I made an appt for a root canal on a previously crowned tooth. Waited 4 hours, they said we don't do that, charged me 100$ and sent me elsewhere.

This office staff and team is the worst they fabricate everything the way they want to. They have hung up on me multiple times and they refuse to know the actual truth. Instead they spin and and fabricate what they and they want to say which is a fabrication of what actually took place. I wouldn't send any one there look for someone else. BY FAR THE WORST

Dr: Davila is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor, very patient and professional, the staff also very friendly and sweet, I have been a patient for over 6 years years, no complaint. I strongly recommend this practice, I am very satisfied.

I have a very rare Lymphoma that requires a Stem Cell Transplant. Before going into SCT at Moffitt my mouth and teeth are required to be clean and free of any infection In my case it requires several extractions. When I called and the Office Manager told me what paperwork they needed from Moffitt Cancer Center I knew after having called so many other Dentists on the list that I had made the correct call. Drs. Davilla and Carribas instilled full confidence in me in their knowledge of the requirements and would not proceed without the proper ok's from the BMT Clinic at Moffitt. Dr. Davilla was in Head and Neck Cancers at Moffitt at some point in his work.

He described the Stem Cell Transplant in detail exactly as my BMT Dr. at Moffitt described it. The wait times can be long but there is a reason. I had the most thorough dental exam I have had in 62 years of life. I have no fear of dentists. I simply had put off work while raising a family and dealing with my medical issues. Dr. Davilla instilled such confidence that I can say that he and Dr. Carbbas will be performing my dental work for the rest of my life so long as they are there! Many thanks for helping me on price but that was not the deciding factor in any way. It was the competence of the entire staff. They know their art!

Waiting time to be seeing by the Dental Hygienist can be over an hour which set my personal schedule way off. Unacceptable because they made you reschedule if you arrive 10-15 minutes late! Ridiculous.

Dr. Davilla is so knowledgeable in working with Moffitt Cancer Centers Patient needs. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Dr. Carribas took time to patiently work with me in my special case. I have absolute confidence in him. They are both very familiar with the process that I am going through and the unique needs. I appreciate that they worked with me on price.

Everything cannot just be money. When I called to see about an appointment the Office Manager was very familiar with Moffitt needs. Excellent Office and everyone is friendly! Most thorough dental exam I ever had.

I had a multitude of poor experiences and decided to get care elsewhere. The office is disorganized and communication is poor. Staff don't introduce themselves when they come in the exam room, so I had no idea who was treating me or what role/qualifications they had. I don't feel they explained much to me. During my last appointment, I sat in the chair for over 4 hours, most of which was waiting for the orthodontist because the dentist left.

I was surprised by how poor my experience was because of the great online reputation. Maybe they have a lot of new staff still in training? Regardless, I'm much happier with my new dentist. They introduce themselves, they explain what they're going to do next, they don't make me wait hours in the exam room, and they don't expect upfront payment for things they may not end up doing.

I always hated going to the dentist but after coming here, I enjoy my dentist visits. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at ease before every procedure. The doctors are very friendly and have really taken the time to help identify how I can have the smile that I want. I am so happy with my smile now! I highly recommend and I continue to go for my dental cleanings.

My husband has been seeing Dr Davilla for a couple of years now. We live 2.5 hours away. He would not go anywhere else. He trusts Dr Davilla for all his dental work after his cancer treatment. Dr Davilla and his staff are respectful and extremely professional. This is the best place for dental work without question. We highly recommend his dental practice.

We have read a couple of the negative reviews. Since my husband has been going here over 2 years now. We have not witnessed any of the issues that some of the people are complaining about. We have been treated with nothing but respect. His whole staff is awesome!

Dr and staff are very good. The issue is the scheduling. Continually there is always a very long wait in the waiting room. Minimum 1 hour just to get back to wait longer. Today I was called at work and asked to come in early due to a cancellation. And I still had an hour wait. I have been considering changing dentists due to the waits and now I will for sure.

I was referred to Tampa Advanced Dental Solutions by the Veteran's Administration due to my need to mitigate service related anxiety. The staff must have noted my anxiety as soon as I arrived and assured me I would be in good hands and had nothing to fear. I spoke with the Dr. and he was understanding as well as sympathetic to my condition. The Dental Assistants are ALL very wonderful.

They are reassuring and comforting. They explain all procedures and allow me time to get ready before the work begins. The Dr. educates them all as they observe his work. I believe that is a very powerful tool which ensures the staff is well trained and again, adds to the reassurance that I am in good hands and have nothing to fear. Awesome. They use the minimum amount of anxiety reduction methods needed to get the job done.

I have required IV conscious sedation for most of my dental needs, but due to the Dr. and staff, I gave my trust to them and jumped that hurdle. I trust that if needed, they would adjust the methodology accordingly. I am going to write a letter to the Veteran's Administration highly recommending they continue doing business with this office. First time visit as a new Patient. The office is so beautiful I love the spa look they have very presentable. The staff is super nice! They made sure I was comfortable during my visit. I Recommend coming here!
