I recently received excellent urgent dental care from Dr. Lutaaya, and dental hygienist Nicole. Dr. Lutaaya was friendly and explained what was happening with my dental situation, working with Nicole to replace a filling which was quite deep. Their skillful work, combined with kindness and reassurance, was very helpful, especially as the procedure progressed.

My pain and super sensitivity to cold with that tooth is now gone. Also, Robin from the office called the next day to see how I was doing. I can't say enough positive things about this dental group. Hats off to all there!

Changed from my previous practice (of 10 years) based on a recommendation from a friend. Didn't think another place could be 'impressive'; it's a dental office. Every element of the appointment (location, cleanliness, people, modern equipment) made my previous dentist look amateurish. Ask for Alyssa. Didn't poke me once!

Dr. Edwards is great. Office staff are always friendly. Reasonable cash prices when I didn't have insurance. Flexible appointment times and always able to get me in for an appointment within a short amount of time. I sadly moved out of the state and had to switch dentists but if I return to western mass, I'll definitely be using this practice again.

I would highly recommend Ash and his team for all of your accounting and tax services. He is always easy to communicate with, timely and cost effective in everything he does. Another great trait is he truly cares about his clients and wants to do what's best for them. He's a consistent asset to me and my company. I've been using his services for close to 10 years. Not to be over dramatic but they basically saved my life. Unfortunately do not remember the doctors name but he was absolutely amazing, caring and absolutely hilarious. Had called them after getting out of the ER pretty frantic about getting my tooth removed. Everyone was booked until mid October. They were one last places I called and by a miracle, they were able to get me in ASAP for an emergency extraction.

Even though i was on heavy antibiotics and had just been given IV treatment, the infection was already moving down my throat rapidly and into my airwaves. All from a tiny cracked tooth that got extremely infected. Even they were surprised by how bad it was and had gotten in less than 48 hours. Will be forever grateful to the absolutely amazing front desk staff that went so above and beyond, who made it possible for me to get in immediately and to the doctor who agreed and extracted the tooth. Cant imagine what would have happened if I had waited a few more days to see what would happen before doing something else about it. I'm feeling amazing. Will absolutely never go any place else and will tell everyone that I can about this practice. Thank you guys so much for everything.

We have been working with Ash for two years. He has proved to us, and to many of our friends, that he cares about his quality of work. During this complicated time (challenging tax laws, decisions and planning ahead), we found Ash to be a true guide. Ash is a smart tax professional, and his dedication to explain complicated concepts for business or personal planning, allows a person to make an informed decision in a personable, friendly and a professional manner.

We have worked with other CPAs, and have used tax software before. However, the money you might "save" is lost in your return either this year, or the lack of planning in the next year. He has a wealth of knowledge, and is there at any time you need to consult with him on current, or future projects. We will only be using and recommending his services from now on.

The service is absolutely first rate in every way. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. Debbie Franklin does excellent work in teeth cleaning. She is both thorough and fully attentive to the client's comfort. Dr. Clayton is simply exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, and so "on top of his game." We moved to the Cape 5 years ago, but still return to this office at least once a year for cleaning, consultation any needed dental work.

Excellent service as usual for the last 20 years. I was booked for an emergency cracked tooth, which was prepared for a full crown, the very next day. The dentist was reassuring, and quickly repaired and smoothed the tooth. Clayton/ Canby is an office where I have never had anything but good experiences over many years ( 20.) I recommend them for anyone with children, teens, and seniors. The best dental practice I know in The Valley. As usual Five Stars. and I would give them even more if possible!

Dr. Edwards is my dentist and she is terrific. I really like both my dentist and my regular hygienist. I actually enjoy going to the dentist here. You come out with a great cleaning, they don't push unnecessary dental work on you and don't judge if you forgot to floss as much as you should. The office staff is also really nice and helpful. Reminders work well via phone and text. They made me a night guard and check it at each visit, so it's lasted a long time. They take emergency call. All in all, this is a great dental practice and I recommend it.

I see dr Clayton and he is very good at what he does. He's also really gentle and everybody at the office is really nice!

They are terrific! They fit me in for an emergency appoint. and Dr. Edwards spent as much time as needed to take care of my problem.over an hour. She has a plan for dealing with my many dental problems in a timely manner while trying to work within my limited budget. I worked with Dr. Canby too (at an earlier date) and she rebuilt a front tooth which cannot be be capped. Great work!

