently. All in billed are very professional, have an excellent best care for me as their patient. This feeling about being part of a caring group is felt throughout the staff. I highly recommend! Actually the best dentist so far in my 78 years of life.

My teeth were cleaned and I was seen at the appointed time which seems to be rather big ask these days. However, it felt the entire time was just sales a pitch employing emotion based selling trying to leverage my less than aesthetically perfect teeth into making a years long decision that costs thousands. Some fairly high pressure selling techniques and rather off putting considering I haven't ever had any cavities. If I wanted to advertise my level of disposable income via dental work I'd just go down to Houston and buy me a grille at this point I don't care.

It is horrible that Maricopa Family Dentistry & Orthodontics sticks to the patients a $5 Paper Statement Fee when it sends out a statement for a current bill, (not an overdue bill). Why stick it to their patients when this Dental office can communicate for free via Texts and Emails with their patients, as they usually do for all of their other notices?! Maricopa Family Dentistry & Orthodontics is displaying poor concern for their patients and showing plain greed by burdening their patients with an additional $5 fee for unsolicited paper statements.

My son was denied a Saturday because we couldn't make the 2 previous ones due to him being sick and trying to do the right thing in not taking him in to avoid anyone else getting sick. They stated he would have to make a weekday appointment to be able to get in in Saturdays again. This is just silly to me. It wasn't our fault that our son got sick and now they are punishing us by not allowing us to bring our son in to get his teeth done on our only day available without disrupting our schedules.

This was the reason we chose this place. I then asked to speak to a manager and she says gladly, "of course" and I was on hold for literally an hour. I am working and sat on hold at my desk while I worked hoping to resolve this and nothing. I hung up as I figured they just didn't want to deal with me. Very unprofessional! The doctors are great but it is just a shame that they deny people for these reasons.

I could understand if they charged us for cancelling but not denying us services. My one star review is simply for the way they left me on hold for an hour and never got back to me. I understand rules are rules but just wanted to speak to someone to understand the reasoning on their end.

Maricopa Family Denistry took care of my issue with no worries. Great experience and it didn't take long.

They just tried selling me Invisalign. The dental assistant and hygienist were great but the money hungry dentist seemed like he didn't really tell me what I needed except Invisalign since it'll fix "most" of my problems. I feel like I have a cavity but the dentist skipped over it when I told and showed him twice. I will probably go to another place to get another opinion. thank you.

Done with this place and won't be going back. Spent almost $400 to replace an old night guard. The new one was so loose it would not stay on my teeth while sleeping. It also had a strong chemical tatse. They made me a free replacement that fit more securely, but the taste was still intolerable once I could no longer taste the mint from brushing my teeth.

So that's almost $400 with nothing to show for it, and I still need to spend money to replace my old night guard with another dentist. I had two old fillings replaced as well, and I had terrible pain after. After waiting a few weeks to see if it would subside, I had to go back to get it looked at. The dentist said the dentin was exposed due to the extensive repair. Well, that's where the nerve is.

So why was it left exposed? He put sealant on it which helped some but has not totally solved the problem. If the repair was that extensive, just root canal me, crown it, and get it over with. That would have been far less pain in the long run even if meant a little more discomfort up front.

The office was super clean and had such cool high technology equipment. Dr. Larkin is very amazing. He made me relaxed, being so gentle. Very professional office and dentist! Thank you Maricopa Family!

This place started out good. then all they do is push high price treatments. After 4 crowns went 3 months later for check up and told need three more crowns. Went to another dentist and no crowns mentioned and prices are way cheaper. Hang on to your wallet cause they will get every penny.

The dentists are good but the billing practices are atrocious. With so many other options available, please consider looking for somewhere more trustworthy. Whatever happened to this office administratively over the last year or so is questionable at best. It's a shame that good dental work was ruined by everything else surrounding the experience.

It's always a good experience going to my dental appointments. Mark (my hygienist) and Dr. Borisov (my dentist) are friendly, thorough, and efficient. The office staff is always super kind too. Everything in the office and experience feels and looks up-to-date, which is important to me. It's not a dental experience that hasn't changed since I was a kid, thank goodness.

