Our office is conveniently located next to the new Racetrac and in front of the POPLAR SQUARE shopping center on Wendy Bagwell Parkway (also known as HWY 278 / Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy). This is the best dentistry I have have found in so many years! They are the friendliest & most bedside manner & professional at the same time. I will never go anywhere else! The experience of me personally ever loosing a tooth is my biggest fear. Now having to get my teeth bonded & now to getting veneer's to make my teeth stronger has put my mind at ease. After years of my two front teeth being chipped. Will always recommend to friends & family.

The staff here are all very friendly and down to earth. I love that they take the time to go over and explain everything in detail. Tiffany up in the front is super nice and super helpful every time I have to call up there. Dr. Vu is wonderful at what she does and is both professional and very personable, she really takes the time to talk to you and figure out what your wants for your smile are.

Today was my consultation and was very nervous. They made me feel comfortable and were understanding. I was kind of shocked at what my cost would be on the needed procedures that insurance wasn't going to cover. But that said, I'm very comfortable with the way things are going so far. Kudos to the staff and dentist.

Best teeth cleaning experience I've had! Britney was professional, friendly, and simply did a great job on my teeth. I actually look forward to my next appointment - and this is from someone who dreads a visit to the dentist. I highly recommend. Oh, not to forget Dr. Vu who I first consulted with. Her recommendations were on point. The entire office is great. They are honest in their billing as well, something I can't say for the last dentist office I visited (billing fraudsters).

The service is very good, with good professionals. I'm coming back with them. But I will have to wait 4 months to start my treatment. Waiting anxiously. The only bad experience I had was with a rude old dentist who does extractions. Rude, no maners, and this man will never touch my mouth again. I was traumatized. This senior should be retired, because he destroys the reputation of the office. After treatment, I submit a new evaluation. So far no complaints and deserves 5 stars.

This was my first appointment at this practice and I was very pleased. Dr Vu was both personal and professional. I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge, recommendations, and treatment. Kinzley, the dental assistant, was also very personable and professional. She did a great job! The office staff members were attentive and pleasant. The office was very nice and clean. Nicole Litehiser is one of the most professional assistants I've ever met. She kept me informed about what to expect and the procedures being done. I was apprehensive and nervous but her reassurance and calming mannerism helped me get thru the surgery. Although my extraction was not a pleasant experience, my interaction with Nicole was. Hope you realize what an asset she is to your practice. Give that girl a raise! Thanks Nicole.

Due to HIPPA privacy laws and respect for YOUR patients you shouldn't be publicly discussing who is and who isn't a patient of yours. We can however discuss how I called to get informed on my case and YOUR STAFF seemed to not want to answer the few questions I had, being short and told me to call back when I was ready. Therefore I am leaving this review and thank goodness I didn't become a patient because the way I see you responding to these other reviews who also gave a bad review is unacceptable.
Work on your customer service and accept your review. EVERY ACTION DOESNT NEED A REACTION. Clearly not everyone has gotten a GREAT EXPERIENCE like these others did and that's unfortunate.

Great consultation appointment. Dr. V seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and kind. The entire staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Going back tomorrow for the not so fun stuff so we'll see. I have high hopes and a positive attitude. They are trying to accommodate me to use my yearly dental insurance, so overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend Hiram Denistry in Hiram.

From setting up an appt, to my first visit, I felt welcomed. The staff is amazing and the dentist is bomb and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable and safe. My last visit I received a very intentional gift, that made my eyes mist a bit. They actually engage with their patients. You will love it here!