Ash is an excellent CPA. I have used him for my personal and business taxes (DBA and C-Corp). He offers great bookkeeping services through his office as well and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Dr Kleinman is superb with kids and Dr Clayton from personal experience is exceptional at what he does. You can feel comfortable you are in good hands for both preventative and pro-active dental help.

I did not like this practice at all. First of all you will wait a very long time. Every time I went there I waited and waited. Then he bops in and out often and keeps you waiting more. He does all this "high tech" dentistry which I spent a lot of money on and now years later and got nothing for him grinding down some teeth and using composite to add to others in the name of changing my bite.

He also talked me into a new expensive night guard which broke (and I had to pay another dentist to have the tried and true nightguard replaced). I regret all the money I spent.

This was my first visit with this practice, and I have to say one of the best first visit I've had. Dr Canby and her staff were very professional. The office is very welcoming. I had pictures of all my teeth taken, and when Dr. Canby was done with the exam she showed me the pictures and explain the things she was concerned about and how she was going to handle it.

I feel very confident that the level of care I receive from her will be top notch. I have had many experiences with dentists over the years and I have to say none of them have been quite like this. I don't usually make recommendations but this is one recommendation that I can make. Thank you Dr Canby and staff for your warm welcome.

So thankful to have found Ash CPA. As an owner of a business I'm extremely busy like most. Having an individual like Ash handle my taxes and tax reviews is a huge asset. He always works diligently with extreme professionalism and with clear direction. Having Ash on my side eliminates a ton of additional work and potential headaches down the road. I feel very fortunate to have found him and look forward to working with him for years to come.

Dr. Clayton is a fine professional with a pleasant manner. The one star is for my experience with Dr. Canby. She is abrasive, inattentive. In fact I would call her a sadist. After she extracted a tooth which developed problems she pummelled the socket so badly I had a lump the size of a baseball on my jaw. Worse yet I wound up taking 3 antibiotics because she screwed up the first time.

As a result of one of them - I'll never know which - I wound up with the worst cast of C-Diff they had ever seen at our local hospital. I called to inform her of this - She immediately became defensive and rude. I stressed I was calling to inform her not blame her, but she just rattled on about how well-educated she was. (She should have taken a year in communication and courtesy). A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed since I stressed I was not interested in litigation. Avoid this dentist like the plague.

Online, email reminders and telephone calls are made. Great service by friendly receptionists & timely appointments. No waiting around.

My wife has been a patient here for some time. When I saw what excellent care she was receiving, I decided I needed to go here as well. I find Dr. Edwards to be excellent. She is very meticulous, making sure everything is perfect before she is satisfied with her work. After several visits I can say that I have yet to feel any pain and am totally satisfied with the results.

All the staff here are excellent, very efficient and friendly, always considerate. I have been very pleased with all aspects of this practice and highly recommend everyone here.

I've been seeing these guys for a year since I developed an emergent infection. They didn't even know me, but took me in that day, stayed late, followed up diligently - the dentist even called me over the weekend to check on me, as did the hygienist and office manager over the next few weeks. They put ethics over money (not that you don't have to pay, but they work with you, without you losing your dignity, and make it seem their idea).

The dentist sees everyone and you can tell standards are high. I've had A LOT of experiences with dentists in the area, and this is the first practice at which I felt everyone was on the same page, everyone knows me, and everyone is both human and therapeutic. I have been "fired" from every dentist in Hamp because I hate going and miss appointments - I've been treated so well I actually show up for everything.

In this climate of health care, (and I work in health care) pulling off having a modern, efficient, clinically excellent dental practice while remaining welcoming and engaged is not easy. Thank you all - I do credit Dr. Clayton for likely setting the tone and high expectations, however it's clear that the entire staff - at least the three hygienists, two assistants, office manager, receptionists, all share the same priority and attention to detail. Given my horrible dental history finding them is a blessing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Clayton's for more than ten years. His office is a well oiled machine. The hygienists are all kind and work efficiently. Dr. Clayton is friendly, knowledgable, and fast, which is wonderful when you're having a cavity filled. I moved and now travel over an hour to see Dr. Clayton. Highly recommend!

After numerous dental offices for my now 8 1/2 year old, Dr. Canby and Clayton's office is the only one to have made my son love the dentist! He used to be terrified of the dentist until we were recommended by a friend. I would recommend anyone to this dental office.