Terrible financial management. Dr. Ross is wonderful but not worth the financial headache. Brian will tell you one price and Jesse the account manager calculates something different.

Don't use this dentist office or even their other location. They have damaged my teeth the office manager doesn't help. Dentist drill two of my front teeth and him and his assistant make jokes about it. Then hygentist took enamel off my bottom teeth during clean and my gums pulled away from teeth after cleaning see pictures. Also office told me I needed a root canal and I didnt need one. This dentist told me after he drilled my front teeth he cost me thousands of dollars in damages. Dont go here!

The dentist was more into selling me more dental procedures, than being attentive to what I was there for. Eight months later I got a bill for $500 more dollars. My insurance company paid their part, I paid the part their 3rd party took out of my bank account every month. I asked where did this additional $500 come from? I was told the insurance company billed more than what I was quoted for

I went here for a routine cleaning. Because I had purchased their insurance plan, the standard fee for this service is $20. Upon entering the facility, I was asked me to wash my hands and they took my temperature as per norm for 2020. When I went to pay my bill, I was charged $30 instead of $20. When I asked why, I was told it was for PPE! I asked if the facility had received any PPP monies, of course they didn't know the answer to that. I feel they should have told me up front of that there would be a 50% markup. I'm pretty sure I didn't use $10 in PPE.

Stop! do not use this location unless you want to pay out the @$$. they love to provide service that your insurance is not covering.

First time visit, took my son for a cleaning. Front desk was very friendly and professional. The person who helped us in the back was also very friendly. She was very patient with my son who was nervous to be there. I felt the process was quick and easy. Filled out paperwork, got called back, did X-rays then a cleaning. Afterward I was offered another service that would have cost me over $200 out of pocket with no insurance.

I declined. It wasn't in the budget this time around. I did feel a little rushed after I declined the additional services for us to get out but that just may be in my head. Overall I would go back but would shop around to make sure I wasn't paying more than I have to.

I wish that your used car salesman would have told me that I had less expensive options PRIOR to having me spend $1100 on a crown. I came in with the thought that I would be able to get a crown for your advertised price of $599 on the flyer (which is why I called). Rather than tell me I was not at the right office for that, he just sold the most expensive thing to me, knowing I was in a limited budget with over $7500 worth of work to be done.

I really liked Dr. Ross and the other staff but I don't think I'll ever come back because of him and I purchased some discount thing that he said I'd get 2 cleanings a year with and when I tried to make an appointment he said "oh that's not something we can do today, " but they were totally willing and able to do $7500 worth of work that moment.

He must not make as much in the cleaning as he does all the work. He even offered to call up increase my credit limit to $10,000 to cover all the work that day! Horrible and sad. If I was rating Brian alone I would give a 1 without hesitation because that is the lowest I can give.

This is my first time getting the dental services here. $19 for cleaning, exams, and X-rays. Matt the hygienist is the best that I ever had In a long time! My teeth feels so cleaner! The office is clean and staff is very professional. Come check this office out!

Not many people can say that they love their dentist! Well guess what I do! I can't say enough good things about Dr Ross, he is the most caring compassionate and honest person he really cares about his patients, and I had a full mouth restoration by dr Ross and never felt anything during my very extensive procedure, it was pain free! Thank you dr Ross for giving me the smile I have never had and for your care and concern you have been a blessing to me and for that I thank you, and the staff is so wonderful and friendly. They are the most expensive dentist I have been to. They have horrible customer service and won't give you financing info until after you have been checked. When I first tried to make an appt they said they needed prior authorization and I never heard back from them.

This the only place I can trust. I drive 30 miles to have the best dentist. I had a lot of work done and never felt any pain. I was so scared of going to dentist before due to painful treatments. Tried several places before and never went back again. One thing that was always frustrating is that in some places they send you to other places for root canal, implants, deep cleaning and other services. In this office you can get most dental services. Perhaps they are not the cheapest but, for sure, the best.

My wisdom teeth were removed and should never have been removed by anyone other than a surgeon. I left with two still partially in, and no one let me know. I am still having pain, 4 months later! In addition to the horrible mistake I made coming here for the extraction, I felt the guy who checked us out and gave us the quote was a high pressure salesman.

