The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. Lisa does a great cleaning and Dr L. is the best. I've had a dread of dentists since I was little but this office makes it a happy experience.

Dr Mano is kind, caring and highly competent. He sueezed me in to put a temp crown back on for me, and gave me the wonderful news that he can spare me crown lengthening. 5 stars!

The staff at Oakdale Dental are awesome! I was hesitant to have new crowns put on my teeth, Dr. answered all of the questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable going into the procedure. Thank you for your expertise and advice. My smile has never left any better:

So, in 2007 I broke my two front teeth and paid top dollar for the best repair ever out in Worcester. Since it's been over 10 years, there's been some wear and tear. I managed to chip the crown and the veneer and had them repaired by a local dentist about 2 years ago. You could clearly tell it was a repair, but I just dealt with it. Well, that repair recently re-broke.

I went to another dentist and they told me they couldn't fix it because the repair probably wouldn't last more than 15 minutes. Super upset, I reached out to a good friends father - Dr. Lalchandani. His office got me in asap as I expressed how upset I was, especially because I had a wedding coming up and this was my 2 front teeth. The doctor came in and told me that he can fix anything The repair that he did is amazing.

I can't even tell that there was chip in the crown to begin with! I'm going back next week to have the minor chip in my veneer repaired - thank you to all of the great staff and an even bigger thank you Dr. Lalchandani!

I'm Incredibly grateful for ODA. After having experienced what I consider a "dental mill" situation with another dentist in the Western, MA area (never the same technician or dental doctor twice, constant upselling of unneeded services & products, botched dental repairs, etc.) I've finally found a hometown family dentistry who I unequivocally trust.

Immediately they make you feel like you're family, they don't make you feel bad for being nervous about having work done, they are meticulous in their work, and they even actively help you figure out your insurance coverage. Who does this anymore?! I honestly couldn't recommend Oakland Dental more.

Love this place! I started bringing my daughter after a horrible experience at a 'chain' dentistry place who practiced restraining the patient instead of simply making it not scary! My daughter loves her visits with Stephanie and I can't thank them enough for making it a pleasure instead of hassle! You will encounter very professional, very kind and very understanding people each time you go. No complaints after all these years!

I was a patient with Oakdale for several years. I visited regularly for cleanings and they performed a few major dental procedures. The end result was great but I eventually left because of the anxiety I developed. I have a long history of dental work over the years and felt that There should be improvements in pain management. After talking with friends I found another dental office that respects your comfort level.

I found that at Oakdale the doctor and hygienist were both very rough and added to my discomfort. Noticing that they do a lot of advertising looking for new clients, tells me that they need new patients all the time. I am now very comfortable at a new dental office and happy that they know how to give pain injections that actually don't hurt. No more dental anxiety!

I've been going here for a couple years. Great cleanings, front desk staff are great. The dentist office is and can be a nerve racking experience, but Dr. Lalchandani is an experienced professional who explains what he is doing in a very friendly manner. This makes going to the dentist a much better experience.
