I have been a patient of Dr. Highsmith's for 20 years. He is a fantastic dentist! He is skilled, talented and a perfectionist. The team/staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. In 20 years l have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my appointment.

Excellent care from every standpoint. Dr. Highsmith is cutting edge in his technique and his current knowledge and tools. I had all of my teeth removed and experienced no post operative pain! I attribute this to both excellent technique plus use of platellate rich fibrin (PRF) and ozone applied to each socket post extraction. This is cutting edge dentistry.and it defines his office.

I love this Dentist Office. The Staff are exceptional, the treatment is top of the line, my Hygienist is the BEST! I would recommend them any time. I have had some terrible, anxiety-inducing times with the Tribal dentists and it wasn't an easy feat for me to go to the dentist once again. Now, I am a true believer in GOODNESS, KINDNESS, and overall the BEST treatment I have ever received. So shout out to this entire staff!

So I made myself an appointment, I told myself I would start taking better care of myself now that my children have reached adult ages. I honestly didn't think there was any chance for me to have a smile that I didn't hide, I didn't think I could afford it most of all and thought what's the point since I have so much to fix I mine as well get dentures.

Well let me tell you about my life changing experience yesterday. So not only did I leave with beautiful smile I didn't think was possible it's actually affordable (trust me I've been to 4 diff consultations spent over $600) just to return back to Dr. Highsmith bc he was the only place affordable and could save my tooth. It is absolutely unbelievable what he did with this tooth in the front of my mouth.

Only thing now is reminding myself I don't have to hide my smile anymore. Every single person I saw yesterday couldn't get over how much more confident and happy I was. I asked my own mama which tooth did I get fixed and she couldn't even tell lol. It's priceless to me to be able to look in the mirror this morning and feel somewhat beautiful all bc of getting one tooth fixed :-) can't wait to go back and get the rest of my mouth fixed. Oh and I have extreme anxiety and they helped me every step of the way to feel comfortable.

Went to get my wife's blood pressure taken today so she could get a tooth pulled Thursday. my wife was gonna get her blood pressure meds filled later today. she did not take any blood pressure medicine today. it was only 146(which is not high at all) they told her she has to get a Drs not about her supposedly high blood pressure. she can't see the Dr till the end of the month. so she is forced by these idiot's to be in pain. instead of just letting her come in tomorrow to do it again they made this a hassle. definitely would not recommend this place. they are savage's.

Highest quality work calming pleasant atmosphere professional staff

I had a great results at this office. I needed 2 implants and that was professionally taken care of and I also had great results from a teeth whitening program and my night grinding issue has also been fixed. The dentist does great work and he has a first rate professional staff. The office keeps a great selection of up to date reading material available, televisions and relaxing music.

I highly recommend the office. I had all of my dental issues fixed that had taken years to build up and all of them were totally fixed in less than a year. The lady who cleans my teeth always does a great job and she and the other people in the office including Dr. Highsmith provide a nice personal touch.

Wonderful.reassuring.highly communicative.and that includes Dr. Highsmith and the entire staff. You will feel instantly comfortable and be treated as if you are an old friend. Could not be happier.

My teeth cleaning appointment began promptly at 8, and I was out the door at 8:30. and my tech was wonderful! Dr. Highsmith and his office staff are wonderful, helpful, and thorough!

It is a beautiful office with lots of art &plants. Dr Highsmith is very accessible and knowledgeable. That's why I went to see him & he didn't seem to be in a big hurry to get to the next person.

Doctor Highsmith and his staff are all excellent. He placed a crown for me over an implant that looks just like my old tooth and fits perfectly. He is also gentle and easy with fillings making the appointments as painless as possible and takes the time to develope a treatment plan that works with your budget. He may cost a little more than some dentists, but his skill, expertise, and experience are more than worth it.

Great experience. Since I have loose and very sensitive teeth, Laura who cleaned my teeth took several added steps to provide care for both issues. She was beyond caring. So good. Made the experience not bad at all. I would recommend this practice not with just a 5 stars but 10. Everyone here is so thoughtful and caring. Thanks

Dr Highsmith does excellent work. I have been going to him since he began practicing in Haywood county, 30-35+ years ago. He prides himself in his work. His staff is great. I highly recommend him.
