Orthodontic Associates - Joseph A Cardarelli Jr

I recommend Dr. Cardarelli's orthodontic practice to all of my family and friends because it is the consummate example of professionalism, amazing patient care, and punctuality. However, the icing on the cake happens to be Dr. Cardarelli's gifted hands. The man is a master of his craft, and this is evident by the gorgeous smiles of his many, many clients.

I am not shy to state that his orthodontic practice is # 1 in all of New England. Bar NONE. Thank you and your staff for literally changing my daughter's life, through the work you did on her smile. You are simply the BEST.

My sister and I both got our braces from Dr. Cardarelli as kids. We have always loved him and he has always made us feel like family. Best doctor that makes you feel comfortable and at ease and is hilarious. Eventually I brought my son to get his braces too and he just got them taken off yesterday. They look amazing! His teeth went from a big mess to perfect! Everyone in the office is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist. Thank you so much for everything!

Dr Cardarelli gave me my braces in 1992. 30 years later I'm privileged to have him putting braces on two of my daughters. His bedside manner is impeccable. His staff is attentive and explains everything. The 1000+ five star ratings are well earned. Thank you.

This was a great environment for me when I was here getting my braces, age 12 or 13. Dr Cardarelli is very genuine and comforting with his customers, he was very friendly with me and was always Shillong to talk about his cars with me since I loved cars. Overall good place for a young kid needing braces or other services done.

From the start of my consultation all the way up till getting my braces off, my experience with Dr. Cardarelli and all of his staff was nothing short but amazing. They were all very kind and welcoming; explained to me what they were going to be doing at every appointment and made me feel part of the process. I have no regrets choosing Dr Cardarelli as my orthodontist. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for orthodontic needs.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cardarelli and his office. I got braces almost a decade ago and I still love my teeth. It was a great experience at the time with an amazing outcome. Recently, I found myself needing a new retainer and Dr. Cardarelli saw me the next day. Everyone was still kind and helpful to a patient they hadn't seen in about eight years.

I have been to Dr. Cardarelli as a teen. I recently came back to get braces. He has always done a fantastic job. I highly recommend him and his staff for all your orthodontic needs. He is the only one I will see, and I also bring my children to him!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was traveling and my kid had an emergency. Dr. Cardarelli isn't even our doctor but within an hour he saw us and fixed it in 10 minutes. What a great experience if you live in the area go see them.

Always have to wait 20-35 minutes after they time they told you you were supposed to go. If the appointment is at 10:30 they take you at 11:00 or even later. I think they should make appointments with a time where they can take you right away and not make you wait 25-35 minutes.

Dr. Cardarelli and his entire staff is amazing. My two children both have had braces with Dr Cardarelli. It was such a good experience I decided to fix my teeth too! The whole office knows me and always makes me feel welcome. I love my new smile!

They were so good to me. I had to go in two weeks before my scheduled removal to get a wire fixed and they squeezed me in for a removal that day. Love them and my teeth look great!

For the first time ever getting braces I'd definitely recommend coming here! I love coming to this place and talking to the workers when i got the chance. Especially with Dr. Cardarelli! I feel like me and him have gotten really closely through out these 2 years that I had my braces. Sadly today is my last day with them but it was a great experience!

Beyond satisfied with the work done on my daughter at this practice! Everyone there is a professional and care about their patients! The atmosphere is extremely positive and fun. 7 out of 10 orthodontists would have broken my daughters jaw to fix everything but Dr. Cardarelli used his years of experience and skill to find a better solution to her needs and we are grateful and blessed to have found him. My god daughter is here from New York and attends northeastern. We spoke to the doctor's office Saturday and the doctor himself called her back as her permanent retainer was hanging. We tried to get it off but it wasn't working. They took her in the middle of the day while closed and gave her a night retainer in 20 minutes! What nice people and a caring doctor! Hats off to them! Really exceptional and exceeded all expectations! Thank you thank you thank you!

I consider it an honor to work for Dr. C. He went the extra mile to become board certified. His high standard of care and concern for the entire patient experience is evident throughout our office and exceeds expectations! Both of my children were treated here many years ago and I find the same consistency now as was then. The doctor or assistant updated me after every visit, communicating any concerns immediately so we may address them (improper brushing or extreme breakage of appliances from my child due to eating crunchy things he should not!) Overall this office is very caring and considerate of each patients individual needs.

Although my kids teeth are fixed, I would never ever recommend anyone going to this place, unless you want them to nickel and dime you for everything. My child's brackets kept getting broken, I would bring him in multiple times to get repaired, I was told I would have to start paying additional money after the 6500 bucks I already paid. Are you kidding me!

I was asked multiple times, is he eating something he shouldn't be.um no! So I finally told the front desk staff, I insist that Dr. Carderelli actually attends to my son. Yeah, that never happened. Clearly he's too busy buying his Ferrari's, Jaguars, etc. which are prominently parked in his "dedicated" spot.

Before my apptmnt today, the last time I was at Dr. Cardarelli's office was when I was 13 yrs old. 20 yrs later Dr. Cardarelli remembered everything about me from when I was 13 and he shared some of those memories with me today. I was incredibly impressed to say the least. Not only is the office sparkling clean and staff very friendly yet professional, I actually enjoyed my appointment. This office is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Dr.cardarelli is the best for orthodontist work! I was a patient years ago and I just recently went back to just get some new work done on my teeth! Dr. Cardarelli and his staff are so sweet, accommodating and try their best to work out payment plans for you! I definitely suggest them for any dental needs!

The girls are great! But Dr. Cardarelli will take a long time to come out to finish the final look through! I have waited as long as 20 minutes for him to just take a look while my kids just sat there!

My son was a bit nervous and against getting braces. The team at Dr. Cardarellis office put him at ease and made the entire process simple. They explaining everything and answered our questions. We are so grateful we found Dr. Cardarelli and his office. The all the choices people have for their children's and their own braces Dr. Cardarelli is in our opinion the only choice. Absolutely expectional from the moment you enter the office!

Both of my daughters had the best orthodontic care being in the hands of Dr. Cardarelli. From the first day they both went to see him and his FABULOUS staff, we knew we made the right decision. His attention to detail and overseeing his staff while they did treatments to the girls was very comforting. He would always call me over at the end of each appointment to inform me of what was going on and how we would be proceeding.

His personal phone call to each girl hours after they had their braces first put on shows how much he cares about each patient. And I can NOT say enough about his wonderful reception/billing staff! Linda is amazing and went above and beyond to work with me for financial billing for both of my girls.
