My visit was everything anyone could ask for from a trip to the orthodontist office - informative, efficient, clean and as professional as it gets! I walked in looking for a consultation on fixing the crowding for my lower teeth and they were able to get me squared away in no time! I was greeted with a warm smile upon entry. The office is tech progressive meaning I was able to fill out my background information beforehand online saving me time when I entered, have my temperature taken at the front desk and later have my results emailed to me which is a huge plus!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. No question was a "dumb" question as they fielded all of my inquiries with welcoming eyes. They were through in walking me through my options, transparent about pricing and honest about their recommendations - inclusive of the trade offs. Safe to say I'll be back and will refer others looking for a new orthodontist center!

Everyone in Dr. Williams' office was very attentive and nice. I felt comfortable, and I can't say that about other offices I've been to. They made it easy to ask questions and they educated me. They treated me as a student in a class learning about my teeth and that felt wonderful. I left the office with more hope than when I walked in.

What a friendly office! From the moment I entered I was greeted warmly. The staff is very friendly yet professional and the office was super clean. Dr. Williams is really nice and he's got a great sense of humor that put me at ease. There's a large board with all of his patients photos on it. I want to put my picture on the board too as soon as my teeth are straight.

I honestly don't know where to start. On this very last day of 2021, I can honestly say that Dr. Williams and team have been one of my greatest blessings of the year. From my very first phone call enquiring about a consultation to every single session and/or interaction with Dr. Williams and staff, it's been a beautiful out of this world experience. Dr. Williams is so knowledgeable about his craft yet so gentle in the execution as opposed to other doctors in the profession.

In February of this year, I decided I'd put it off long enough and it was time to perfect my already beautiful smile. Dr. Williams has been treating me for almost a year and even with the braces on, I have the most beautiful smile. Do yourself a favor, schedule your consultation and claim yours or your loved ones most beautiful smile too. From Ms Ramona at the front to Dr. Williams in the back, you'll be made to feel like the most valuable customer in the practice. No lie!

Dr. Williams use to treat my uncle when he was in high school. I started going to him in 07 and ended up having my braces taken off in 2012 or 2013 due to financial hardship. Decided this year I was going to finish getting my mouth straight and he definitely worked with me! I absolutely love the environment, everyone's so nice and if you've been going there long enough they definitely remember you lol.