I am 42 years old, and $5000 for braces is not a priority! Everyone was friendly, but I do not trust them to touch my mouth again. I had to go to the ER the night of my extraction, because I was only given Ibuprofen for pain. My mouth was cut open more than half way down each side. During the procedure, he asked if I was still alert, and I told him I was.

He started anyway. I was aware and alert for more than half of the extractions. I lost memory while he was working on the third tooth. UPDATE:My daughter came here with the $25 gift card offer for a teeth cleaning and x-rays. She was refused a cleaning, because she refused to accept their claims she needed thousands of dollars in additional work. They refused to clean her teeth and refused the gift card but charged the insurance!

She went to our normal dentist, and they told her she needed a root canal. That cost her $50! That is all she needed, not all the stuff they were selling. My dentist looked at my teeth and the wisdom teeth extraction results and asked who did it so he can be sure to never send anyone there. My wonderful dentist in Mesa is going to send me to an oral surgeon to fix what Dr. Pope did to my mouth!

It has been almost a year, and it still hurts to brush my teeth on the left side. I have had absolutely no dental problems prior to this. I have never had a cavity! I just needed my wisdom teeth removed. Now I have mouth pain every day.

My family has been with Maricopa Family Dentistry for over a year now. They do a very good job taking care of their patients and their costs are fair and competetive. My child was having tooth pain this morning. We were able to get her in to the dentist within 1 hour. Staff work super well with children. I have enough children to make a basketball team that range from 2 to 22.

If you need financing, it is available. They will also work fairly with you if you need to make a few payments. I would highly recommend Maricopa Family Dentistry, even to my own boss!

You know those places that are soooo far away but you still go because it's just not as good anywhere else? Yeah. this is MFD for me. I drive 45 minutes to get to this office and every time I drive home assured that it was well worth the drive. The experience and knowledge is unrivaled, the service unparalleled, and the care, unmatched. The staff is so friendly and the two dentists on staff know how to the simplest to the most complex procedures.

My past orthodontist really messed up my teeth, bite, and jaw and Dr. Ross helped me get everything back to normal - that's not easy when we're talking about teeth! I love my teeth and get so many compliments when I smile. I have been going here for the past couple of years and the quality of service has stood the test of time! If you live anywhere in AZ, your teeth should be receiving the care of Maricopa Family Dentistry & Orthodontics.

This is the best dentist office ever. My wife and I have 4 children and we all come here (minus the baby so far). We have been coming here for the last year and half and have had an awesome experience. My kids love coming the dentist. Yes you read that right. They love it here. The whole staff is warm and friendly. We are always greeted with a warm smile the moment we walk in the door. Matt takes a personal interest in each of us as he cleans our teeth.

And Dr Ross is very professional and really knows what he is doing. We have been so impressed. Their family plan pricing is perfect for us as we don't have insurance. It makes the normal upkeep of our teeth totally affordable. We live in chandler but gladly make the drive to Maricopa because it is worth it. Give Dr Ross and staff a chance. You won't be sorry.

I had a dental emergency several weeks back within an hour and 1/2 I was sitting in one of their dental chairs. The front/back office staff along with Dr Ross put me at ease right away. I received my permanent crown today and couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be going back for all my dental care/maintenance. Thank you.

I wish I would have read the reviews before my husband went in for some work. They decided on a course of action for my husbands dental work and gave us a quote. we should have done some more investigating but the procedure ended up costing us 1000$ more then we were quoted. the reason was because they said our insurance deductible that they had called and got from our insurance was less then whar they put on the quote. we would have never agreed to have all the work done if we would have been given the correct quote. I've never reviewed a company before on yelp buy I can't believe the amount of incompetence that flowed from that company.

If I could leave a -20 I would! This dentist office was the worst place I have ever been. Got a root canal and a fake tooth a year ago. After the service I went home to gilbert and with in an hr the tooth was off! Had to go all the way back for them to glue it back on! Now one year later and the tooth cane off, AGAIN! This was suppose to be a permanent tooth!

I had a semipermanent in 2011 and it lasted till last year when I got this done. They are closed on Sundays, so I have to wait till Monday to get it fix! And I live in Avondale now, not very convenient for me. With out a doubt the WORST dentist I have EVER been to!
