8 months of pain and frustration for implant procedure. First had sinus lift to increase bone density in jaw; then had implant inserted. Implant was put in at an angle which for up/down movement of jaw in chewing didn't make sense to me or my primary dentist. Months later finally had abutment/crown put in. Within 2 months found crown wiggling when i touched it.
They subsequently removed crown and explanted the entire implant. Their offer; do it again. Are you kidding me? Another 8 months wondering if the next implant will work? Out over $4,000. Dr. Morgan refuse any refund. Unfair and deceptive practices, and poor workmanship.

I have been going to Dr. Vincent J Morgan and his sister Catherine for the past 45 years. I am 87 years old and I haven't had a problem yet. They always treated me extremely well and did superb dental work. When dental implants came along and I needed them, I tried the Implant Dentistry Centre. I have been coming to the Implant Dentistry Centre for over 14 years and I've had a great experience working with them. Everybody is fun, professional, and I greatly trust the clinicians/assistants working there. I had no pain after my implant surgery and everything went better than expected. I would highly recommend the Implant Dentistry Centre and I will continue to come here for all of my dental needs.

Defective implants! This place does awful work and does not want to pay for their mistakes. I had 2 implants put in and both were defective. One of them literally fell out of my mouth and the other broke right away. The first night my stitches started falling out and they were supposed to last 2-3 weeks. They scheduled me to come back when the stitches fell out and I changed my day around and that Dentist was not even working that day.
I live 2 hours away and had to drive back 3 times (12 hours in the car) and missed work for THEIR mistakes. I asked Esther, the desk manager a week ago to speak to the owner about this and she said she would get back to me. A week passed and she never called me back. I had to call her again today and she alerted me they do not give any refunds or credits on their poor work and that Dr. Morgan, THE OWNER, does not call patients back.
He just won't do it. He only speaks to Doctors. She made it sound like my time was not worth anything and that these things happen. I paid over $5000 the first day for these and they did a hack job. "These things do happen" Esther alerted me. The place is like a factory. Very unprofessional! I would NEVER go back there again. They do awful work.

I was in for a consultation a few months ago and from the room next door I hear the older doctor (who I think is the owner) yelling at the other doctor Go see the patient from _____ now! Stop with this patient. You need to know who the important people are! You have to see the patients that matter first! I've never heard a professional speak like this, let alone a doctor in front of patients. Needless to say, I ended up getting my implant done at another office. I didn't want to risk being one of these unimportant patients.
